No complaints other than my bill included two breakfast charges. When we arrived, we were told breakfast was complimentary and already included in the booking. Only one person had breakfast and they marked one on the listing but still charged for two. We would have avoided breakfast had we known there was going to be a significant charge as my bill has indicated. If this charge were to be refunded, my overall experience would be a 9 and we would choose this hotel again when in Monaco. As it stands now, I would look elsewhere for lodging when we return to Monaco.

« Good, but the palm oil products in the shower... »

It all was very nice: very nice room, restaurant, food, employees... My only "but" are the bathroom products offered in plastic, and the fact that they have palm oil as ingredient. Maybe you don't understand this, but changing this to more environmentally friendly products makes a big difference and an example to follow.

The hotel was very nice, centric, good facilities and amenities, with parking and good food. But service was terrible! The receptionist did not tell us that breakfast was going to be charged to the room and that it was until 10am. He did not offer help with our luggage. He did ask if we wanted a Valet to park our car. We get to our room and after we unpack, we notice that the rug close to the bathroom was all wet. Yes, they offer a change in room, but we would have had to pack again and then unpack and as we were staying only one night, we preferred to stay with the wet rug. This is something they should check and know before they assign you a room. We went for dinner at their restaurant. We asked for carbonated water. The waiter brought the bottle and never served us. We asked for wine. The waiter brought the bottle, did not show it to us, did not serv one glass for tasting and acceptance, he just served the wine once and never came back to serv the rest. In the morning I get an email and I see that on the hotel's bill, breakfast had been charged. So we went down to the restaurant where there was a buffet. The waitress asked for our room number and lead us to a corner table. She did not tell us breakfast was ending in 5 minutes. When we were getting our food, they started to removed all the dishes in our faces in the most rude manner!! We had almost to beg to get some of the things they had offered in the buffet. At check out I told the receptionist about this, and no apology. He did not offer for the valet to get our car. We had to go with all the luggage and get the car ourselves. We were in Europe for 2 weeks and stayed in 9 hotels/apartments and this was the worse service by far.

I loved the experience once I got there but I believe the lifts from the train station needs to be as a high light on the reservation because we had to take several stairs since we didn’t know the lift would just get us super close to the hotel.

« Fine, for me to visit again i would expect improvements to be made »

Check in- Great, smooth, polite staff Room- clean, quiet yet basic, however paper cups is unacceptable and .akes it look like a real budget hotel also a first for me to see in any hotel I've been to in the world Food- Breakfast very average indeed. We had an evening meal, we were given sweet potatoe frys and my fillet of beef was an absolute disgrace, having waited for the waiter to come over, he didn't, I went to the bar to ask the question, I was informed the menu said sweet frys and as I had apparently asked for well done (I didn't I asked medium) that's why the expensive fillet of beef looked like it had been driven over by a vehical. Having then read the menu the waiter realised he was in fact WRONG....no apology!! Normal frys were ordered and the shocking fillet removed. 20 mins later my meal arrived long after my father in law had finished his. In conclusion a terrible meal and not even worth comparing to the restaurant out of the hotel. Overall average

Correct but not particularly friendly or welcoming or personal. One bottle of Evian in the minibar but blocking 100€ deposit for extras on the credit card I find outrageous. And I think you should provide more water for your guests than just one bottle in a double room. I think you should make the stay a little more personal.

With regard to your comment concerning the credit card guarantee please note that we do not debit any amount, it is a guarantee that includes all the extras such as room service, bar, restaurant… And what we provide in the minibar is for free. Furthermore, I am concerned with your remark on the impersonal service, the lack of attention, courtesy and friendliness. Indeed I can see that you are coming at the hotel for at least the fourth time and you do not feel any attention, what is not normal at all. Then I totally understand your disappointment.
