Faced problems at hotel's reception (delay), no available items in minibar (all items in reception), no hygiene kit in bathroom, internet does not work well and breakfast not delivered in the room for special time.

A marca ibis é reconhecida internacionalmente pela qualidade de seus serviços aliada à excelente relação serviço/qualidade/preço e sua localização sempre estratégica. Tudo isso permite tarifas extremamente competitivas assim como uma participação mais direta do nosso hóspede durante a sua estada, gerando um ambiente mais descontraído e acolhedor. Nos hotéis ibis o room service foi substituído por um bar que funciona 24 horas por dia oferecendo refeições rápidas e lanches. O serviço de lavanderia também é simples, porém muito eficiente. Quem quiser utilizá-lo deve preencher um formulário e levá-lo à recepção juntamente com as peças e o serviço será providenciado. O mesmo acontece com a reposição de toalhas ou travesseiros em que é necessário dirigir-se à recepção para retirá-los, ou mesmo quanto às bagagens que são levadas diretamente pelos clientes aos apartamentos através de carrinhos disponíveis na recepção. O café da manhã na rede íbis é opcional e foi especialmente desenvolvido para atender as necessidades diárias de nossos clientes. Com uma seleção variada de produtos quentes e frios, oferecendo aos clientes um café completo por um preço justo. Hotel is nice, but having to take receipts for every single water bottle, breakfast, etc is very annoying. Also all employees simply refuse to take anything to your room. Even the laundry they will not deliver to your room.

Somethings to improve. It was cold and raining and the heater of bedroom doesn't worked. The conditioning air have only freeze option. The energy of my bedroom was out...electric problems in infra-structure however the employees were very kind and solved quickly. And the worst thing was: almost NO option for vegetarians. Second day at hotel all dishes at buffet had some kind of meet. Even in the salad!! There was some vegetables with bacon, soup with bacon, beans with bacon... The chef at restaurant was also very kind and tried to offer me something. I really appreciated but as suggestion, please think on having more veggie options. Thanks

It was very nice and confortable. The attendants are extremely polite and good-tempered. I had everything I needed, including a indication of a gym that I was looking for. The food in Ibis Betim is very good and better compared to the other Ibis hotels that I have already experienced.

I was in room 367 friday 27/10 to saturday 28/10 and i forgot my cell phone charger in the room. I went back to the hotem saturday afternoon to collect my charger and was informed that the " Lost property room was closed and no key was available. " Call us on Monday " they said. I called on Monday to be told that my charger had not been handed in. Very disappointing !!!!!!!! One more thing - nobody was smiling at this hotel
