Ate in the restaurant 3 times and the staff was very friendly and caring about my gluten free needs. Linda was attentive and chatted for a bit. It was slow on a Sunday and I had just checked-in after a long day of traveling. That was very much appreciated. Seeing her later in the stay she always greeted me with a smile and hello. It was also nice to speak with the chef who stopped by to make sure my dinner was good after gluten free adaptations that he made.

The staff of the hotel is always nice and super welcoming. However, the cleanliness over the years has really decreased. When arriving at the hotel, the room always seems half clean... specifically the rugs, as they never look vacuumed. Also this time, the room was not supplied correctly for a full week stay - this is not normal from past experiences

Pretty standard hotel, no outstanding downside but no real upside neither... + : Personel skills and attention - : Onboarding (information to be added manually altough a somple ID card copy would suffice) No fridge in the room ! Limited variety of dishes on the menu

For the price we paid, the quality of room service and cleaning is low. My bed was rumpled as if someone had been lying on the bed before I arrived. There was hair on top of the comforter. Hair in the shower and the toilet had not been cleaned and disinfected. The rooms are outdated, with low comfort.
