We stay at the Pullman as often as we can , wish it was more often. Reception staff were very welcoming and the service at breakfast was back up to its very high standard.

I arrived at 11pm & went directly to my room which was on the 2nd floor and noisy from the Euston Rd. I realized later that the inner window was open closing which helped somewhat. Room was comfortable, bathroom efficient. I had breakfast at 7.30 which was good and left by about 8.30. So, as I said, brief....

The stay was as expect - close to perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was neat and had a great view of the city. Even the internet and other amenities were up to the mark. The only downside / disappointment was the food - I ordered a room service before the night of checking out and the food was really bad. I would give it a 4/10. The overall presentation of the food was good, but the actual taste seemed like it's from somewhere else and not at all from Pullman. Really bad. This is the only thing which would make me think twice if I plan to stay in Pullman again.

Nice hotel in good location. Quiet room but noisy people on the corridor at 3am. Do think breakfast is expensive (we didn’t have it) and should have been included in room price.

All aspects of the stay were great. Staff very helpful, room nice and clean and the services were excellent. No hidden surprises. Chap on the bar was very talkative and polite.

« Usual excellent room but the racket in the restaurant unacceptable »

Room excellent, staff excellent, food good. BUT the Friday night disco racket has no place in a restaurant and seating area. Totally unwarranted, totally inexcusable. Conversation was impossible. We shall never use the restaurant again under these circumstances. We are staying again on Friday 16th and we shall be requiring a room far away from this racket, room 1411 again would be good. A very good hotel ruined in reception, seating and dining area by that techno-crap. We are most displeased.

It is most disappointing to read that our Live Entertainment found you unable to enjoy our bar area and we realize that it may not appeal to all. We do believe our entertainment reflects our up beat and modern brand and live unique entertainment is offered every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings. I have however advised our reception team for your request to be upgraded into 1411 which we would happy offer Free of Charge to ensure comfort. The room temperature at arrival was +16 degrees. I would hope for around +21. The heating unit was too loud. The shower is dangerously slippery, although there was a small sticker saying that a mat could be ordered. Breakfast was great.

We really enjoyed our stay, check in was excellent and we were able to access our room early enabling us to make the most of our arrival day. Thanks to Rachael for the gift of macarons and fruit The hotel is well placed for kings cross and the undergound. We had breakfast on 2 of our mornings the selection was excellent. Alll staff were very friendly and helpful

We brought both my wife's parents David and Isa Cornell back to the area they met 50 years ago. Camden Town Hall to be precise. which is just over the road from the hotel. Our stay was outstanding. Fair room fabulous, no breakfast as dining room was full and a large que waiting, I did online check in the night before but had to do it again when I got there at 12.00, I left luggage with reception as room was not ready but it wasn't taken to my room as expected when it was ready.
