Top quality hotel. Prof. staff - very helpful and top service always, excellent fitnesscenter, great meetinglocations + breakfast. The rooms are luxurious. My absolut favorite hotel. Cannot give less than topgrade on all criteria. (However quite expensive but Sofitel delivers).

« Great stay except for breakfast mix-up »

I arrived in a company of 3 and we had one room each. I had an overall great stay at Sofitel. I had been upgraded to a suite, it was very clean, I left my key card once in the room and had a replacement card fuss-free at the reception. The only experience that stuck out to find out all three of us being charged for breakfast during checkout. The receptionist must have made a mistake briefing us during our check-in process as she said breakfast was included to all three of us at the same time and we all understood the same. The bill shock at the end marred the exceptional experience.

« Very unhappy. Unknowledgeable and unavailable concierge, room was being cleaned in the evening when we returned to shower for dinner, room not ready until 6pm upon arrival. »

Felt that nobody really cared about our stay. It was my 50th birthday and time with my daughter that I wished we could’ve had more special.

Small defects in the room, no house keeping (was done after I mentioned it to the front desk), attitude of staff at check in and check out not exactly welcoming. Nice and smalll hotel, but service level could be improved for an even better customer experience.

I had a room with a connecting door that was open. Fortunately the guest of the room next door was not there when I stepped into his room. I could have been robbed and vice versa. My stay was a quite horrifying experience, especially because I was traveling alone.

It is important to note that we are recognized within the ACCOR company as one of their safest hotel, this is mainly the reason why we have the chance to welcome important delegations on a regular basis. Our connecting doors are divided into two doors; hence, you were able to open one of the two doors but certainly not both of them. That means that the guest which stayed next to you that night could not open your door. This system was put in place for security reasons; it was also approved by the local security authority. We are always happy to respond to our guest preferences. We were unfortunately not able to move you to another room that night as the hotel was fully booked. We have however noted your preference into your profile should you wish to come back to Sofitel Brussels Europe. « Modern and honest first class hotel »

Stayed for a weekend (Fri-Sun) in your hotel. Everything ist very luxury and modern, also very clean. Friendly employees also. Very good breakfast with lots of different kinds of fruits, bread, eggs, cheese etc. What has to be changed is your safety system with the keyless room cards. During this stay of 2 days we had to change our room cards twice because we could not enter our room. What is worst in this case is, that keyless cards are also necessary to call the elevator and -because we could also not use the elevator from level4 down to te reception during Change 2 with our non-working cards- I was caught in the staircase because staircase doors to the several levels of the house only can be opened by keyless card either. Had to be freed by a concierge !!! This is a absolutely "no-go", especially in case of fire and has changed without any doubt!

« Very quiet and confortable hotel in the heart of European district »

When you travel abroad for business reasons, it is very important for me to find a place where you can rest quietly and confortably. It is necesary to rest properly and to have an adequate environment to prepare yourself for meetings, and at the same time being in a top class hotel. Even if you have some time you can wander for the European district or reach to the very city center in a fifteen minute walk.
