Arrived on a Sunday evening, absolutely nothing in the hotel open, no drinks available from the bar, no food etc. Dried up over priced sandwich and chocolate bars only from the fridge in reception. The room was ridiculously small, with only enough room for 1 person to be off the bed at any time. Breakfast was a poor display of food, old looking and tinned fruit, few slices of meat and basic pastries, not really a spread you would expect. The boiled egg machine wasn’t working however they still put out raw eggs???? Asked for a shuttle service to airport, they didn’t tell me that heir bus was broken and had to get another from another hotel, kept us waiting 20 mins. Staff were not very helpful and some were actually rude. Overall, I would not stay here again or recommend it.

« A bit tired, adequate accommodation »

The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. The hotel itself is a bit tired and needs some major refreshment. The room is a bit on the small side and my bathroom has a sewage smell.

Next to futuristic shopping mall center, beach, air port, and public transport. Staff is delightful and competent. Everything the tired traveler could want; if your traveling without luggage and not claustrophobic Pay a few euros more and get a LARGE room..

« convenient, friendly, reliable »

The rooms are small, but very clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable, and the shower is easy to use. Everyone who works at Mercure is friendly, and they much have terrific staff training. The breakfast bar, though pricey, was worth it! We did have a problem on the last day with inadequate towels supplied. We complained at the desk, and someone gave us one towel, but we had to improvise for hand towels and bathmat. Don't know what happened, because usually the cleaning was impeccable. We would definitely stay there again. The shuttle service was great.

this is a good airport location hotel with nearby shopping mall. it's not easy to navigate near this area. garage is safe but the underground level space is tight. overall staffs are friendly and helpful. cleanness is very good. breakfast has lots of choices.

Enjoyed the stay, but would say the pillows are not the best, too flat. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was a lovely surprise and very valued.

Breakfast was perfect, all French food in one room, that's really good. When we saw other one pillow in our room, we were really happy because we always slept with two pillows. Staff always helped to me, when I had problems. Room was always superclean.

Surely compared to other establishments, all different in the network, we have a smaller room. However, we try to ensure that the welcome and professionalism of the teams and the quality of the products served are in line with your expectations. « No English spoken in this hotel and the employees expect guest to speak to them in French.Not very easy . »

Upon arrival on the check in counter we show our card marked in black marker "Client trop difficiles" We only stayed in these very small rooms because of the nearby shopping mall . Every time no English speaking staff.
