Good communication with staff who were very welcoming, they arranged transport for our trips out. Excellent breakfast. As a silver member appreciated the drinks voucher but was disappointed not to receive a complimentary upgrade. The standard room was adequate but rather small.

The location and staff at the Pullman were excellent. I can’t rave enough about the staff, from the front desk to restaurant, to housekeeping and the concierge (shout out to Pablo). All went above and beyond to make sure our stay was luxurious and memorable.

Front desk ok. The gentleman I concierge was extremely helpful and polite and friendly. I wish I had his name. Room cleanliness was disappointing as I found a bling dark on hair on best and a used plastic tooth pick in sink.

the Pullman is an excellent hotel close to kings cross and Euston stations. Once inside you would not realise you were in central London. Whilst it is not an inexpensive option you get what you pay for.

We had the most amazing few days staying at The Pullman, a great location and staff that were welcoming and helpful. The staff on reception were charming. Rooms were spotless and fantastic large beds. Breakfast was incredible and again staff on hand to see to your every need. Will definitely stay again!

We were welcomed in a very friendly, professional manner, for our first stay here,and our check in was incredibly swift ,I had completed the line check in prior to our arrival,as offered in one of several emails received. The lobby area was bright, airy and generally very pleasant. Our 9th floor Classic twin room was basic but comfortable,reasonably appointed and well maintained, with an excellent view over Euston Rd, we could even see St Paul's & The Gherkin in the distance. Sadly, our breakfast had to be rather swift as we had an early appointment, I say that because the variety on offer was excellent and I would have liked to have taken much longer! There was even a 'pod style' coffee machine available. The bread station looked excellent too. Our selected 'express check out' was equally simple, as was collecting our case later in the day. Its my first ever stay in London that, after arriving in the capital by train, I didn't once use any form of public transport, such was the excellent location of The Pullman. We shall most definitely return! Thank you!

The service is good. Just two recommendations: 1) Access to the Gym needs to be assigned separately, which is understandable. It would be better if the reception can ask the guest upon checking if access to gym is needed, and make necessary registration directly. So to save the guest's trouble to come over to front desk asking for the access again. 2) using e-invoice is good, but I have never received the e-mail. So I have to come back to the hotel to ask for a hard copy again. Not sure if it is due to the problem of mis-spelling of the e-mail address. So to avoid such issue, it would be better to ask the guest to register his/her e-mail address upon check-in, instead of asking for it at check-out.

Traveling in a wheelchair is not obvious. It was very reassuring to feel everything was taken care of: help in the restaurant, help via phone, questions of what we needed in case of emergency and evacuation,... Even Tomasz and Paolo from the reception crew helped to get our heavy luggage to the station. Many thanks for everything!

Comfortable beds, decent sized rooms for London, which were great as we had lots of luggage on this trip. Good location to stations. Bar looked fun but didn’t drink there or eat in restaurant. Staff helpful and corteous.

The overall service was good. What I confused were - the site I booked displayed free mean but it was not free. (an internal Jetset Hotels page in Google) - a confirmation mail said 20 GBP per meal but it charged 21 GBP.
