The hotel worked as a base for business meetings in the area. Property was clean and staff mostly attentive. My room was relatively comfortable, although the working area was unpleasant because of the limited leg-room under the desk. I couldn't get the room cool enough, with the aircon only operating in 'heating' mode. Breakfast buffet was diverse and included excellent fresh berries. Service was a little patchy at breakfast.

I stayed at the Pullman St Pancras with my family for 3 nights on a sightseeing trip. We had all stayed at the hotel before. It has a lot going for it, especially if you are travelling down from Scotland late at night. We liked the DJ in the early evening.

First impression from the side elevation- really disappointing- but it got better once we found the main entrance and inside. Room smaller than hoped - but otherwise all good.

We came on a thursday evening and there was very loud disco music in the restaurant. Impossible to talk to each other, so we went to have dinner outside.

We had a fab time and enjoyed the lovely hotel. Only downside was breakfast. My daughter has a severe nut allergy and the staff did not seem aware of the consequences of even nut traces in food. The allergy information did not seem to be available so she was left with a bowl of fruit and a bagel. Staff could do with some training on this very serious possible life threatening condition.
