The hotel was a slightly mixed experience. The garden was a pleasant surprise, the breakfast restaurant nice, the staff very serice minded but the room was small with only one chair, insufficient wardrobe and no refrigerator

we are staying at this hotel 4-6 time in a year, as allways it was very good. the location, the breakfast are very special. the staf, helpful and efficient, we will come back in october and we are not looking for other hotel in Mannhime

Hotel run down, rooms smell, not clean, hot since AC does not work properly. Staff was rude at check-in. I don't know if I've ever left a negative review before in my life. But I would go out of my way to not stay here ever again. The one bonus was that it wasn't very far to the airport! That's the only nice thing I can think of to say. The condition of this hotel is more of what I'd expect in a third-world country, not in Germany.

Enjoyed my 8 night stay as the staff were great and friendly, but as the hotel's air-conditioning was not working the experience was uncomfortable, especially during the hot days.

I'ld like to really thank D. Stang who really went the extra mile to help with Accor customer service for a point rendemption issue. Very clean, helpful staff. Rooms a bit small. Bathroom design a bit simple (Basic equipment, sad granit). But overall, it's a good experience.

Nice hotel, well equipped rooms! Friendly staff, good service at the bar and at reception. Hotel air conditioning was down on hotter days making it difficult to sleep. Not going back in Summer until they confirm it is fixed.
