« Stay at St Pancras pullman »

As usual - we have stayed several times before - the room, breakfast and staff were super. There was one glitch this time. We had to catch a very early Eurostar train and booked an alarm call (plus follow up) at 0500 and 0515. Neither happened. When we checked out, the receptionist promised to investigate.

very comfortable and especially very quiet room. I did not like the telephone that was starting to beep without notice. But I just switched it off. Receptionnist gave me a continental plugs adaptor without any further request. I of course returned it after my stay.

The whole experience could not have been better. The location is terrific, the staff were friendly and always very helpful, you gave us a room upgrade (as we were visiting for my birthday), the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well kitted out.

« Great service »

Spacious and comfortable room, great location and very close to the underground, delicious food (I was particularly impressed by the tasty vegetarian options available), very friendly and welcoming staff. Only downside was that when I ordered room service, my order somehow got lost due to a technical glitch so I ended up waiting an hour and a half for it to be delivered. However, the staff then gave me the meal for free before I even had the chance to complain, so they turned a negative experience into a good one.

Check in was smooth and the member of staff was very friendly asking us our preferred room location. Room had everything we needed and hotel is near to stations and covent garden. Used tesco voucher via hotel. Com to part pay which was fab.

Many details remain excellent, rooms, location, desk staff etc. However i was a little disappointed with the menu changes. Having looked forward to the quail scotch eggs and black pudding fritters for a year since my last visit, it was unfortunate the menu had changed the week prior to my arrival. The choice is now limited for in room dining - even when adding on the bar food, and although i appreciate the efforts of the room service staff, 2 of the 3 meals requested were only just warm. Also items were missing on two occasions. I did not report these at the time as it was late and i did not wish to wait further for changes.

our stay in this hotel is perfect! breakfast is perfect with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. dining environment is good but a bit crowded and sometimes 2 pairs need to share one table for 4. i was staying with my mom so it was ok for us but i assume couple may want a little bit more privacy :) room is large and cleaned very promptly. the service is good and the staff are friendly, and the chocolate distributed by the young girls(or the very kind lady) and the notes was the highlight and truly made us feel welcomed;) ordered inroom dinner several times and the food exceeded my expectation(i used to think hotel food is terrible haha) value for money i would say. in conclusion everything is satisfactory and i would truly appreciate the effort of the staff to make our stay as enjoyable as possible;) will surely visit again next time we come to London:)
