Excellent location, good staff and large clean bedroom - ideal for London. I will be using this hotel again and can highly recommend. The breakfast was also excellent with a great choice of hot and cold food and good coffee.

« Great hotel close to London St Pancras station »

As a frequent user of Accor Hotels world wide, I was fortunate enough to be able to book a 'reward stay' at the Pulman London St Pancras with my future wife . From entering the hotel we were both made to feel VERY welcome by the very pleasant staff on the door and at the reception desk. To our delight we were upgraded to a 'Deluxe room' on the 15th floor which included great views over the City of London including St Pauls Cathedral & 'The Shard'. Food at the hotel was nothing short of delicious and well priced too considering the quality of the Location and it's location in the Capital. All in all we had a VERY pleasant stay at this Hotel and hope very much to go back in the future.

Good location, very slow bar service but good turnaround at breakfast. Our room was upgraded as we were on our honeymoon which was a nice touch.

Room was good overall. Although extra blanket rather than pillows would have been preferred having to have the AC up on a high temperature dries out the room and wastes energy, but it was cold and the only option. Breakfast was reasonable but there was not fruit that was not already cut so I could not just take a banana or apple and go. Staff were good and food at the event I attended was very good.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is marvellous because is central London. The food menu is delicious. The variety of the breakfast baffles is clever. The room facilities are perfect but it would be more than comfortable if you add to the toiletries hair comb/brush, toothbrush, toothpaste and cotton pads for ladies.

Conveniently located near Euston Station where we arrived for a brief overnight before flying on to canada, the Pullman St. Pancras provided a reasonable but small room and good service for our short stay.

The experience overall was positive. The hotel was clean, food was good and location is great. The service in the restaurant was very slow making it less enjoyable. The hand held shower in the bathroom is extremely low and should be raised for those of us who do not wish to use the rain shower head.

Pleasant room. Very quiet at back of hotel. Outstanding breakfast. Staff pleasant. Only problem was with check in where the first clerk did not speak English (fortunately I spoke his language) but could not check me in and the second clerk also had linguistic and IT issues. More training of check in staff is needed.

It was good and comfortable. Am impressed with the front desk executives ( three especially) and the man at the gate. They not only were helpfull, but also filled in for bell boy or concierge service ( i was carrying 2 BIG bags)... which is rare in london.

I stay at the Pullman regularly through work - I am flexible and don’t mind which room I get. On this occasion I checked in early and asked for a room at the back of the hotel, as this was a personal stay and I had my two boys with me, so that we could avoid the noise of Euston road. Not only did I find that the room we were given was over Euston road but it had not been properly cleaned and even had someone’s dinner in the fridge! The TV was also broken! Totally unacceptable for what I was trying to show-off to my family about! It was supposed to be a luxurious stay and I really wish I’d booked the premier inn as it would have been better. Shame on you.

Almost everything was fine and the room was comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful! One thing that was working weirdly was the shower. Some days it was OK, and then at two random days it seemed to have only one water temperature - extremely hot! And nothing I did made the water temperature go down. Looks like a technical issue that might be fixed. Oh, and the bathroom slippers were too small for my size :(
