It's a comfortable bed and basic service. The air conditioning was not working properly and we had trouble to sleep properly. The soap bottle of the shower was full of water. No gel at all. The parking was full of big lorries and we had to park outside and quite far from the hotel. Despite that was a clean hotel, not noisy, close to Avignon.

The room smelled very, very bad. The floor had cigarette burns and between the tiles of the bathroom was brown rather than the white it had been when installed. I opened the window every time I was in the room and would leave it open every evening & when I left the room. As a budget hotel, I did not expect perfection and would have discussed with receptionist but the timing of reception meant I did not see anyone so this is the first you & hotel know. To be fair, other rooms may be better.

Our room was large,clean & reasonably quiet to say we were close to roads. Breakfast was good, plenty of variety & quantity. Our only disappointment was no evening meal but other eating places close by, not for us we need gluten free, so no go.

The worst ibis we've been at. Bad service, bad smell and too expensive. We booked online. The add said: XL bed and XL shower. When we arrived, it was a normal bed, not even queen size. Same for the shower. When we went to reception to ask if it was a mistake, he told us that is was everything ok. All the rooms were same size as our, and that he didn't understand what XL means. The room also smelled bad, especially the bathroom. That is definitely not what you expect when paying 120€ per one night. Since we were going to stay there for one night, we calmed down and asked him for directions to get to Avignon by bus. He gave us the timetable at the photo, and wrote down "hotel" at our stop, "Le pontet centre". So we went to the city to enjoy a delightful evening at the Festival Avignon (That's the only thing we truly recommend). Later, at 00.00 am we decided to go back to the hotel just to realize the stop he told us to go down was 3,5 km away from the hotel. We had to walk a lot to get to the hotel crossing poorly illuminated roads and narrow tracks, with fast cars around. It was dangerous. Next morning, we told all mentioned to the lady at reception, who kindly apologised for everything. She used a marker to tell us which was the correct stop...7 stops away from the one he wrote! Warning: no elevator and a low quality breakfast buffet. Summarizing, NEVER EVER going back again.

The stay was good with an efficient online checkin. The room was ready when I arrived and I could go in immediately. There was an issue with WiFi all throughout my stay so I had to find other solutions. The room was clean and room service good. Breakfast had all that one needs to start the day.

Room was good. The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem. Other guests at our corridor were smoking canabis on their room.I noticed this because the smell entered our room from the corridor.I told this to the very friendly lady at the reception who looked shocked and told me she would take action. And she did. Next evening(we stayed 2 nights) ,same problem. This time there was a man at the front desk who told me he could not do anything about this problem. I was a bit dissapointed because all night the corridor and our room smelt of cannabis. For me it is clear that next time I will choose another hotel and this is for me no problem but I don't think Ibis is happy wen their franchise partners are letting guests smoke soft drugs at their room(because of the smell and danger of fire).I don't think this is good for the name Ibis .At least I was amazed about this all. I was advised about this problem, the first night the “very friendly lady” takes action, and said in the corridor to all the guest that the hotel was not smoking and she put the machine to refresh the air. I am sorry that the night receptionist didn’t find any solution. I was advised about this problem, but we didn’t identify in which room guest were smoking Marijuana. Finally, if find the origin of this smell the day of the c/out. The same for you and for this guest, it was two young workers, who stayed the week after in our hotel. I advised them about the problem, and then we put them on the ground floor close to the reception to be sure that they didn’t start again. You can be sure that we always take action when we meet this kind of problem, and the people who don’t respect the rules can’t even more stayed in our hotel.
