« OK over all but spoiled by a couple of things »

OK overall but the top floor room (501) was very cold and turning the heating up made no difference. Breakfast is too expensive.

« Frontdesk didn't deliver on promise »

Stay was ok, but I arrived and got 3 different WIFI codes which is annoying. I told the front desk that there's the possibility to get a single code for the whole stay as I usually do in all other Accor hotels but he immediately responded: "This is not possible, I'm working here 6 years and never heard of that". He promised me to look into it as I told him I just got it last week at the Mercure Airport Messe Stuttgart but he never got back to me, even after I approached him about it. It's disappointing because these small things actually make my stay worthwhile.

Overall the hotel was fine. The person checking me in was not rude but somewhat short and not overly friendly or helpful (the staff the rest of the time was fine). The sleeping room and bathroom were quite small, especially with my girlfriend staying with me. If I stayed by myself it may be OK, but won't likely stay here again with a 2nd person. The breakfast was OK, but also not impressive.

« Good business hotel in quite area »

Clean and modern hotel rooms in good condition. Quite rooms. Breakfast is good, but the breakfast area can be a bit crowded and noisy, especially if you sit close to the coffee machine

« Nice hotel in downtown Stuttgart with very friendly staff! »

Very friendly welcome. The receptionist did check on her own initiative whether I was a m member of the loyalty program so that I could get a 15% discount in the restaurant. When I called reception for a taxi I was addressed by my name which felt very customer friendly.

Overall it was good, room was not big but nice and clean. Location is good, easy to reach from public transportation. However the room was somehow not warm enough, even though I did turn on the air conditioning (heat mode) to almost 30 degree, it was by no means 30 degree in the room. Also the fan was quite loud from the air conditioning.

« Room ok, restaurant disappointing, breakfast wonderful »

Room was ok. Clean and quiet but smelled tobacco. Restaurant was disappointing : dry aged meat burger overcooked and not so tasty, french fries overcooked and too dry, water was requested during the dinner but served at the very end, just before paying the bill. Breakfast was very very good : good coffee, choices of breads, choices of fruits, choices of ham & cheese and some hot dishes.

Comfortable bed and wonderful breakfast. The tea bar in the breakfast buffet is tea-lover paradise. Food is carefully chosn and prepared, and very delicious.

- Average rooms - Noisy (traffic and sound proofing from adjacent rooms) - Overall adequately clean rooms with no complaints for the house keeping - Beds are not comfortable, pillows are really small/poor quality - Very bad front desk experience when requesting for extended check-out possibility (Male Front Desk agent telling the adjacent front desk staff servicing me - "Tell him that he should pay for the extension of check-out" (in German and without courtesy/rude assuming that I can't speak/understand German)
