« Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and close to transport »

Had a lovely time staff were great. Room was on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Restaurant, lovely, great food, friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to the tram stop to make it easy to get to the shopping district, train station and the Lake.

The hotel is well located and easy to get to via the tram from the main railway station. Room is a good size and well appointed. I found the breakfast had good variety and the staff quite helpful.

I stayed in this hotel in the junior suite 109 In 22 Oct 27 Jan 2019.Excellent stay, nothing to complain about.I would like to draw attention to the night lighting in the room where the sofa is and the desk is poorly lit. If they can improve, it would be good.On the most excellent stay.Thank you for Hospitality.

I have booked this hotel again as it is very conveniently located in town. The rooms are small, but well equipped with everything one needs. Also an umbrella was available, this is great. Unfortunately there is no covered parking at the hotel, however one can leave the car in front for a price of CHF 30 per night. I think that this is too high.

We are going to instruct our front desk for better information. The public garage a cros the street by Migros costs CHF 48.-- per day. « not good for beeing a "Mercure"! »

I was there a year ago, and everything was quite good, this time instead it was not like that! Wrong things: - just come for the check-in, the receptionist (black man) was asking me INSISTENTLY for the same credit card which I used for guarantteeing the reservation, cause I used another one for meking the payment. Then he also claimed for showing my accor memer card (I'M GOLD member, just since 1month, so I had just online card). He claimed also for prompt payment and for a big cash amount for deposit (RIDICOUS, HAVING ALREADY PAID ROOM). - room cleaned, but very very old and worn forniture, so gloomy atmosphere, manual soap in the toilet like 80's ys - mini tv in the toilet, with very high sound, not adjustable - stained bed blanked (I've taken PICTURE!) - tv hard to switch on (tv control didn't work easly) - no silent room/wall - bar service closes early at 22h, receptionist told me that a cappuccino was ever available, but the night boy was not able to use coffee machine I normally use Ibis brands, and in zurich they very very very better than this hotel, which is high class "Mercure", expensive but very very poor! REALLY MUCH DISAPPOINTED... everything instead of "felling welcome" there

Bedroom was freezing there is a big need in improving the furniture. No electric plus adapter at the Desk....jus the possibility to buy one...what I can do in a shop outside...

It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. Had a quiet, clean room. Unfortunately breakfast was a bit expensive and as I asked for coffee cups, they said they only fill it up once a day. So I couldn’t have another coffee in the night unless I paid for it.

« It's fun to be in such a small but comfortable room »

The hotel is reltively far from the city center but is well connected with tram lines. The staff are friendly and always at the guest disposal. It was a suprise to find all necessary facilities and a lot of comfort in such a small room. I am particularly grateful for a selection of Russian TV channels. Smoked salmon served for breakfast would go well with a glass of champaign, which I missed.

The hotel was easy to get to, tram stops were close as were restaurants and supermarkets. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly enough. Entry to the room was via a big brass key.

The Stoller is next to a tram intersection (Tramline 2 & 3) hence well connected to the world class Zurich tram system.Excellent bed comfort, modern bathroom and a good sized room make for a pleasant stay.Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
