Very good although: a) Bar prices are extremely high, I think they could be a little lower, especially for residents. b) One of the lifts wasn't working, which I understand. But please could you advise guests that there is a glass lift? For those of us with a fear of heights this is a major problem – it would demonstrate awareness of customer needs to mention this.

The location of Pullman hotel is very convenient to train station and the breakfast provided is the best so far I came across. However, the receptionists asked me to sign a blank credit slip due to the printing machine running out of inks. ( I never signed papers without knowing the amount to be paid)

First off, I have to say just how nice the hotel is. My room was gorgeous and, although the window to my room backed out onto the roof of the adjoining building, and other buildings making for a somewhat disappointing view, I wasn't disappointed at all with the room. It was comfortable, well-decorated and had everything I could need for my overnight stay. The real disappointment came with the breakfast. I had specifically chosen this, as I had a long day ahead of me and a good breakfast would have fuelled my day. Unfortunately, despite having gotten down to breakfast relatively early, every element of my cooked breakfast was either lukewarm or just plain cold. It soured the experience a little, really, and meant that I had to fuel up elsewhere afterwards. Aside from that, a lovely hotel and a comfortable night's rest.

The room was extremely comfortable - shower lovely - water hot with efficient shower. Rooms cleaned well - only thing I would recommend is that the mini bar was replaced with a fridge.

The room was very pleasant the breakfast was excellent and the stay was overall good. My only criticisms would be that there were only 3 lifts which led to occasional long waits particularly as one lift broke down half way through my visit and remained out of use. The second was there was a fire drill held but I was only given 20 minutes advance warning (via message on TV timestamped 20 minutes before the drill occurred which I saw after I returned to my room and a poster next to the elevator that wasn't there that morning) and so was unware that it was occurring and thus evacuated when the alarm went off.

I enjoy staying at the Pullman due to its centralized location in London. I have an easy 35 min train ride to get to work in Welwyn Garden City. The staff is always very friendly when I'm leaving or returning to the hotel. The rooms are the perfect size for my usual length of stay. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning.

For the most part, our stay was most enjoyable and satisfactory. Just two points: The choice of TV channels in comparison to all other hotels where we have stayed, was extremely limited and disappointing; check-in took a little longer than we are accustomed to. Not sure if it is good practice for the person checking you in to take a phone call, thus trying to do two things at once rather than giving you her full attention.

The overall experience was very pleasant. The hotel breakfast has a wide selection and the food was very nice. The check-in/out experience was efficient and the view is amazing! The location of the hotel is one of the reasons why we chose to stay with easy access to the tube stations to central London.

We enjoyed our stay from arriving and greeted by a very helpful and courteous staff, Marketa, and the room was one of the best we stayed in London. The other reception staff Valentine was very professional and offered to give us two wake up calls, 10 minutes apart, on the day of departure. The only gripe was the unbearable beat music at the bar area at the weekend, which made it impossible to have a conversation on the ground floor. The breakfast was really good, except tasteless and poor quality of bread rolls, baguette, etc. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who are going to visit London.

We stay at least once a year at the Pullman. Always a good experience. Efficient and pleasant staff. Nice facilities. Reasonable value - for London. One of the lifts didn’t work on this occasion, which was problematic at busy times, so a score of 8 not 9 or 10 on this occasion

Extraordinary nice, helpful and thoughtful staff from booking, enquiring to our stay. We was offered a double room upgrade for our honeymoon trip upon request.
