I stay here regularly because it is close to where I work. The staff have always been very friendly and nothing is a problem for them. The checking in process is great if you do it online before you arrive. All you do is pick up you room key and you are done. Although the manual process is equally as great an experience.

Everything was great except for the cleanliness of the room itself. There were stains on the wall, bathroom door, etc. One area of the carpet was dirty and sticky. I have photos of some of these concerns but there doesn't seem to be a place on this survey to attach them.

Nothing especially inspiring about the room, with its plastic bathroom. Reasonably clean and quiet however and in a convenient location, close to the train station, late night shopping and lots of restaurants. The downstairs lobby is sort of cool and inviting.

Reception attractive and friendly. Room nicely designed, airy and light, good view from top floor, good firm bed, spotlessly clean. Good bathroom and shower. Curtains leaked light at the edge which could be improved to avoid early wakeup.

First off all got asked for I.d for staying there never been asked before and stayed there 5times, plus my key card didn’t work told reception three times still didn’t work when gave me new one, and my friend lost her curling tongs which was in 201 wardrobe

The "newly renovated" room had an old lumpy mattress. I expected more than 2 towels and a bathmat (hand towel and washcloth would be nice). You knew there were 2 staying in the room, yet only 2 towels. Had a note to whatsApp them if we needed something, and we were messaged back to come down to the desk. Why bother with the WhatsApp? No complementary shampoo/bar soap. Just the all in one on the wall. The bathroom was like a motorhome, up 7" and just a shower that bumped into the toilet. Very small room, not really room for 2 suitcases. The decor was nice. The cooling was set at 5 and yet, the room never got very cold. The keycards for the elevator were a pain, and we had to go back and get them reset on the 2nd day of our 4.5 day stay.
