the location is almost good. 10 min to city center. not a fabulous lobby. good staff. very big room and bathroom. conference room costed 180 euros for 4 hrs, capacity of 6-8 and a video projector. room had coffee maker.

« The rooms need to be remodeled desperately as it is way too expensive for dirty floors, walls, mold. »

I have stayed at this hotel once a year for many years and have always loved it. This time there was no one to help with bags, our first room had ripped curtains, dirty carpet, black mold in the shower, the walls were stained and the bathroom tiles were dirty. The reception was very kind and we changed rooms. The second room was a bit better - the carpet was still dirty and the curtain ripped the first day during the maid service. We love the breakfast and the maitre'd remembers us each year. That part is truly amazing. We come for a horse show and I spoke to several other guests who will stay in another hotel next year because of these issues.

We would like to follow this, but due to negotiations between owner and operator on the extension of the lease this is currently not possible. We try to compensate this situation with friendliness and service quality, which we succeed in most cases. « Good hotel, not the best room »

When we arrived we were amazed by the hotel, the outside of the building and the lobby are definitely a plus for this hotel. At the checkin everything went ok, we were able to checkin earlier and we got a voucher for a couple of drinks at the bar because of my Gold membership. I asked regarding the breakfast since I saw on the website it wouldn't be included but we were interested in it, to our good surprise we were told that the breakfast was included and that it was served in the main restaurant. Arriving to the room at first it looked good but after some minutes we start noticing that overall it was lacking a lot of maintenance, there were multiple stains in the wall and floors, main door had some cracks and overall did not reflect the price and the 5 star rating. The mattress was disappointing as well and made us both wake up with some back pain. In the morning we headed to the breakfast, I told our room number to one of your staff and was asked to sign a paper, I thought it was normal procedure and I did. Unfortunately during the check out we were presented with the final bill, it included 44€ for 2 breakfast, when we asked about it the staff said it wasn't included, we explained that we thought that initially as well but that her colleague in the day before told us otherwise, she didn't care and said she couldn't do anything. At the end our experience at the hotel was positive but considering the price we paid we could have stayed in a modern close by 4 star hotel and would have a better experience and that's why my feedback is overall negative.

It was a brilliant weekend! Everybody was great as usual. The staff were particularly attentive to make my husband's birthday memorable. Hi, the meals served at lunch / dinner were very dissatisfactory. for such kind of Michelin kitchen, I would have expected much higher quality ingredients. for instance the meats were often wrongly cooked! vegetable portions was too small (no salad at all? strange..). the rooms were ok level, but for such kind of facility not convenient enough, for instance small television.

1. Customer handbook in room out of date. The offer to charge your phone etc if you have forgotten charger is no longer available I was told. 2. Large piece of plastic found in self service cut fruit. 3. Limited choice of black teas available at breakfast. 4. Waited for a clean and prepared table for breakfast. All the while there was available tables that had been reserved but not used while we were there. 5. Poor quality pillows and pillow cases that didn't properly fit the pillow. 6. Very small TV that is extremely difficult to see from seat or bed. 7. Don't expect a kettle and tea/coffee in your room. 8. Dirty stains on stair carpets. Not what we had expected for the price.

Excellent bedroom, with a view of the trees Breakfast is amongst the two best I had in Europe. The spa has a nice swimming pool with mineral water. and the saunas are always on. Excellent service.
