« Hotel meets expectations, but could be improved »

The experience was overall positive, however, certain things could be better: -as an airport hotel, we really expected a shuttle, but there was none, when other Mercure hotels have it as a standard (e.g. in Kelsterbach) -every wifi I tried was very slow and had trouble even loading emails on the phone, connection broke all the time -shower was leaking water on the floor -my room had two single beds, which were very narrow, only when pushed together they were wide enough

Very poor air con. We had to move rooms on arrival and had to borrow a fan. Restaurant closed. Breakfast bread stale and dry. But Staff very friendly and helpful and the problems we not their fault.
