Quick check in - Very good The room was ok and clean. But the aircon didn't work good enough. Breakfast was ok. Seems weird to pay for parking in the country.

Great staff, friendly good service. Shower setup left the floor wet and had to manage this with additional towels. Moved rooms due to A party outside bedroom ( Staff asked if I would like to move) this was a good initiative. Next room had a shower setup, was a little better. Also need more English TV channels. Or Preselected English Movies.

I was for a business training in your hotel and was quite surprised about your policies concerning having any hot beverage before or after the training. For any normal business hotel this is included without any further charge. After 5 p.m. was everything closed. Also after the first day the normal beverages were not offered any longer because they did not have any further in stock. When I asked for a second pillow I had to go to the reception to pick it. Food was fine but the soup was to salted. Room was ok but the bed linen was smelly.

Just a few things to start with, bath tub No bath mat, My son slipped and hurt his head. The soap tray fell and cut my ankle. My husband is disabled with metal knees. We wasn’t given a shower in our room only a high bath tub, so he couldn’t get a full wash.

The Holtel is located in a nice Landscape a bit out of town. The Golf course is near to the Hotel. The rooms are clean an provide enough space.The Restaurant provides a comphrehensive selection of local and international food and drinks.At checkin I was asked to pay fo the parking, as I came by car. Actually I coudn't park on the premises, as the space was completely occupied. He told my to pay anyway, as the whole area is payable. I had to call the dutymanager to get that sorted. Unnecessary trouble.Duroing the evening, they had a Buffet directly in fron of the gound floor rooms. This ws very noisy, so I could get to sleep very late.

Restaurant was very disappointing.... Ordered salat with macadamia nuts and got the salad without it) first waiter told me it the right salad, but after I showed her that it has not ingredients as per menu she went out to kitchen... when she came she told nuts were grinder that much to became invisible (and not testable)..:)

Overall experience was good except two points: - There wast a problem with receiving my reservation details at the hotel. When I called the hotel a few hours before arrival the staff could not locate my reservation. However, after an hour they confirmed all was fine and explained it was a computer error - When checking out I was asked to pay the bill in full eventhough I used my loyality points at the time of booking. When I explained, the staff did something in the system which resulted in my loyality points deducted second time from my account. I raised this with AccorHotels Customer Care and I am currently awaiting resolution.
