I stayed in better ibis than this hotel. Rooms are dated air con was rubbish. It was always a problem to pay by card in the bar always wanting you to add things to your room instead or pay cash... the bar man would not listen when I told them contactless does not work on a UK card in Europe. They just seemed to want to make life easier for them self rather than the customer. Customer service was just poor.... very poor.

« Good location to train station »

Overall it was a satisfactory experience, although my arrival was not so. I would suggest you put some kind of door-bell for late arriving guests. When I arrived, the main doors were locked and even though I knocked on the glass door, there was no response. I had to wait outside until someone decided to smoke outside!

The hotel was nice, clean and peaceful, so I and my family enjoyed it. We also liked the breakfast very much. During the last night though, there were some noisy guests of which I notified the reception. The receptionist promised to look into the problem, but nothing happened. Well, it sounded like a partying group of younger people, but still. We stayed in a superior suite in which mini bar, daily newspaper and fresh fruits were included. Mini bar was filled every day, but I never saw the newspaper, but I didn't reallt care about that. For the fruits I had to ask, and eventually we only got the fruits only once.

we stayed 2 nights. Good location not far from the train station and 10 minutes walking from the city. The staff is friendly. The beakfast buffet is good. The room is not of the level of a 4 stars hotels: TV not functioning (the employee at the desk said there is noone to solve the problem during the weekend, but we could move to another room), no mini bar. My biggest source of disappointment is there is no gym in a 4* hotel in a big city like Düsseldorf...

Third time I stayed in this hotel. Ideal situation close to the center. The room was small but very clean and very comfortable: good bed and relaxing shower. Nice breakfast buffet.
