it was a great experience. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer a computer at the lobby for guests to use, as they did before. On the first two nights, my room did not have the little shampoo/conditioner bottles. The hotel also should offer a hand towel.

Under average room cleaninless. To much lost time on check-in even though I had already done online check-in. I had to wait for a long time for front desk to open the garage's gate. Asked for a room on the top floor, but didnt get it.

I had two basic problems in my last stay at Ibis Caxias do Sul. I booked for 3 nights and the second night I had the surprise of another guest into my room while I was resting. Yes! reception released the same room for two different guests. Second problem was the lack of reception staff training when you go check it out. I made an advance payment of breakfast at check in, when I get the invoice for reimbursement in the company, I had only done the invoice of stays; I understand that by being billed on different notes, the hotel should provide a note of all the services paid for it.
