Staff are efficient but not friendly, room was too hot and the air con too loud. The "lounge" in the room was useless and served no function other than to make the room small.

« Great view of the Smoke »

The hotel was not far from the station and short walk to my gig in Camden. Check-in was seamless. The lift to the 10th Floor was glass so you can admire the view of London ST Pancras from the air. THE view from the 10th Floor room was incredible. Only down side was the pillows were a bit too soft.

« A totally welcoming experience - again »

It was during this visit that it struck me. To get employment at this hotel, do you have to pass a ‘really nice person test’? Wherever we had dealings with the staff from reception to the bar, I was so impressed with the feeling we were truly valued. There was no sense of their just doing it because the job required it. The other thing I love about this hotel is the originality of the decor with its touch of zaniness. Even a trip to the loo from the ground floor put a smile on my face.

Everything was perfect. I have appreciated the catch up with Marion Oury (the contact Events Manager) before the meeting. My colleagues enjoyed the stay. The fact that you're near St Pancras station is very convenient. The rooms are just amazing (especially at 11th or 12th floor). The staff is also very kind and helpful. The food very good, please compliment the Chef ! And your meeting room fully equiped. So, very good experience and I will recommend your hotel.

Stayed in total of 8 nights. Excellent hotel, great service staff and location. Loved the rooms and the cleanliness. Only issue was - hotel food needs improvement- we had fish and chips amongst others on our first night and was disappointing. Good drink bar tho - wide selection of gins etc.

We booked a family stay for one night. We were extremely pleased by the welcoming attitude of the front desk staff and other members during morning rush hours breakfast time. We were provided high floor room providing good view of London skyline ( as requested at the time of booking). Children thoroughly enjoyed as it was their first visit to London and stay at Pullman. Many thanks to Aicha Anberree for sending us complimentary water and chocs. Much appreciated.

« Nice rooms but frustrated by room temperature »

The rooms I had were nice and the FOH staff were courteous. However, I won't stay at your hotel next time for two reasons: 1. The temperature control in the rooms did not work well. I moved rooms as a result and had the same experience in the second room as well. Could not get the room to cool down to "room" temperature. 2. Highly frustrating experience getting my corporate laptop onto your wifi. I ended up at the front desk on the phone with your offsite tech support. I travel constantly for work and have never experienced this at other brands of hotels.

Whilst the room was of a good standard and clean, our stay was marred by the fact that we were unable to reduce the room temperature using the air-conditioning system, despite following the instructions precisely. We suspect that the previous occupant also had a problem as the window was open when we first entered the room.

« Greatest breakfast, good design, comfortable room, hard bed. »

Overall very positive. The woman who checked me in was extremely helpful and pleasant, and she found me a room even though I had arrived very early. It's somehow surprising on a trip like this when things go well - I'd been kept up all night on my flight by the couple next to me in the plane - so that was really important to me.
