This hotel is handy for both Euston and Kings Cross stations, making getting around London pretty easy. The hotel staff are excellent as always and the hotel was clean throughout. Definitely recommend.

« Noisy and no air conditioning »

We arrived on Friday evening to very loud music in reception area - we had to shout to make ourselves heard by receptionist. The room temperature was 28C, despite the thermostat being set at 16C. We called reception, who sent somebody up to adjust it. He said it would take 30 min to cool down, but it stayed at 28 all night. I complained at checkout and the charge for breakfast was waived. Breakfast was very good and the staff uniformly polite and efficient. Apart from these points the hotel was fine.

« Great location of superior accommodation near St. Pancras »

As short stopover (this time) after arriving from Paris on Eurostar late in the evening and transferring home the following day. Friendly and efficient Staff in grand boutique designer environment led to a smart room. The prevailing heatwave in June/July 2018 was moderated by air conditioning and an extra oscillating fan. A true blessing was the waterfall shower but take care you don't slip. Brewing hot beverages or choice from the well stocked minibar was appreciated. ++ A great Buffet Breakfast.

« A comfortable and very convenient place to stay with a lovely breakfast »

We enjoyed out stay. The room was very well designed and included everything we need to make our visit comfortable. It was noisy looking over the Euston Road and will ask next time we stay if we might have a room on the other side of the corridor or wherever might be a little quieter. The hotel is in such an excellent location, that some noise we realise is inevitable. Everything about breakfast was perfect particularly the wonderful selection of fresh fruit and the excellent coffee.

« We had a lovely week-long stay in a modern, clean room with excellent service. »

The room was great. The only thing I would change would be the slick shower floor. A slip-resistant mat provided without having to request it would have been nice. All employees we interacted with were nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Housekeeping did wonderfully keeping our room up over the week.

« A Very comfortable and relaxing experience »

The room was comfortable and had some space to work. I appreciated the powerful air conditioning, which could be easily controlled during the London heatwave. And I took full advantage of the 24-hour room service since my jet lag had me hungry for pizza at 3 am during the first couple of nights. The beds were extremely comfortable and even on the second floor the street below was not too noisy.

Check in was a little bit slow, but everything after that was great. We loved the clean modern styling of the lobby and corridors. Our room was a good size but the hand held shower nozzle had poor water flow. We would stay again without hesitation
