« Good overall experience with room for improvement »

The hotel was nice, I particularly enjoyed the fitness facilities and the convenient location, but there are room for improvements: 1. It would be useful to have a paper-based hotel directory, since some customers are not familiar with the app (the app is also not intuitively convenient too), I have seem many fellow customers wandering outside of the fitness room as they are not aware of the requirement of pre-registration. 2. I had a poor check-out experience as the receptionist was not paying attention to my check-out procedures as she was trying to attend to other customers at the same time - this has delayed my check-out process and left both me and the other customer feeling unrespected. 3. I have not mentioned the fact that it was for my birthday celebration before check-in deliberately to test whether the hotel had a good look at the member profile, and it was disappointing that the hotel do not seem to pick this information up - a quick scan of the customer beforehand can greatly personalise the services and increase satisfaction, which I wish the hotel can consider in the future.

« Disappointing breakfast »

Waited long time to be seated at breakfast. Not especially busy. No one else waiting in queue. Staff huddled together in groups joking together; looked over and clearly saw me. Left to keep waiting. Eventually sat myself down. Unfriendly lady demanded room number; no greeting or friendliness; explained what had happened; received no apology instead told she was seating other customers (as a customer you can see what is going on). Then left without any interaction; plates building up on table not cleared; no offer of a hot drink in the 30 minutes I was there. Overall very poor. No excuses for this. Appeared to be adequately staffed, and not especially busy compared with when I had stayed previously. Made me feel awful experience.

I very much enjoyed my one night's stay. As a woman travelling alone on business I appreciated that the staff who greeted me were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I felt really looked after. The only issue I had which was minor was that the complimentary Handy smartphone on the desk in the room beeped at 2:45am and woke me up. I'd recommend turning this off before going to bed. Otherwise, the breakfast was extremely good and check out made easy. Thanks !

Delighted to find this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. Food was great (even if over my work approved budget but happy to top up!). Comfortable bed and lots of room to work. Made to feel a valued guest and will definitely be returning.

« Another Excellent Accor Hotel »

Our first impression as we walked in was one of space, light and welcoming decor. Check-in by Matthieu was fast, efficient and friendly and we appreciated our upgrade to a de-luxe room. Both bedroom and bathroom were attractively appointed and very spacious. Breakfast, served in the foyer restaurant, certainly lived up to expectations - with a good, extensive variety, including interesting delights such as a rhubarb and pistachio pastry. The hot buffet included vegetarian options and really was hot, unlike some other hotel breakfast buffets. The porters were excellent - friendly and apparently able to summon taxis immediately! However, having experienced a fall in a hotel shower a few years ago, I was conscious of the lack of any grab rail in the shower. The warning that the shower could be slippery and that a shower mat was available upon request, was very small (the size of a small return address label sticker) and placed on the bottom corner of the mirror above the wash basin. I have mentioned this as something the hotel should perhaps be aware of but it certainly doesn't alter our five star rating.

« Nice modern hotel at a very good location. »

Pullman Hotel is a nice modern hotel. Location is very good with short distance from underground and bus stations, providing access to all London areas. Rooms are Ok, but not something special. We stayed at Junior Suite with 2 children and the space was just enough. Room photos from the hotels assume that the space is bigger and with two seperate rooms. Staff is helpful, even though at check out we tried at least 4 times to ask for someone to help us with our luggage with no answer and finally we had to carry ourselves all the luggages we had.

Keen to try the hotel due to location near St Pancras station. Disappointing to be told at check-in that breakfast was included, only to be told at breakfast (after I had received a coffee and selected some fruit) that it was not in fact included. Breakfast itself didn’t seem to be the freshest, the bakery items were not warm and the sliced cheeses had gone hard and begun to curl. Great, easy check out.

We were given a room on 14th floor with excellent picturesque of London. Loved it. Friendly services throughout our stay, no surprises here given the hotel's established brand and overall customer service-oriented culture throughout the city (compared to say my home country in Malaysia).
