I stay regularly at Ibis budget hotel and i have always stated in my reviews that the hotel lack many things for example: suplly of tooth brushes and tooth paste toiletteries and slippers The breakfast is expensive for one person and it is not worth the price asked. Am not going to pay 7,50 eur for toast and croissant!!! No shops nearby, the vending machines are expensive, 2,80 eur for a hot chocolate!! If you dont bring your own food, you will be stuck. No supply of free water and no kettle or mini coffee or tea bar in the rooms. The beds are not camfortable and there is only one chair in a room for 3 people!!! No busses on the weekend and no free busses ride to the airport! The worst thing i have noticed this time is the smell of the sewage system, we could not sleep all night because of the smell!

We are very sorry that you are not entirely satisfied with our services. Regrettably it is normal standard in Ibis budget hotels not to provide any hospitality products except for shampoo and shower gel. Water is available in our rooms, or our guests can ask for a bottle in our reception which is open 24 hours. <br>Our hotel is located beside a lake, unfortunately we are unable to do anything about the occasional unpleasant odours. We regret you find our breakfast buffet a bit expensive We do have a coffee and croissant formula available for guests who prefer not to have a buffet breakfast for only 3€. We don't have a bus service from the hotel to the airport to make sure we can continue to offer competitive room rates. We do work with a tax service to provide a shuttle service to and from airport which costs $8 for a maximum of 4 people. For a taxi service from the train station, our guests are urged to call us as we are working with a company that bills the ride 15€ instead of 20€.<br>Please don't hesitate to talk to our team members about any issues or concerns you may have as we are only to happy to help you find an adequate solution or offer advice or suggestions.<br> I certainly hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again in the future. Far exceeded my expectations. Great welcome from super efficient staff who organised a taxi for my early morning flight and helped me fix a damaged suitcase.. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate and good value. Room was quiet and comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again.

When I need a place to sleep near an airport, I always choose Ibis budget. Value for the money is this what I like the most. The staff is really helpful and we have all we need. Maybe a kettle/coffee machine could be an additional advantage.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the payment was not accepted online and therefor the booking was cancelled although I received a confirmation page on your website. I didn't receive any message or email that the payment was not accepted. I then had to pay a higher price for the stay. I will never use this hotel again.

The room was absolutely vile, blood on the sheets and extremely grotty. The smell from outside was raw sewerage and the corridors smelt of smoke. The place is absolutely vile.

I choose the hotel as it offers transfer from and to the airport, but it took almost 30 minutes and several phone calls to find out where the taxi is waiting. I contacted the hotel with a transfer request in advance and it would be easier to have a map with the taxi location in the reply instead of Reception staff giving instructions on the phone. I checked in online, so the process was quick. The room was very cold as the heater was not switched on and it took some time to warm up. The room was not soundproofed, so I could hear other guest coming and going during the night, next door guest alarm at 4.30 AM... Overall it gave me just a couple of hours sleep, so I could have skipped booking a hotel and waited for my next trip at the airport.

The hotel is basic but that's why it stands for. However for me it felt comfortabel. Staff could be a bit more communicative and informing. Breakfast was okay. it's a pitty that wherever you go these days there's music and television everywhere. I asked to put the volume down in the restaurant. I think we really don't need this. A newspaper however could have been fine.

I stayed there for a night and the staff was very unfriendly. The hotel is literally a metal box and the bed has a very bad mastress. I also heard people in the other rooms. The only advantage of the hotel is its location to get to the airport.

Bed was incredibly hard. Cleaner came in while we were still sleeping (before checkout time). Both plugs were in bad places. Light in shower didn't work. Extremely expensive for such poor accommodation.
