I want tell my experience when stay at executive room mercure convention center ancol, it's a nice to me and my wife, I have an executive priority room for stay, with a special tropical fruit and cookies, as an accor plus member we can do late check out. Have a great welcome drink at nelayan bar, have a great dine at shiosai Japanese restaurant, have a great breakfast at Sunday kelapa restaurant. All menu set which preserved have a great special taste, I really enjoy it

Me and my family really enjoy our holiday at Mercure Ancol. We are very happy for your kind fast response, service and excellent hospitality. When we checked in, Pak Teguh Wijanarko really polite and always smile, absolutely helpful. And Pak Ongku help us until we got our room. During our stay we were very happy with all great activities and facilities at Mercure Ancol. And Pak Gunawan support us when we checked out too. Mercure Ancol always my and family favorite hotel.

« Good service, need upgrade on facilities »

Quite clean room with decent size. However, need major upgrade on amenities and bedding (my sheet and pillow cases were stained). Kids pool were great. Kids club needs revamp and some serious cleaning. Breakfast was OK, lots of variety but lack in taste. Staffs were helpful and friendly.

Our family has stayed in mercure ancol for the past 3years. My kid loves the water slides. Luckily this year, we got to use the waterslides. Unlike last year, it was closed. Overall stay is good. But i realised the towel were only given 2 big towel, there's no hand towel. We stayed last december and came back january again. So, i prepared a few hand towel from home. For the kids club, maybe can add a few new toys or renovate since the first time we went to the kids club, all is still the same. Consider these days a lot of hotels have very good kids club.

Almost all is the best, especially location for vacation, and swimming pool for kids. Except breakfast package taste is under expectation, and room with no bath tub.Choose wing and 4th floor or higher for good ocean view.

First of all, I am a regular customer of Ancol, because of many activities can be done there. Hence the hotels are very important element. 1. The room is ok, and I can have 5 room side by side after one negotiation. But my toilet has an issue with its water. 2. The food was very usual. Tasteless, most of the time are out of availability already, while it is still 8.30 am, and seem that nobody cares to refill them. 3. The restaurant is very messy, especially in outdoor area 4. Check out line should be separated with check in line. And you should create one line of queue (like in a bank), so whoever come first will get earlier service. I believe Mercure should be prepared even in high season. Thank you

As we are living in equator country, supported also by the seaside location with big garden and lots of planters, the mosquitos find that it is their natural habitat. We have our pest control that do daily treatment and big spray throughout the hotel on weekly basis to keep the population down. Our guest service staff are here 24 hours to serve all of our guests. I loved the smell of the room. And also breakfast was amazing! I ordered pizza but it takes more than 20 mins, maybe bcause the kitchen was busy during holiday seasion. And also all you can eat durians for 1 hour it means mercure treat us so well.
