It was clean and comfortable. The card didnt work all the time in the lift and sometimes on the room door Parking was a problem there was no where to park. Car park should have been free with hotel booking Overall enjoyed the stay was comfortable.

My room 908 - carpet was not clean. The room was extremely hot - my colleagues in various floors from 3, 5 and 12 all said their rooms were fine and I even went to check myself. When asked if I could change I was told hotel was completely booked up. I asked for a fan twice before it was supplied. My direct report Bogdan Vladescu room's was so dirty upon arrival .... he had to move immediately. One day at breakfast there was a hair in the hot mushrooms. To be fair this was the worst Novotel I have stayed at as a Accor member.

It was very basic and the rooms were not cleaned. They would just make the bed without actually cleaning. I found dirt in the shower, carpet, bed, etc.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very helpful. The pool is great, although needs to be kept stocked with things like towels. The shower in our room was not really warm, but this is a small thing in what is otherwise a lovely experience.

Car park spaces are very tight to get in and out of. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, would prefer having a small sink in with the toilet for hygiene purposes. Good sized pool. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Was given a disabled room on the 8th floor. Normally love the style of Novotel rooms but the adapted bathroom in this room was a disappointment. Have no doubt the bathroom was clean, but it did look quite grubby.

Terrible check in. Poorly trained staff in all areas. I have stayed in Novotels around the world and this is the most incompetent Novotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel does not have Air Conditioning. Great for the environment, no good for sleep in the centre of a hot city. 4 nights in a sweatbox it was. I was given a room with an adapted bathroom - the shower was a useless semi-warm trickle at one end of a bathtub with a curtain that is too close - continually sticking to your body. A plus point was a large bathroom and a good-sized bed in a clean room. However. the quality of the cooked breakfast seems to have declined since my last visit - sausages seem to be low meat content bulked out with rusk and the undercooked fatty bacon is abominable with an overpowering false smoke favour. The scrambled egg was either bought in pre-cooked or from a mix. Add to the mix a temperamental room key that needed to be reset at reception every evening and a TV remote control that worked when it wanted to, and your have a pretty poor stay.
