Location was superb and the pool undersubscribed , which was nice. Loved the iPad menus in the bar and the waiting staff were really good.

I was disappointed with this visit. We found the experience unfriendly. Breakfast price was added to the account although we had not requested it. I was told it was automatic but it should not be if not ordered. An additional amount was also added to the account for expenses. Again this was a shock.

Novotel is located in a nice neighbourhood. In short walking distance from Casino. To reach the beach a car is useful. Palace can be reach by car or foot. Hotel room Novotel Standard, good breakfast, better than expected. No Noise from neighbour rooms. Nice Lobby.

It was all good, it was clean and the food fresh. Staff is friendly. The only thing is that in the restaurant where they can cook the eggs on your own, there should be a better solution as it does not cook nicely, too low heat and no good oil... but that's all.

Room is confortable and enough clean, it would be nice to have charge also into the bath. I have also had lunch in the hotel resturant, dish has good quality but the service is too slow. (1h and 15 minutes for 1 course and dessert)

Charging €650 per night, I did not expect no tooh brush and tooth paste. Arrived very late and asked for one, the receptionist said no toothbrush and need to wait till morning time. Stayed for 4 nights but no refill of the showr gel and shampoo. No slippers. Very very dissatisfied.

I have stayed at this hotel many times on business trips and find it efficient and enjoyable. While I thought the choice of items on the evening menu had shrunk from previous years, the food was generally good and the breakfast is well above standard. The hotel is clean and the bathrooms large. I wish they would pay just a bit more attention to making sure that the coffee/tea selection and creamers were replenished every day.
