the location is excelente, the ibis staff is also very good. Prices of meals are very fair, mainly the breakfast.the problem I had was a water leaking in the bathroom, and the room magnetic card was failing all days in the week.

The best: Gym in good conditions, free parking, lifters. Need to improve: cleaning (one day the room was not cleaned), the bill for the coffee should be issued on the same the day, not all bills on the last day.

The room was extremely hot. The air was not working and, according to the hotel staff, it couldn’t be fixed, because it was set to heater. We had to sleep with the windows open and it was hot, even though. It was noisy too. Breakfast wasn’t as good as it normally is.

it was a great experience. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer a computer at the lobby for guests to use, as they did before. On the first two nights, my room did not have the little shampoo/conditioner bottles. The hotel also should offer a hand towel.
