« The hotel that just benefit in good location »

I can say that I quite disappointed with Accor's Hotels that placed out of Asia even the Accor's HQ is from France. The service and benefits really can't compete with Accor's Hotels in Thailand. This hotel is just good only for location and the room decoration and facilities are very normal. Accor's Hotels in Thailand is much much better. If I'm not Accor platinum member I will not stay in this hotel for sure.

Once again we stay at this Hotel and despite we had some inconvenience at the beginning of the stay the management solved everything in the most gentle and efficient way that made us feel as very special guest at this Hotel.

On arrival we were very impressed. The reception staff were fantastic. Our room was lovely but our air con didn't work. We were then moved to a smaller room two floors up. The air con did work but it was smaller

Great welcome at reception by Dutch speaking man. Had a room with lot of noise from outside so payed upgrade to suite on 16th floor. Thank you again for that room. It is the perfect room for my stay. I took dinner in your restaurant and asked for glutenfree bread from your staff. Friendly man would get it for me but another colleague came with the bread. Finally seemed not glutenfree but I had already eaten it. All are aware of the misstake and received excuses. Duty manager was involved and I completed paperwork. Sadly not 1£ compensation received or anything else as compensation. Was sick all night and still have negative effect which is normal as this was severe allergy reaction. It takes 3 to 4 days to completely get out of my body. Very dissapointed.

« Good hotel, but the restaurant is not as good as i was »

The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly, the room clean and well presented. However the restaurant has changed since I last stayed. The service was slow and indifferent, and the food has become boring and old fashioned. Why change to a grill? I am a vegetarian and there is nothing on the main menu for me; I was, offered only a pizza from the bar menu or the chef "might" consent to make a risotto, off menu. This is a disgrace in a hotel of this quality.

Room was way too hot (34c!!) and thermostat would not cool it down no matter how low we turned it (we put it as low as possible, but the room never cooled lower than 34). Desk clerk at check in stared blankly at us for nearly ten seconds with no greeting, wouldnt respond when I said hello, and then acted surprised that we wanted to check in--thanks, Alexsandra. Television in our room had giant subtitles that could not be turned off. Every program had half the picture obscured by them.

Beautiful modern hotel well situated to public transit in a dynamic part of town. Extremely friendly staff, tastefully decorated, comfortable environment and great value for the cost. This is my first Accord Hotel experience but it won’t be my last.

Thia is my second time in Pullman London. And İ recomend all my friends. Location , staff, rooms, breakfast perfect. The only peoblem is there is no enough place cloths .

all was good. only one problem at that was that the cooling in the room was not working propobly. change the temp all down to 16 C but it was still up to 25C so that dident work.

« Really enjoyed our stay and won guest of the day. »

Stayed here before and would always come back. Its a lovely hotel and the rooms are great. We arrived 30 minutes early and was still able to check in ok. I even won guest of the day which was a big surprise and we were greeted at our room with drinks and a selection of deserts/cakes. We shall definitely be back to stay in the future.

« Exactly What I Wanted/Needed »

Experience was overall great! Only a couple things I would have changed. After my first night of a total of 3, my room would not cool down with the A/C. I visited the front desk to see if they could fix it but no one ever did or got back to me. I also really think the entertainment on the TV could be improved. For a 4.5 Star Hotel, cable should be included if not at least an option. I would have been willing to pay an extra £20 during my stay. Shower door was a bit messy as it doesn’t close, but that’s just a small design flaw and not something that could really be changed.

« Super-friendly staff and most comfortable bed of my entire trip. »

Paulo, the doorman, really made an impact with his cheerful help and friendly positive attitude, which was unique and very much appreciated. The reception staff were equally amicable, the bedroom was spacious, clean and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Free wifi was fast and efficient. The hotel gym was well equipped, light and airy with views out across the London skyline. I would certainly say here again. The only thing I would change would be to provide an access ramp at the main door so that Paulo doesn't have to carry so many heavy suitcases up the stairs.

I have stayed at this hotel on quiet a few occasions, on business, as a couple and this time with the family - why do comeback? it's a nice hotel with a good vibe. Breakfast is expensive but very good and worth the money.
