The stay was good and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast choices were great. Coffee machine replenishment needs to be worked on. Bar service was slow at points.

My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel well situated for the things that we wanted to do. The coffee machine worked but seemed to have a random fault. Coffee capsules were not automatically replenished, I had to ask for them.

Hotel was clean and pleasant. I checked in online as I often do, but my documentation was not ready when I arrived late at night. I was also surprised that I was not able to charge drinks at the bar to my room on the first night, despite having checked in as previously. Rest of the stay was straightforward until check out. The staff member insisted on doing so in the way that was easiest for him. First I asked him to charge my bill to the card I had used at check-in, but he insisted I give him theocrat again because it would be easier. I then asked him to email me my bill as it would be easier for me, but he said it would actually be easier for him to print it out and hand it to me, so that is what he did. Unrelated but I was also disappointed not to be offered an upgraded room on this stay.

definitly not the best place to go, felt like in an IBIS average hotel, was not welcome like a Gold Card member, even had to ask for my welcome drink , upgrade 0 and I got a stinky room!!! I clearly do not recommend this hotel except if they strongly renovate it and offer a real customer service

The stay as such was ok however I asked for a quiet room and although I got a room not at the main street side, it still was very noisy on the side where the gas station is.

Arrived late in the evening, front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was ready and pleasant. The rooms looks like they've had a refurbishment as they looked much better than my last visit to this hotel few years ago. Room was quite & bed was comfortable. Enough space to store your belongings and suitcase. Every day the room was spotless and clean. Housekeeping do a very good job. I asked them for an extra pillow and I was given it same day. Complimentary bottle of water in the room and tea/coffee station. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Internet coverage and speed was good. Drinks at the bar was super expensive. €8 for a glass of wine from a bottle you can purchase for €3 at a store.

Service was good. Check in and check out processes were seamless. However, I am puzzled why doesn't my room come with a fridge and coffee machine, when my colleague have them in their rooms.

Been there a couple of times when doing business in Stuttgart. The rooms are fine, clean and its comfortable to work even with 2 Laptops. Breakfast is a good choice, typical for 4* Mercures. Only black side: My Platinum Status at Accorhotels is never honored when been there. No welcome gifts at the room, just the typical free drink. Not the welcome experience like in other Accorhotels.

1. Cancelling Rooms without early notice to arrange the hotel 2. Rooms have small bed sheets ; small pillows 3. The receptionist was not customer firendly and not able to fnd solutions for Gold / Platinum members !?

I was requested to describe all my valiable belongs at the reception desk and after that sign a paper with this description. I asked if that procedure was for everybody and the answer was that it was only for brazilians. That sounds for me a kind of prejudice that I am not intend to face again and I will recommend to my company, travel agency and employees to avoid the Mercury Stutgart hotel.

Room in general very small but clean. But bathroom not clean and stinky, shower dirty (between the tiles).
