The location was ideal but I was disappointed with the room as the advertised separate seating area was not as billed. The room was narrow and the bathroom was tiny. This room did not match my expectations of what a superior room in a four star hotel should look like.

Have stayed here before. Not too far from the train and tube stations. Clean room with nice walk in shower and comfortable bed. Hadf a room on the back which was very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful.

There is no step-free access to the hotel, which means you have to climb up the stairs with your luggage to enter your hotel. Nice staff at check in. A long queue for breakfast on Sunday. No plates and bowl available at the buffet area. Clean room. The design of the bathroom is terrible. I never imagine such a step slope at the shower area.

The staff (door, reception and house keeping) and facilities are very good. the quality of the breakfast matches this. always satisfied overall with the stay here. However, breakfasts still remains a problem. especially on the Saturday and Sunday morning, where the staff seem overwhelmed. Anytime between 8.15-10am there is always a lengthy queue, which in it self is not a problem. When requesting additional dishes such as a simple poached egg, you may or may not get your order. On every stay i have had here over the last year, i only get the poached egg every other time.

The location is right near Kings Cross/St. Pancras station, which is really convenient. The room was rather small, the bed was too soft, and there was an extra sort of day bed in my room that ate up the remaining space and made it hard to use the desk. I didn't use the bar in the hotel.

We have stayed here a few times, initially due to the location but it is much more than that. The rooms are aways very clean and well equipped, all staff have been very friendly and professional. The breakfast has lots of good quality choices. We will return on our next visit to London.
