« Good hotel, spa was still good, but check in/out coul be better »

I cuurently check in online, but your staff are not aware of how it works, even if I check two times if check out s in order to be able to leave quickly the day after, staff still enoyed us for 10 minutes during chevk out, where according to hotel policy, we just have to leave keys. This is not acceptable! Others are good anyway. We re coming back soon, hope everything will be better.

« Worst Wi Fi ever »

The entrance has a very strong food cooking smell. The bar has no atmosphere as it feels like you are sitting in the foyer. The carpet along our hallway was in poor condition, badly needing to be replaced and then to top it all off the wi fi available at this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced. In this day and age this is unacceptable.

Great hotel and my 10th visit in last 8 months. But pillows are too hard and too big Remote control always needs new batteries The safe is often locked on arrival

Es tut mir sehr leid zu lesen, dass die Klimaanlage auf Ihrem Zimmer störende Geräusche von sich gegeben hat und wir werden dem umgehend nachgehen, damit bei Ihrem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder alles perfekt ist. Generell hat unsere Klimaanlage für 2018 höchste Priorität. Wir arbeiten bereits mit Hochdruck daran diese auszutauschen, alle Planungsarbeiten und Vorarbeiten sind bereits vollständig abgeschlossen und noch in diesem Monat erfolgt die Lieferung der ersten Teile. « We always sleep here »

We have always been satisfied in Hotel Pullman Fontana. The situation is excellent in Vaihingen for us. It is very easy to come either by train or car, not far from city or airport. We needed an extra bed for our grandchild and it was not a problem.

After a bit of discussion w/the front desk, we finally got our room squared away, although I still don't think we got the class of room we actually reserved. That said, always a great hotel in the VERY BEST location for travel in/around Stuttgart. Given the opportunity/room availability, the Pullman Fontana Stuttgart is always our first hotel choice.

Our short break at the Pullman Fontana hotel was made by the exceptional quality of the staff. They are very welcoming, friendly and make you feel very much at home. A special mention of the attention received from Selina on reception who looked after us superbly well and when on duty always had a few words when returning to the hotel which was very nice. The bar and restaurant staff were all faultless and made our short stay very special. Another massive plus for this hotel is its very close proximity to the U and S Bahn rail links both to the City Centre and the Airport. Whilst the stations are literally next door to the hotel you do not get any background noise. Would definitely recommend this hotel as the place to stay in Stuttgart.

The hotel was very satisfactory. The room was very nice and the service from all the staff including front office, dining room and the maid service left nothing else to be desired. I have two comments on improvements. The hot water in my room took 5 minutes with the tap full open to reach my room, especially in the morning. Definitely a waste of water and I would have expected better. The internet service was difficult. I almost never was able to log in with my Apple phone. That was very frustrating. Additionally, when I logged in with my computer, the signal strength fluctuated often, making it difficult to use, especially when I tried using Skype with my wife. I have had several long term (month or more) stays at the Domero over the past several years and have never had internet problems there. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. My room was very good and always clean and the entire staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant.

I always chose your hotel when in Stuttgart, because it is in a great location for me, but also because of the Pool and Wellness area. I was very disappointed that the pool was freezing cold and almost not swimmable this time, as well as the water in the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. Therefore it made it kind of pointless for me to stay with you and very high rate on top of it.

« Fantastic hotel, great service »

I had a short stay at the hotel for a business trip and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, there is a wide range of food on offer for breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered dessert via room service not realising it contained something that I can't eat. I called room service and they were quick to replace it as a good will gesture. The leisure facilities were great! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Check-in was a breeze. Room was clean except AC is not working as expected. It was still warm in room. Breakfast is good. Check-out took a long time, I have to leave after waiting for 15min and there is still 4-6 people ahead of me. I returned later to check-out.

« Conducting a Move to Germany, Initial Stay in Pullman Fontana »

The hotel is elegant and service staff are very professional. Their willingness to solve problems made them easy to approach and each was semi-fluent in German and English. The breakfast is amazing but their WIFI is intermittent. There are two reason I rated this hotel lower than 7 the first is as I was staying for 30-60 days I requested the HDMI ports be open for connection from an Apple TV but despite several requests they never unlocked the ports and I had to buy a TV to be able to use my device. Second, I requested when I first checked in to have a 60 day term but they only put me in for 30 days and a week before 30 days I thought I should stop by and remind them I will be there for another month, where at that time they informed me my stay was over after 30 days and I would need to check out. Needless to say this was uncomfortable and casued great anxiety in me as I was in a foreign country with lots of luggage and now had two days to find a place to live until I locate a permanent residence. Their only response at the desk was "sorry." Corporate offered another week on my stay but said there were too many festivals in town and they couldn't extend me as they had already sold the rooms. So because my rate was lower than what they were charging festival goers I was ejected. Otherwise it's a good hotel but don't take anything for granted and confirm every detail with the staff before assuming anything.
