« Two nights, two weeks apart »

I travelled to France with my bike and your hotel very kindly looked after my bike travel case while I toured the country by bike. The staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating with my unusual request (bike case) as well as patient with my need to spend time in your garage assembling/dismantling my bike. I can only than them for their continued patience. The hotel itself is very nice - modern, clean and with some great facilities. The location is good for the airport, beach and Cap 3000 shopping centre - as well as quick access to the extensive cycle lane network. I would certainly recommend this hotel and, as a frequent visitor to Nice, I will more than likely book to use it again. Thank you.

Have stayed at this hotel many times before and had a great stay as always. One issue this time the restaurant was closed on the Sunday night we arrived and finding a decent restaurant close by was difficult.

Polite obliging staff, clean room with nice shower and toilet facilities. Restaurant menu good and evening meal and breakfast could not be faulted. We have used this hotel before for our overnight stay on arriving at the airport and prior to departure and will continue to do so

« Lovely but not a mercure standard »

It was a lovely stay, all made by the key location and the exceptional service ! All members of the staff are Brilliant . The only disappointment is the standard of the rooms. Tiny, no working space, no fridge . Nothing to compare with the Mercure hotels I am used to.

« Excellent but not a Mercure standard »

The hotel is very nice, and the staff is exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal, 5 minutes drive from the airport, this is the best advantage. The rooms are tiny, no working space and no fridge. The sleeping quality is good, comfy bed and quiet environment despite the proximity of the airport. The plus is the swimming pool. The restaurant and bar are shut over the week ends...its a shame. The sea front nearby, as well as the shopping mall offer plenty of options to dine or have a drink, so yo wont starve . A lovely place, well managed by a very nice team, from reception to breakfast restaurant and cleaning staff. The room need definitely some improvement to reach the Mercure standard and its price.

My experience was as expected. The room was quite small, but just like Your web site. I was also very satisfied with the restautrant inlclusive the breakfast. The free Shuttle bus was also important for my Choice. Overall the stay at Your hotel was a good experience.

Excellent value for money. Good standard all round, professional service and very good breakfast buffet. Good location next to airport and train station. Highly recommend for short stay, not a stay-in hotel but excellent as a base to go from.

The staff were excellent, friendly, well organized. The hotel room was tiny even for Europe. 2 people had to coordinate movement in order use room. No outlets near bed on either side. Walls had unrepaired hole. Closet was virtually unusable due to placement and interior was unfinished. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Shuttle to airport was prompt. Fine for a one night stay only.

« Met every need, comfortable, affordable, convenient »

Stayed one night, flew out of Nice airport the next day. Check-in was easy and fast. Staff helped me find parking. Breakfast was good, shuttle easy and on time. Price was affordable, particularly as it was the Monaco Grand Prix weekend and nearby hotels had boosted rates considerably. Only hiccup – I was unable to get the Online Pre-Check In feature to work on my computer. The form kept asking me to complete fields flagged in red, but none were. Oh, well, just checked in at the desk.

« Low quality hotel »

Awful experience for a mercure hotel. I had to carry my luggage up the stairs for both me and my girlfriend (which is an exciting thing to do after a long drive from the alps). Had to change the room as the first one was degree, the window barely opened and quite noisy. However the front desk clerk was nice enough to change it and help us with some wine glasses. The small gesture (wine glasses) was to compensate that the bar was closed so the only place to enjoy the wine was the run down lobby (same as the room). Moreover the next day while having breakfast one of the hotel's employees told us, and I quote: "you are not allowed to be here". Apparently there was a distinction between lunch and breakfast tables that we had to guess about. For a moment there I thought we were going to get kicked out. After the event I asked about fresh orange juice and got delivered a Cappy, which was a bit amusing and basically summed up the experience at this hotel. Nonetheless when checking out I was asked to pay for a 0.5 bottle of water, which I requested during the night of arrival (as the room was booked for 2 guests and the room had only one bottle). Luckily I had the platinum free drink voucher and used it. The front desk complained and said I should have said that I will use it when I received the water. All in all, i am glad I had to spend a single night there.

« Three rooms two nights »

The first disappointment was that the restaurant was closed. The first room had a double bed,we always request single beds.We were moved to another room.After the first night it was discovered that the heating did n't work so we were moved again. The rooms were very small and cramped. The Staff tried their best but most of these problems were beyond their control
