« Short stay to visit the Stuttgart Christmas markets »

This is our annual trip to Stuttgart to visit the Christmas market. This hotel is located at the quite part of the town yet it is convenience and travel easily from the airport and to the city center by the S train. We particularly like the in house SPA facilities and guest can use them free.

« The mattresses are really bad. »

Overall okay but the mattresses are really bad. There is also a lot of miscommunication between the reservation department and the front desk. This leads to a lot of problems. I have addressed this several times and I hope that this won't be an issue anymore.

« Not bad but over priced experience. »

The lady at the reception was not friendly, not smiling at all. Cold room because I couldn't switch off the AC completely (it was always on), a good internet connection only in the bathroom and not in the room, sometimes a bad smell from the bathroom. Over priced breakfast, the staff in the restaurant and the bar are so kind and friendly. the best thing in this hotel is that it is close to the train station.

Dedicated and committed employees made my business trip an amazing experience.The breakfast was excellent: food, drinks and service.The maid service is also great.All the staff are very helpful, but I want to highlight the service from the hotel receptionist, they were fantastic.

I always stay at the Pullman Fontana when in Stuttgart. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very central and easy to get to downtown. I would recommend the Pullman. The price is okay as well. I one gripe I have is that the breakfast is a bit more expensive than I would like to pay. I just don't feel the value is there as I simply can't eat 22 Euros worth of food in the morning, but all in all it is a good hotel.

Love this hotel with the spa facilities. Although size not big the facility with a pool, two saunas, whirlpool and a steam bath give you enough to spend a couple of hours. After all all facilities are free to use by hotel guests so what else you could expect. Very enjoyable indeed.

Our maintenance team also had the feeling that the room is too warm. We checked the temperature setting and changed it to the lowest temperature setting. The maintenance team dind't find a malfunction as the AC worked afterwards without problems. We can imagine that there was a missetting of the temperature setting which can be caused by a chambermaid who cleaned the temperature display and changed unfortunately the temperature and therefore we apologize. I always like staying at this hotel when I travel for business. The location is perfect for getting to where I need to work and for access to downtown via the S-Bahn. I enjoy hanging out in the bar during Happy Hour and during this last trip the bartender was extremely nice and helpful.

When I arrived, the room air conditioner had not been turned on and it was very hot. It took a few hours for the room to cool down. The room had a very "hotel" smell to it - maybe the cleaning products - I don't know, but I went to the store and bought a Glade candle which I burned throughout each night. The pillows and bed are hard and I had quite a bit of difficulty sleeping due to this. I don't know if I'll stay at the Pullman again next year.

Bed (and especially pillow) was very comfortable. The pool area is nice, I had it all for myself for a morning swim. I wasn't very comfortable with the change rooms and shower, though. They are separated for men and women but they are not really private. In the shower, you must wear your swimming suit if you don't want others to see you naked from the pool area. The breakfast was very good.

We have stayed at Pullman Fontana already at least ten times and been every time more than satisfied. The service is often like in other big hotels, maybe not so polite and individuel but this time we got superpolite service in breakfast room. Splendid (expensive) breakfast, quiet room.
