Its a nice hotel, the receptionist was help full. on my third day i spoil my tea and put bathmat to clean up, but the housekeeping wasn't change it when they cleaned up my room. the business center staff very help full. suggestion for the lady who's sit at the corner , i forgot is it GRO or what else they called it, i think she should know what's going on hotel cause when i ask about an event she told me to ask to the receptionist. and before the guest check in, you should check all equipment, coz i found out that my hairdryer off on my second day and the parquet need to fixed it sound crack when i step on it. but overall its a nice stay.

We had fun during our weekend stay at Mercure hotel. Kids were having fun too. Our room was big and comfy. Bed and pillow are super comfy. Nice pool with the slide, only the green slide was not working, if only it can be used, our overall rate will be rate at 10. Food was okay, service was fast enough.

Too much dust at table, near the cup for tea and coffee, around the table lamp beside our bed also. There is a big stain our bed linen that makes us ask the staff to change it. At night, theres too much mosquitos around the lobby so we are not comfortable to stay at sofa while enjoying the live music. And of course not safe for our kids too with that condition. But the at recepsionist doin great job, good explanation when we do check in for the first time stayin at this hotel. The bell boy really friedly and polite. Good job for most the staff

Unfortunately your experience was not met totally your expectation due to mosquitos and room cleanliness. For that matter, please sincerely accept our apology. We are glad that your request to change the bed linen was followed up directly by our staffs. We are providing mosquitos repellent in our Nelayan Bar and our Sunda Kelapa Restaurant as we are aware that it is quite challenging situation in our hotel to keep the mosuito in low population due the location near the sea and the fact that our hotel is surrounded by big gardens and trees. Nevertheless we are keep doing our daily maintenance and 2 times on weekly basis for big treatment with our pest control partner. We keep this note for our corrective action and encouragement to all of our staff to continuously improve the quality of our services and product. this hotel has many ballrooms for many events at same time. The Krakatau Ballroom is so big, but the sound (microphone) had trouble many times, so annoying, overall good. In bidadari ballroom we had problem about AC, sooooo cold. and in the right side of the ballroom is the coldest because there was "open AC" (maybe the thing to close the ac had broken, I don't know), overall good. About hotel's room, I'm so lucky to have a room with ocean's view and swimming pool's view. It's so nice view, relaxing. my critics are: the food is standard, poor of variation, same condition with the snack for coffee break. and than I had bad smell towel with ugly color, it should be clean white, but i got dirty white (almost grey), your staff give me the new one, with good smell, but still in dirty white. At last day, finally I got white clean towel. You must change your towels with new ones. It's not white anymore (pay attention for your towels please).
