It was a good hotel, the room was good a little chilly thought but excellent size. Welcoming not so nice but next day was excellent. The buffet is really good and the service amazing.

I booked this hotel only a few days before arrival, because compared to other Accor properties in Zürich the price was very good. As Accor Gold member received a nice upgrade to a bigger room on the top floor. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the restaurant. The room and the bathroom was very clean. Check-out was very efficient. I would come back again.

hotel is comfortable.. but the brown cutains and cushions are not very welcoming.. and it looks at bit hold.. otherwise, nice location (close to tram and many restaurants,..) quiet... friendly staff

The room was rather small but OK for two nights. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The shower took a long time until it got warm. The bathroom was also very clean. The small TV screen in the bathroom was strange, it is neither possible to watch TV on it while showering nor while sitting on the toilet, which made the TV rather useless. The breakfast times were great for vacation days, the breakfast selection was OK. On the second morning the Crêpes were already cold and the toast was hard/old. Everything else was fresh and tasty. The freshly made fried eggs with bacon were great. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a nice stay!
