When I checked in I asked the clerk if the rate I was on included breakfast and I was told "yes". therefore I had breakfast in the hotel for the next three mornings. When I checked out I was asked to pay for breakfast. This really upset me as I do not get reimbursed by my Company for breakfast (I get a meal allowance of about 5 euro). It was the same clerk checking me out of the hotel that had checked me in, and she denied having told me that the rate included breakfast. I am so annoyed I am thinking of changing hotels. My other feedback is your beds are very hard.

Breakfast very good & staff there friendly/ welcoming Was put in a smoking room (should have been non smoking) & asked to change & told it was nonsmoking. When said I had ashtray & matches in room, they did change & were efficient about it moving my lugguage for me (nice) Rooms were way too hot & could not control. Front desk said nothing could be done. I opened window which helped but house staff closed so when got back it was very, very hot. Not comfortable at all. No work out facility - when I asked front desk said none &, as no alternative offered, assume no place near to go that connected with hotel

First of all I would like to apologize that your stay was not as satisfying as it should have been. It is feedback like yours, which help us to improve our services. Even we could help you with moving you to another room, it’s a pity that the heating in the new room apparently did not worked properly. Please be assured that I will have this checked immediately with our technician and Housekeeping Manager. Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a work out area. However, we gladly take your comment as an opportunity to get in touch with the nearest fitness center again, to check out the possibility of using the fitness center only for a day as a hotel guest. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of. - check in and reception team is top as always - my room was close to the elevator (327) that was an issue because of the people passing by were sometimes laud, woke me up late night/early morning - cleaning issue: there were short black hairs in my bathroom when I checked in - wifi works perfect

Everything just went smoothly and worked very well. Reception/Check in/Check Out Very nice service during breakfast and I liked the breakfast . Nice surprise was bathrobe and slippers in the room.

Free Internet connection could be faster and more stable. A 4 star hotel should be able to provide this (esp. when paying for the Business Package, one does not expect to pay additionally for internet). No fridge in the room, a knife/fork set would be nice as well. Anyway, a clean room and very friendly staff made my stay very nice.

I had to order room service on Wednesday. Number was not answering for 2 times and at the end I was calling the reception. Proposal was salmon. It was coming with a kind of dampish green risotto? below, no vegetables no bread. Quality was very bad.

Beautiful hotel with great interior. The personell was very friendly and helpful. The close proximity to the Neu-Isenburg Zentrum is also a plus. Additionally, you can find a lot of good restaurants in the area.
