I didn’t like the bathroom as only shower but over all it was fine for the night Regarding the breakfast i thought that the bread will be much better in france very désappointé with it as the selection on the table

The rooms are very small with barely any space to move even around the bed, and definatley not suitable for two people travelling with large suitcases, as there are no place to unpack or store your suitcase. No kettle or fridge available (even just a communal fridge wouldve been great !)

I was given a room that smelled of smoke (cigarette) on the ground floor which was unbearable. Informed the receptionist but he was busy and a kind lady saw me and quickly attended to me. She helped me with the situation - went with me to verify the room on the ground floor and acknowledged the issue and helped me informed the reception to change the room immediately. Thanks for the prompt service and action.

Underwhelming Stay

The room was very small which is normal for Paris, but considering you were on the outskirts of the city I expected a lot more in the terms or services and amenities. Upon check-in I asked the staff your a power adapter to plug my phone into the outlet. The look I was given was one of confusion. Once they finally figured out what I wanted I was told they do not have any and they would “try” to find one tomorrow. My room had a sever ant problem. I went to the front desk and told the staff the issue and they were not too helpful as I had to come back to the front desk several times to complain until not room was move about 2 hours later after I found ants in my personal belongings. I was moved to a handicap room where the shower floor drain did not work. It took 10-15 mins for the water drain out of the bathroom floor.

IBIS LEvalloisPerret is correct but this is so expensive more than 200€/night is really unsual and it brings me to think on another way to stay in Paris even if i use to go to Accor Hotel normally I tried first to go to Mercure Hotel near by my company and cost was around 300€ , greater than budget limit. so I change to Ibis

The rooms are very basic, small room, could hear the other rooms, good bed, not a lot of light in the room, no real hairdryer and no iron in the room. Breakfast is good. Called reception the night before to check something and nobody could speak English - not great !

It was a good stay, we were given a really small room at the beginning but when we asked to change this was done immediately and we were given a nicer one. The staff was always polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and well-kept. Kettle and tea facilities are missing in the room, while in other ibis usually there are. Overall it was a positive experience.

The room was next to the kitchen and had an awfull sound insulation. Until 3 am there was a loud noise of moving crates/garbage cans. From 6 am there was a loud noise of dishes (I supose from breakfast preparation). Otherwise, the room was clean and breakfast was good.

As ever with Ibis hotels (whatever the "marque" , comfort and service combined. A special note for the charm of the big mural photo in the courtyard that makes it look like you are staying in a chateau at the end of a tree-lined alley

The receptionist was drunk when I arrived for checking in (it was already 23h but I stil think this is not professional). I had a room at the front of the hotel at the first floor but couldn't open my window because there were people smoking outside under my window. Breakfast was more poor than I have had in other IBIS hotels. Location was perfect for me because 5 minutes walk from my office. Maybe I will try this hotel next time once and try another room but if this is not suitable I will again book the Evergreen Hotel or Mercure.
