Hotel staff was very helpful, the time i started to check in until the last stay at the hotel. They are well trained to handle many guests in high season. Do their job very fast. no need to takes too much time on queue. I said this because i do really impressed with their kindness to the guests even tiredness come behind. Good work. Keep it going.

« Not really Accor standard that I'm looking for. »

First day checking-in to the room, takes sometimes to do the check-in process in Front Office. Entering the room (715), very strong urine smell in shower room and bathroom floor still wet. No Bath Towel at all. Need to make a phone called (2424) for the towel (unbelievable-ready room standard?) Towel color was not white (off white or grey?) Bed linen was spot. Second day checking-in (760), No Hand Towel. Bed linen spot. Request (2424) the hand towel took 2 hours but still not came yet. Second called (2424) still not came yet. Until met Housekeeping staff visit to the next room and asked for the towel. Finally hand towel delivered.

stay for 1 nite only, everything was great. Fast check in check out, cool renovated room which is very modern and cozy. Breakfast time also fantastic, many variety menu. I also love the pastry in the lobby, taste so delicious. Definitely will coming back

this is the first time I stay at Mercure Ancol since almost 50 years ago and would be the last time, because this is a high cost economy hotel ever. I stay here but must spend a lot money to go out and come back to hotel since the premises' gate have to charge me again and again, really a rediculous policy, well, forget it.

To be honest, as hotelier from long time, I am really affected by your tittle "Guests are not treated well". This is not representing our hotel and our team efforts... The Ancol Gate is not managed by the hotel but directly by Ancol park. The hotel is paying for all the guests In and Out. Our team sent you confirmation reservation with entrance pass by email upon your booking on accorhotels and we always inform upon Check In that we can give you additional print to go Out and In Ancol, cover by the hotel. Please let me know if the Gate refused the pass and I will immediately complain to them as they will charge us... We hope you appreciate the room upgrade and the other hotel facilities... We also hope your understanding that this inconvenience is not representing how we take care of our guests. Let me know if you want to come back to Ancol and I will personally organize. The hotel is OK and the level of service was very good. Only two issues. Firstly, lots of mosquitoes in the bar (I was unprepared for the bites), and second, no double glazing in the rooms, so the sound of a dance group in the car park early Saturday morning was quite deafening.

Very excellent and very helpful staff and winderfull hotel for all services.. I am thanks alot our staff katrina kezia and ratih and teguh w and dimas ied for help us for everything thals letter for them and really they are excellent staff and the take care alot for us and they are helpful and professional staff for coustmer services and really i give them 100% rate for them and really for our staff give us feeling a family we was return back to mercure hotel when we back from puncak and for future if i plan to visit Indonesia sure i will book in ur hotel ......❤️

The 1st room we were given was outside the hall. When it was raining, we get wet when we get out of room. Then we asked for another room. The 2nd room has stink smell from the bathroom and toilet. The same smell coming out from the hall whenever we come out of the lift. Then we asked for another room. The third room was finally great. The only thing we found was the bathroom floor was slippery. Mrs was fell in there and got bruises. The service was great. Everyone seems very friendly. The ocean view was not very nice, we could see people are doing construction works there. Overall was not bad, we get to explore the attractions in Ancol.
