« Not worth the price »

1. over priced - Paid 250 Euro per night per person excluding breakfast 2. HVAC not working in room. temp set to 23degree and room was freezing 3. No mini bar in room.

Check-in and Checkout time was very optimal without any delay. Location wise very comfortable to commute across the city center. Breakfast had wide varieties even for vegetarians like me

I’ve got free upgrade to superior room because when the standard-room was full when we check-in. So, thank you for the generousity! The room was clean and tidy. I like it. The free expresso machine was the best :)

I took early morning flight from Shanghai to Frankfurt and arrived at hotel around 9:00am. Would like to check-in and pay extra half-day fee like always, but this time I got no. Had to wait till 1:30pm though very exhausted after a long flight.

« Acceptable but not great »

The hotel is nice enough. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast good. However, my problem is that despite telling the front desk staff on the first morning of my stay that the shower did not drain well and being told it would be attended to - it wasn't. The result was that on both mornings I had to shower 'piece by piece' because after about 20 seconds the water would start to fill the shower hob. When I am paying more than 200 euro a night. I should not have to put up with this two days running.

« room card lost access for 4 times, a cold and rude staff, »

poor experience, my room card lost access for 4 times and i had to go downstairs to the reception to reset my card almost everyday i returned to hotel. staff explained to me maybe because room card was close to cellphone, but i actually put them seperately, and i stayed in different hotels before i never saw such "sensitive" room card before! when i went to the reception on 6 Nov at around 9pm, the female staff there was very cold and rude, saying to me "it's impossible!" i requested to change a new card but got rejected by her, she insisted to reset the old card instead of changing a new one. anyway poor experience staying there!

« A very nice experience in Stuttgart »

This Mercure is very centrally located with easy access to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, east t oget to from the airport. Staff are super efficient and friendly. We arrived on a national holiday ( a Thursday!) everything was shut, shops, restaurants etc. Staff helped us with a choice of places that delivered. It was a great service by their reception staff. Located next to a huge shopping mall for those who love to shop. Rooms are fresh, clean and well appointed, we had a privilege room which was well equipped. All up to usual Mercure standards. Ironing room is in the basement, this is dislike but it was well appointed. We missed the breakfast each morning, prefering to sleep late but did eat once in the restaurant and as vegans/Vegetarians we found one option on the menu that worked but this was very tasty and the food served to other guests looked excellent too.

Room rates where far too expensive for what was offered. In a 300€ rate not even breakfast was included. Check-in took almost 20 minutes.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and the staff, especially the room cleaning ones were too sweet and very professional at the same time! one thing I didnt enjoy was that the breakfast' buffet's prices werent clear and there was a lot of confusion going on in there. otherwise, the rest was extremely good and I'm satisfied.

« Top accomadation, interesting city »

easy transport to get to all the sites made this a great city to visit, the accomadation was well located and central enough to get the underground or buses.a great place to relax and staff really look after your needs.Shopping centre with all needs, five minutes walk get rid of the wife for a few hours really easy.Mercedes museum was terrific, staff were very helpful to us, some others complained about service.Its a bit hilly if you want to do the push bike thing but electric scooters were great, download the app get them where ever you like.
