Bathroom wasn't clean hair on floor, shower floor and wall tiles dirty & Mouldy. Bathroom door didn't close properly and bottom of door rotting. Room was run down, TV Remote control didn't work properly, room hadn't been vacuumed well in the corners. Not reported because I was returning to the room late in evenings.

We were upgraded on arrival which was a delightful surprise. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending places to go. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast in the dining room on our second morning.

Combination of business and pleasure . Family of 4 in lift room. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A few minor issues... The upstairs TV did not work properly. The bed was not as comfortable as we have found most other accor hotels to be.

We did a scoopon deal Very happy with Hotel loved its style the staff were very helpful & friendly breakfast plenty to choose from we used both restaurants for our evening meals meals the court garden lovely nice place to sit and enjoy a wine We will hopefully stay at hotel next time

The stay was alright but we were not over impressed. We found it expensive for what we got. Not impressed at all that we had to pay to park the car in parking area.

I enjoyed my stay in a fine old hotel that is looking a little tired. The room was comfortable but it was annoying that there was nowhere to sit or lie to read easily with sufficient light (even in daylight).

Service was great however I had booked for 3 adults and was disappointed to have one double bed and a fold out. It was very expensive for an ordinary fold out with one bathroom. The staff were very helpful, the location was great and it was very quiet. It was just disappointing to book for 3 adults and have that sleeping arrangement.

While they are quite spacious room offering tow separate level and some privacy we have other room types with 2 or 3 bed that would have been, maybe, more appropriate. I would be happy to give you a complimentary upgrade next time you stay with us (upon availability), so I could show you our 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms apartment. On a plus side, I am delighted to see that the staff has been excellent and the location was convenient. From checkin where the lovely Dawson assisted us to delivery of room service and the wonderful breakfast, it was first class all the way. The hotel is lovely and charming and the room was spacious and well appointed. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough

I always stay here when I come to Canberra from Sydney and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is elegant, clean, central and perfect for my family of four. The food is great and breakfast is the best we have experienced in any stay over. The surroundings of the hotel is beautiful and timeless.

This was our second visit and this time we stayed on the second floor, this meant that the train noise was louder but didn’t worry us too much. We had a meal in the restaurant and for the price I would say is was average.
