really enjoyed our stay. xbox and games area was a bonus. Swimming pool was great and service to and from the airport and aeroville was really good.Room was excellent.

This was a great experience! The front desk was absolutely amazing. I wish I remembered all their names, but Daniella was a great help to our daughter when she got a little lost! Everybody was incredible and very smily! The kid play area was fantastic, the only slightly negative aspect was the pool temperature. a bit too cold for everybody. Other than that... TERRIFIC

inwas disappointed with cleaness im walls they where all very dirty plus my first room smelled a lot to cigarette smoke i request to chamge room and whats ok about the smeell but the impression i have about this hotel is that is not well maintained, i travel the world i stay in many hotels so i can compare and i only stay in 4 stars and above and this hotel is not good you guys need to improve you need to renovate your rooms and corridors , plus in breakfast there was no one was just walkin and do or ever you want the food was good was a good breakfast but i found strange that there was no staff there .

You are the only hotel i know who always charge breakfast UNLESS the customer ask you to remove it from the bill upon checkout. That is sneaky. You should not add breakfast charge assuming by yourself customer took breakfast. Default should be breakfast should not be on the bill, unless you have a proof customer went to breakfast (and so have a more reliable and fast system to check that). Are you hoping for customer to forget to tell you they didn't take breakfast and charge them anyway ? That's not a respectful behaviour. Also, when are you gonna change all the light switches and plugs in the rooms ? They are ALL disgusting and look dirty. (and i have been in many different rooms in your hotel, with always the same observations.

I was disappointed about the Resturant ,the food was not standard.The staff we’re very overwhelmed as the were few on a Saturday night.This made the waiting time to long .I think a lot of improvement has to be done.otherwise our stay was lovely

We didn't have enough time to use all the facilities, ie pool, fitness center, but it was a nice stay nonetheless. We ventured out for dinner because the restaurant was a bit expensive and nothing stood out on the menu.

Check in was perfect and an early check in that I arrang d was fine. No cot as arranged butvthat was resolved super quickly. The kids play area was amazing and worth the stay just for that! We had a suite and paid quite a lot for one night but the room was not up to scratch and needs updating. Lots of stains and marks on the carpet so it felt dirty. Shower had many mouldy stains also and the shower head appeared luxurious but just created water everywhere as it’s far too big for the small shower space. The coffee machine did not work nor did the tv in the bedroom (living room work d fine). Although the staff and service at the front desk were good for me, when my husband arrived later in the car with many heavy bags he had to help himself to antrolley and load the bags and bring to the room as no one helped him. He was then told he had to move the car from out front which he could have done if there had been assistance with the baggage... we had dinner in the bar area which was fine but only one staff member was interested in helping us while there were so many staff but none payingbmuch attention to the customers. Breakfast was fine! Overall we would stay again if travelling with our kids again as this was the highlight in the pool and kids area, however would request a more updated room and hope for better overall service!

We really loved staying at the Novotel CDG. So much that we stayed here on 2 different occasions during our travels. Right from the large open atrium entrance to the children's play area and lounge, there is a welcoming relaxing feeling. We felt perfectly happy to simply hang out in the hotel enjoying the amenities during our layover. The rooms are comfortable, modern and clean. As we are a large family, we needed to take 2 rooms. So we greatly appreciated the fact that we were able to have adjoining rooms. The front desk staff who checked us in were also very helpful and friendly. On the down side, the rooms themselves are on the small side and might feel a bit tight especially if you are used to larger North American hotels. But this is just the way it is in France/Europe. We found the prices in the restaurant to also be a bit high (especially the weekend brunch!). But there are children's menu options for the evening meal which are reasonable and good and children are free of charge with a paying adult for the breakfast. So no real complaints. The very nearby town of Roissy-en-France is also a really nice classic French little town to walk to and enjoy the parks, playgrounds and shops. Recommended especially if you are travelling with kids!

Had we had more time we would have complained and moved but unfortunately we had to stay in the room stinking of cigarette smoke. It was disgusting!

The bedroom and staff st rececption were perfect.zTHE BAR(WHEN NO ONE AT BAR APART FROM ME TOOK 30 MINUTES FOR ME TO BE SERVED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS)THE RESTAURANT,FOOD WAS WELL BELOW STANDARD AND ONLY WARM TO COLD WHEN SERVED,AGAIN WE HAD TO WAIT SO LONG TO GET OUR FOOD.There were over 50 of us attending the World Arabian horse championships and we all agreed we will go to another hotel.The shoe cleaning machine on 1st floor was broken. One night we decided to go to the Campanile hotel just opposite for food and the had hot and cold buffet. and it was fantastic,clean and service amazing.

Checking it was a nightmare. We were offered room on the first floor which were smelling smoke or sewer. To avoid this we had to accept a regular room while we had booked an executive. The general state of cleanliness was substandard in the hotel. Breakfast is also not at the level it used to be and hygiene ( from the customer ) was not acceptable picking pastries and putting them back.

The place was quiet, clean, provided needed amenities, friendly staff, above average breakfast, shuttle to airport is not super reliable so give yourself additional time to get to airport.
