The experience was good, service was great and the room was comfy. Only issue I had was that I had a parcel delivered to the hotel and it was lost. It was a rather large parcel aswell.

My husband and I stayed here overnight prior to catching Eurostar the next day. Hotel up to usual Pullman standards, doorman came out to carry our bags inside. You are made to feel special. Ambience in hotel foyer very nice and calming. Staff efficient and smart. Room 1202 wonderful view, spotlessly clean and beautiful toiletries.One small niggle was the evening restaurant menu did not have a great deal of choice. Could not comment on breakfast as we left early. Very convenient for St Pancras.

Head waiter asked waiter in front of me to check my credit before serving me an espresso Breakfast lady locked me out of my room because her paper said that I must pay for breakfast where as checkin later on confirmed that all was already paid. Checkout was like talking to my 12 year old daughter Great walls and furniture do not build the reputation of the hotel, it is customer service that does.

We were most delighted at the size and comfort of the Junior Suite. The twin wash basins and good supply of toiletries were a welcome luxury. The windows gave us a good view of the front and side of Hotel. The bed was so large and comfortable. The generous choice from the buffet breakfast was appreciated. It would be wise to take a set of ear=plugs just in case!

It was let down by a lack of communication between your Reception staff and Restaurant staff. My company (The Wellcome Trust) had paid for Dinner, Bed & breakfast, as was confirmed at Reception when I arrived. But when I came to pay for my dinner at the restaurant, I was told that the Dinner was not paid for. It took the wiatress 10 or 15 mins to confirm that the Dinner HAD already been paid for. The same thing happened at Breakfast, when I was told that Breakfast had not been paid for, when it had. Again the Waitress had to go to discuss this with staff on Reception. is this an issue with your computer systems? This was very annoying, and cost me some time that I did not have to waste.

The Pullman is a lovely hotel and on check-in we were pleased to be upgraded to a de-luxe room on the 1st floor which we were very pleased with. However, on returning to the room after going out for a walk, we discovered the TV wasn't working. An engineer attended but couldn't get it working so we were were given the option of relocating to another room on the 1st floor. Unfortunately , once we were in that room we discovered that the TV wasn't working in there either. The Duty Manager, Johann, became involved at that stage and we were re-allocated to a de-luxe room on the 15th floor with fantastic views over central London. When we went down for dinner in the GA Restaurant we were given free drinks in way of compensation and Johann deducted 20% off our initial room rate. Whilst, the experience of having to change rooms (twice) is annoying sometimes things go wrong and it is the way management and staff deal with such situations which reflect on a hotel. I cannot fault the way Johann dealt with this, and whilst it was an unusual overnight stay to say the least, we actually had a very good time and enjoyed the experience of the hotel. The food in the GA Restaurant is also particularly good. Our thanks to Johann for making this a pleasurable experience despite the initial difficulties.

« clean comfortable - and quiet accommodation in spite of the proximity of the Euston Road »

We were greeted at the door with a smile and directed to the check in desk. The check in staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming as if we were regular customers returning for another night stop. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Pullman St Pancras again.

Wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived with the doormen smiling and saying “welcome back”. Check in smooth. Comfortable room, well cleaned and toiletries replaced when necessary. Hotel is a good location for travel to Central & North London. Very much enjoyed my stay. All staff professional, efficient and friendly. Will be returning.
