Once again we stay at this Hotel and despite we had some inconvenience at the beginning of the stay the management solved everything in the most gentle and efficient way that made us feel as very special guest at this Hotel.

The location of the hotel is next to the British library. The room is comfortable and the service is very good. one of the point is the cold and hot water supply.

Room was way too hot (34c!!) and thermostat would not cool it down no matter how low we turned it (we put it as low as possible, but the room never cooled lower than 34). Desk clerk at check in stared blankly at us for nearly ten seconds with no greeting, wouldnt respond when I said hello, and then acted surprised that we wanted to check in--thanks, Alexsandra. Television in our room had giant subtitles that could not be turned off. Every program had half the picture obscured by them.

Thia is my second time in Pullman London. And İ recomend all my friends. Location , staff, rooms, breakfast perfect. The only peoblem is there is no enough place cloths .

all was good. only one problem at that was that the cooling in the room was not working propobly. change the temp all down to 16 C but it was still up to 25C so that dident work.

When changing the temperature it takes up to 2 hours to reach the requested temperature as is not an Air Conditioning unit but an Air Ventilation system. « Really enjoyed our stay and won guest of the day. »

Stayed here before and would always come back. Its a lovely hotel and the rooms are great. We arrived 30 minutes early and was still able to check in ok. I even won guest of the day which was a big surprise and we were greeted at our room with drinks and a selection of deserts/cakes. We shall definitely be back to stay in the future.

« Exactly What I Wanted/Needed »

Experience was overall great! Only a couple things I would have changed. After my first night of a total of 3, my room would not cool down with the A/C. I visited the front desk to see if they could fix it but no one ever did or got back to me. I also really think the entertainment on the TV could be improved. For a 4.5 Star Hotel, cable should be included if not at least an option. I would have been willing to pay an extra £20 during my stay. Shower door was a bit messy as it doesn’t close, but that’s just a small design flaw and not something that could really be changed.

« Super-friendly staff and most comfortable bed of my entire trip. »

Paulo, the doorman, really made an impact with his cheerful help and friendly positive attitude, which was unique and very much appreciated. The reception staff were equally amicable, the bedroom was spacious, clean and modern with an exceptionally comfortable bed. Free wifi was fast and efficient. The hotel gym was well equipped, light and airy with views out across the London skyline. I would certainly say here again. The only thing I would change would be to provide an access ramp at the main door so that Paulo doesn't have to carry so many heavy suitcases up the stairs.

I have stayed at this hotel on quiet a few occasions, on business, as a couple and this time with the family - why do comeback? it's a nice hotel with a good vibe. Breakfast is expensive but very good and worth the money.

As a family we had adjoining rooms. Some initial issues getting the kids rooms and separate beds sorted were quickly resolved-thank you to Jacqui on the front desk. ‘Handi’ phone was amazing for navigating the city and for calls. Only shortcoming of this was the inability to transfer photos by email, mms or bluetooth to my own device. Unfortunately the staff were unable to help apart from commenting that this was an issue. As I had forgotten my camera one afternoon this was disappointing. Great otherwise. Many thanks.

I booked the hotel for Feburary's room with an un-refundable rate, but because of a sudden surgery, I failed to make the trip. Thanks to the hotel for offering me an alternative stay. The hotel itself is a good one also, very close to King's croos, both convientient to most of the city tourplaces and the airport. Room was Ok, a pity this time didn't get an upgrade, but it likes a free room to me, what else can I ask for.

Room is is very clean. Bed is comfortable. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant foods are just fine. We received an email from the hotel saying that they will send our interim bill and VAT invoice, but we didn’t receive any of them. It has been 10 days after we checked out.

Outstanding hotel which provides comfortable & clean rooms, fitness gym contain minimum machines needed and a wonderful view. Personal was fine and gave us the service at the level expected. Cannot closer to the rail station.

Overall excellent from checkin to checkout . Food excellent. Rooms excellent. Perhaps a few newspapers in the breakfast and lounge area would be good.
