Bed (and especially pillow) was very comfortable. The pool area is nice, I had it all for myself for a morning swim. I wasn't very comfortable with the change rooms and shower, though. They are separated for men and women but they are not really private. In the shower, you must wear your swimming suit if you don't want others to see you naked from the pool area. The breakfast was very good.

We have stayed at Pullman Fontana already at least ten times and been every time more than satisfied. The service is often like in other big hotels, maybe not so polite and individuel but this time we got superpolite service in breakfast room. Splendid (expensive) breakfast, quiet room.

We have stayed at Pullman Fontana at least twice a year since 5-6 years and have almost always been more than satisfied. The room has always been clean, it is quiet to sleep, the breakfast is rich etc. Special thanks to the lady in breakfast room.

« Excellent support during our entire stay at The Pullman Fontana in Stuttgart. »

I have been a customer/guest of the Stuttgart Fontana Hotel over the last 16 years, dating back to when it was originally a Dorint Hotel, then later a Mercure Hotel, and now a Pullman Hotel. This means I really like the hotel and have always enjoyed staying there on my trips to Stuttgart. During our last stay, we did experience a few problems with our check-in, and the requests I made before hand with Hotel Registration over the phone for some of the extra things we had requested for the room were not done at all prior to our arrival, which caused some unnecessary problems for us on our end -- meaning we had to chase things down on our own to ensure they were done. Things did get better over time, but not before I made my concerns directly known upfront with the Front Desk. This was the first time something of this nature happened like this. Part of this might be due to some possible uneven training of new personnel. I hope my comment helps here to improve things for the future.

It was OK. I have a feeling that the maintenance standards are going down. Last year we complained about air-conditioning but still the new system is not functioning. During last two visits, my colleagues and I faced problems with opening room doors. I have experienced twice moving to other rooms due to lock issue and a colleague of my experienced it once. During my last visit, house keeping was disappointing as well. The towels were not replaced. Internet is much better.

One problem i had at the beginning that i hope woud happened anybody. I came sunday evening very late to the hotel (at 23.30). I got a room. I went there and there was about 30 degrees or even more. I tried to adjust the temperature but soon i found out that it doesn't work. I called reception at 0.30 and got new room (have to change all my already unpacked things to another room) Everything is possible, but what i heard next day that this same room has been offered to him as well at 9 o'clock pm, when he came to the hotel. He has complaint and already at this time got another room. If first customer has complaint the room, you give it to another customer?? I didn't like that. Until i get to sleep in the first night, it was very late, because this moving and so. There was also no compensation of a kind because of that.

« Good hotel, spa was still good, but check in/out coul be better »

I cuurently check in online, but your staff are not aware of how it works, even if I check two times if check out s in order to be able to leave quickly the day after, staff still enoyed us for 10 minutes during chevk out, where according to hotel policy, we just have to leave keys. This is not acceptable! Others are good anyway. We re coming back soon, hope everything will be better.

The entrance has a very strong food cooking smell. The bar has no atmosphere as it feels like you are sitting in the foyer. The carpet along our hallway was in poor condition, badly needing to be replaced and then to top it all off the wi fi available at this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced. In this day and age this is unacceptable.
