« A really pleasant, spotlessly clean hotel and also very quiet at night time. »

I only stayed for one night but it was a really pelasant stay and I will definitely book in again next year when I return to Mannheim. Everybody was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The hotel and room were spotless. The room and bed were very comfortable with all anyone could need.

« Satisfying but the duvet »

The hotel lobby and restaurant is nice. The room may need a little refreshment. The staff is kind. But the BIG MINUS is the DUVET. Only germans can sleep with that kind of tiny cover. Please purchase some "french style" = large ones to satisfy other customers.

we have family in Mannhaume , there for we are staying at this hotel and we fill at the hotel like at home . the rooms, servis as well as all the staf hellpes us to fill good and happy. this last visit was a bit hard bicuse the hotel put in rooms new mattress and we could not use the room for one day

Staff and services at the hotel were very good and my stay again was a pleasure. Was nice to get a new bed on arrival. it is evident the the hotel continues to be improved year on year. Only room issues I had were a too small duvet on the bed, only just covered a single person and the light switch by the bed was faulty. Apart from that great.

Disappointed really. I've been staying with my family in Mecure Hotel since I was 8. I've traveled around the world and stayed in lots of hotels. « Excellent hotel in Mannheim »

I stay here twice per month and have done so for a couple of years.I have always found the staff to be very welcoming and the service efficient.The food in the bar is high quality and excellent value.My only reservation is the German obsession with putting single duvets on double beds, which causes interrupted sleep as I'm constantly trying to get back under the duvet.
