it was november 20 , and then no heater in the room ..... quiet cold !!! no refrigeritor as well !?... a bit disapointed . the good point was the bed .

« Noisy old building »

Normally IBIS hotels in Paris are small, but here also the only elevator could hardly get 4 people, if you are fat only 2, the noise in the elevator is like it is going to break anytime, scary. From the rooms you can hear the elevator running, that's annoing. Breakfast is ok, the normal Paris. Rooms are ok, clean and the bed is comfortable.

« Many items to wish for »

The elevator button on the 5th floor was broken at least from the day we arrived to the day we left the hotel; On arrival, we had to change rooms, because the drain of the stall was clogged, and when we removed the drain (along with a reception clerk), to understand the situation better, there was so much hair that should "make a century" was not clean; Even so, the drain remained clogged ... Still, the receptionist spoke the wrong price of the taxi that we would pay to the airport; Also, the hotel computer was broken and we were told that Ibis had not renewed the contract; Strange, since we had already made reservation in other Ibis of France and the computers (Desktops) were functioning normally; Lastly, every time the Internet went down (Wi-Fi from the room), it was necessary to login with email and accept the Wi-Fi terms of use again ...

« Not what we expected »

The staff was great but we were disappointed in the facilities. We thought the hotel would meet a bit more the Accor standards. It is not really a baby/children friendly hotel in comparaison to other Novotel we have been staying in around the world. There was no mattress in the port a cot (i had to ask for a blanket or anything else that we could use as a mattress so it didn’t feel like our baby was sleeping on hard wooden floor), there was no kettle in the bedroom and had to ask reception for boiling water for each of our baby bottles

Seamless check-in and check-out experience. Hotel was located near train and metro. Staff whom we met were friendly and helpful. Room was basic, sufficient for a couple of nights' stay.
