Location is very good as it is near to the bus station, shops and Palais De Festival. Staff is very helpful when we asked for assistance in direction and when we encountered problems with the vending machine. Overall, we are happy with the hotel and would consider staying here again on our next visit.

Perfect room for a week during CFF. Really enjoyed the breakfast (contained the main things). Only disappointment, there was no pain au chocolat in the morning on the last 2 days.

The toilet eas broken all night the water was leaking. 2) when we were flashing the toilet the water was coming out from the toilet and the toilet table was getting wet. We arrive at 11:30 pm and discover all this after midnight and called the hotel asking for another room but since we had two rooms we asked to have the key delivered and it was refused. Then at the check in the man at the desk at the front desk refused to give the key to the kids and nanny untill the room was payed when normally after a credit card is given the payment suppose to be done the following day. We found that in France (Nice and Cannes) the hotels are old and durty with orrible toilets .in Spains the same hotels are newer and nicer definetly higher standard. We will write a review on the hotel because we are not happy at all.

Overall, it was a good stay, however, I thought I had booked the other Ibis nearer to the Palais Which also has a slightly bigger room. Hard to move around the bed in the room.

Some staff were moody I did not get a refund on one of the breakfasts I paid for but never used because my partner could not come. Room looked shabby Sink and air con was broken Did not sleep well even in October as room was small and stuffy.

The service was overall satisfying, however we have two huge complaints: 1. The triple room given to our 2 drivers and 1 guide (all males) was so small that they could not sleep all three in that room, given that they are 3 males. So, our guide was left with no bed because all three of them could not fit, so we had to search for another bed in the middle of the night for our guide. 2. The receptionist started giving out the room keys to people randomly before the guide even arrived - so wrong rooms were given out to people and the guide had to search for the people and tell them that there was a mistake and they had to switch rooms and move. Also, when the guide arrived and wanted to give out the room keys, the receptionists didn't have everything prepared and it all took a lot of time. Other than that, the service was fine, but the group was really unhappy with the hotel because of the mess with the room key giving when they arrived + room switching that some had to do later. Since they were here only for one night, that is the only thing that stuck in their mind - the chaos upon the room giving.

Of course rooms are small and lobby is crowdy, between breakfast-takers and customers but this is fine with such budget hotel. However, whatever the hotel category is, reception staff should be customer-oriented and representing the Accor Hotel brand. Yesterday 28th of Aug. I waited for a long time at the reception desk, ringing the bell many times to catch attention. I had finally to get to the kitchen side and should for assistance. The receptionist who came over had this (unfortunately) typical French unfriendly attitude, she complained it was not her fault, she was busy with the breakfast duty (really? For a receptionist?), and I should have rung the bell. When she heard this is what I did, she then told me that I must have done it incorrectly as she could not hear anything... NOT something acceptable I have to say.

I have to say that it was great and because of it, we stayed 4 more days. Staff was polite in general. There was one younger lady and she was not. First off all, her English is not good. One morning while me and my wife were having breakfast, she was really mean to an older guest who was in 9 and 55 eating. She was telling him: "You have to go, it is over for you. Go out". Really rude. I asked her: "Have can you talk like that with another person?" She turned her head, I am not sure if she heard us. Also, one day we came to ask her about parking. We payed for all days and we asked her: "We would like to go in Monaco. What if, when we come back in evening, parking is full?"... She said: "I dont know. You come back in morning." So, if I went somewhere with my car and lose my parking place, the best for me is to stay in car all night and come back in morning? But, it is important to say that everybody else were really nice, friendly, polite and with good manire. Breakfast was ok, it could have a little bit varied food. Thank you for everything!
