Wonderful stay, complimentary upgrade and treats which was the most wonderful surprise after a long journey and late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view over London. My three nights were really wonderful. I just love this hotel as everything is perfect. The team are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Particular thanks to Théophile and the lovely doorman who fetched me tea. I will be back ! Thank you all!

In walking distance to St Pancras Station and King's CrossNice room with large and comfortable bedgood buffet breakfastThe heating via the airco system is a bit slow and noisy, but after a while, we managed to have the right temperature.

Used the hotel several times as very convenient for Kings Cross/St.Pancras and Euston. No queue at check-in, room very clean with lots of plugs and well equipped. Bar in the evening very slow though, only downside.

I thought it was one of the best modern hotels i’ve Stayed in . The ambience on the ground floor is excellent . The bedroom spacious and the shower simple but efficient . Food at breakfast was excellent . A couple of low points just for info . I could n’t figure out the AC in the room and when I mistakenly sat down for breakfast without waiting to be seated the person on duty was unnecessarily grumpy , maybe she had had a long shift and it was my fault . Otherwise a really good hotel well done .

From the doorman to the receptionist to the housekeeper to the waiters to the bar staff to the catering, everyone makes you feel special your staff are extremely helpful and friendly. When travelling to London as I do on a regular basis I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

The hotel was very nice but I have the following comments. Room was cold temperature would not go above 18.5 no matter what the setting There are no drawers for your close. Staying an extended period we always like to unpack our suitcases but this was not possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff we friendly, helpful and efficient. The nreakfast was delicious although the hot food was only luke warm on both days

« Not happy at all! »

This is the fourth time I have stayed here and each time there is a problem with my room. I stayed in room 220 and when I wanted to brush my teeth in the morning there was no cold water, hot water was running from the cold tap. Hence, my I had a shower I could not cool the water temperature so was unable to stand under the shower without getting burnt! Not very happy at all.

The bad: Lengthy check in process Rooms to hot and difficult to adjust temp Tc not working, duty manager tried to fix as no maintenance guy working when u checked in after 9pm. By the time the manager attempted in vain to fix tv, my room service food was stone cold:( Did not like the seating arrangement at breakfast ( was sat as a single lady on the same table as a single stranger)!! Very awkward and uncomfortable :( The Good food good Polite staff Nice toiletries

« Very comfortable hotel in a very good position for main railway stations. »

We have stayed at this hotel many times when visiting family living in Landon and the standard has always remained very good.Rooms are very comfortable and bigger than most hotels in London. Checking in and out is very quick and efficient and the hotel always has a welcoming feeling about it. Facilities are very good, The gym is very roomy and has plenty of cardio and weight equipment and also a sauna in the changing rooms. Kings Cross, St Pancras and Euston railway stations are within 5 minute walking distance of the hotel that is great for us as we always travel to London by train.
