We stayed there 3 days 2 nights. The first day breakfast we were on 6.30 am. the cold food was ready but it was advised that the hot one would be ready after 7 am. We wereokay with that. As we were in hurry to having the breakfast and we could not spend much time at that time, we just ate what was ready at that time. We should leave the hotel as soon as possible. In this stage, just be sure that food is ready and complete when breakfast time is open. One important thing that we thank you that we can check-in earlier without additional charges. It was very helpful as my husband just arrived from the long-haul and he had to wait me for the workshop @5pm. He could take the rest until we met in the hotel.

The reception staffs are nice and very welcome , but the lady in the restaurant serving breakfast was very tough and not welcome at all! She looked down the people who can not speak Germany ..... bad experience

1. Louis from reception sent us to other hotel!!! I claimed that internet is not working in my room and asked him to come and see. He refused saying that has customers. I said that I am also a customer and as time I wait in que to speak and let him finish with persons in front of me, other customers will wait me to finish with him. He refused, saying that I dislike condition to find another hotel 2. the power sockets are not working with schuko socket. I asked at reception for adapter, but I was informed that you are selling with 9 Eur/piece!!! This is absolutely unacceptable! This adapter should be offered for free to anyone needing it! 3. Because schuko socket exist only in oposite site of the room, I was forced to try to connect my laptop to that socket. In that area, internet connection was very very worst ... unusable ... Please correct such abnormal behavior.

Just returned from a weekend in Zurich, staying at The Mercusre Stoller Hotel. As always they have high standards at this hotel and great to see them continue. The hotel is quiet close to the centre of Zurich which is only approx 14 minutes from the main station on the #3 tram, with the stop seconds from the hotel entrance.

booking was made by part points and part cash - receptionist couldn't understand the fact that points had already been used (and paid for) and continued to charge my debit card with the full value of the points which had been deducted from the loyalty account
