Hotel is great overall. But, I lost my new pair of Michael Kors flat gray shoes from room 205. It was in the closet with the rest of my shoes and did not realized it was missing until I was in Amsterdam. On last day before we left, housekeeping changed our towels but room was not cleaned.

The room did not smell fresh, the large window helped. Bed too soft. Not enough international tv programs, CNBC missing! Bathroom layout and utilisation very poor.

« Amazing stay »

We had a privilege suite and it was so spacious and comfortable! The bathroom is spacious as well and modern, everything you need is there. It is very quit in the room so a good night sleep is guaranteed. The room is in a separate building, where you feel extra special. You can walk through the garage, so no need to go outside. The hotel is so close to all sights and within a few minutes walk you are at the famous Köningsallee. All staff is very friendly and the breakfast is just perfect! Warm waffles and a cook that makes you omelette, the best way to start the day. We will definitely return!!

« First, I got the room in which smoking smell stayed a lot although hotel people said 'it is non-smoking room, sir". I got the better room without smelling smoke later. Thank you. »

Break fast can be better. I prefer to have more salat, vegetables. If I can have 'omlet' by order, it would be nicer.

« A pleasant short stay, good location »

I like the location of the hotel, close to Banhhof and Königsallee. The room upgrade was very nice with free mini bar drinks. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a bit disappointing because I was told that they do not serve omelette on Sundays any more which I certainly missed during my previous stays.

« Very Nice Accomodation »

First time for me in this hotel but very positive impressions. Arriving from the motorway was not exactly easy, but you ar in a big town and you have to reach the close proximity of the City. The traffic in the area is quite lively but the parking facility of the hotel helps to solve the problem: once there, you can leave the car and move to the City or to the river Rhein for a nice walk. Helping and friendly personnel, great rooms (even if not lately furnished, but anyway OK), very comfortable. Nice and cosy, very positive experience
