I am disappointed, that customer loyalty is not appreciated. I gave you birthday to you in January. And upon arrival of the third generation, my request for a quiet room was not fulfilled. As practical, I missed the night on the street. Just drowned the receptions of a girlfriend, Dora Mate's indifference and disrespect for the client, and Nino Mendez's malicious room change and still demand for bonus room. Such people can not work with clients. However, I want to thank you personally and two more women (senior high level staffers), who treat me in a civilized way and in the same way as the Accor employee.

The hotel is at a very good location if you arrive by train to Westbahnhof. It is close the Mariahilfer shopping street. The hotel offers an underground garage in the same building. The entrance of the garage is only a few step from the main entrance of the hotel. However, the entrance of the garage is extremely (!!!) narrow, so be cautious if you arrive with a big car. The room and and food are very good as all in Mercure hotels.

Nevertheless we have the option to open the exit for you, which is a little bit wider or use the pubilc parking garage at the Westbahnhof which is only over the street. « A very good hotel in a convenient location »

We were in room 801 on the top floor. The lift/elevator only went to the floor below, so we had 2 short flights of steps to climb, but this was not a problem for us. The room was very good and the beds were comfortable. With the windows closed it was quiet, but as I was unable to adjust the air conditioning it did get a bit stuffy overnight. The breakfast was outstandingly good......the best of those in the 10 different hotels we stayed in on this trip. With the location right opposite Westbahnhof, it was easy to use the U-bahn or bus to get to all the main sights and transport hubs. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The hotel is 2 minutes walking from the Westbahnhof train station which makes it very easy to get around. The staff was helpful and we arranged to leave our luggage at the hotel before our room was ready so we could take a day trip to Bratislava. Breakfast buffet in the morning was always very good. The only problem we had was with the air conditioner in the junior suite we stayed in 1 night. It did not keep the room cool enough for us.

Personal atitude was at least questionable when we adressed some questions and asked for support. Slso at the bar, instead of a limonade we were served water with dlices of lemon (just a lemon flavoured water). Fully disapointed.
