« It was decent »

There are not many options for snacks or drinks and the room temperature was very uncomfortable and could not be controlled. It was very hot and opened the window to get some cold air but it was noisy.

Hi, I spent 3 days in your hotel during business trip in Neu-Isenburg. I visited Fortinet's office, which is at the opposite side of the street. So the location was excellent. I also find room nice. However, the air-conditionng seemed not to work. I put it to maximum and degrees to 18, but dispite of that, no cold/cool air was coming. Only loud noice. Luckily it was cool outside, so I could open a window. I also used my laptop a lot and have read, that there should also be a wired connection in the room (which usually works much better than WLAN). But it didn't work at all. No internet connection via DSL. I got an ip address, but no login window / internet access. You however advertise, you have DSL and wlan in all your rooms: "All 143 rooms are air-conditioned and have DSL connections and free WIFI. " I also asked from reception about DSL connection but they just suggested to use WIFI... Luckily the WLAN worked well enough, so no big problem with that. I find your breakfast very good and employees friendly. So dispite of those little problems, I would come again to your hotel.

« Modern style hotel but at a too high price »

The hotel is located in the middle of Neu-Isenburg (close to Frankfurt city). It is a modern style hotel with very friendly and helpful personal. For a four star hotel, rooms are - in my personal opinion - a bit too minimial in equimpent. Howeer, sleeping comfort is quite fine, but I'm accustomed to something different in the four star class of Accor Hotels.Concerning this, the price seems to be too high to me. Something around 100 EUR per night (excluding breakfest) would be okay, but not 159,- EUR

Customer service was good. However, I think the rooms are old fashioned. Besides that there is no fridge in the room. The beds were also hard (not comfortable).

« Hotel meets expectations, but could be improved »

The experience was overall positive, however, certain things could be better: -as an airport hotel, we really expected a shuttle, but there was none, when other Mercure hotels have it as a standard (e.g. in Kelsterbach) -every wifi I tried was very slow and had trouble even loading emails on the phone, connection broke all the time -shower was leaking water on the floor -my room had two single beds, which were very narrow, only when pushed together they were wide enough
