Since many years we stay at the Novotel Monaco. Always very warm welcome. helpful staff, rooms clean and modern, super and large breakfast buffet. Good restaurant and service. We are looking forward to our next stay!

« Monaco Historic Grandprix »

We upgraded to a junior suite and had a stunning view of the harbour and the swimming pool section of the circuit. The hotel is close to the lifts / escalators linking the railway station to St Devote - very connvenient. Not all the staff speak English.

« Over priced and disappointing »

Having been charged an excessive amount for the Historic GP weekend and upgraded as the rates had gone down since we booked the room was disappointing. There was no milk in the room or normal coffee and we had to ask for this and paper cups are terrible. We expected more from the room and would have been even more disappointed if we had paid for it. The restaurant in the evening was appalling. What is the point of offering a set menu then not advising when the option had run out and just sending out what was deemed without checking a) if it was acceptable and b) not giving the option to choose to not eat at the hotel if the food on offer was not acceptable. It is unlikely we will return again the price charged cannot be justified it smacks of exploiting people wanting to attend the event.

« Better than anticipated »

Having visited various Novotels in different parts of the world we were pleasantly surprised at all aspects of the Monte Carlo Novotel. The hotel has a very "new" feel and is perfectly positioned for station access whilst also being a short walk to Casino Sq. Alice was a star! and a delight to meet. As were the whole team. Our stay was memorable for the right reasons!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel. Just a block from the train station is it easy to get to. The staff is courteous and helpful; the room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is a wide selection of delicious things.

« Could be better..was dissapointed »

Staff was nice but extremely disappointed with the room. Air conditioning was not good. No space in the bathroom. Toilet and bathroom were separate. View was not that great. No privacy in patio.

The main thing was that the room was quiet. I would have preferred that the window would open for fresh air although that may have made it noisy. The breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is perfectly situated for access to all the resorts attractions. The room was good, with a view of the harbour. The reception staff were first rate. The restaurant was spacious and airy, with good quality food.

« Un moment de détente à Monaco. »

Very good. The hotel is centrally located in Monaco, so everything is nearby. My daughter especially liked the pool and the unicorn ;-). The room was very good, but had a few 'wrinkles'. The Junior Suite was perfect for our little family.

« No air conditioning and bites from bed »

Bed was comfy, pillows were comfy but there were two main points where my stay was disappointing. Firstly, when I arrived the air conditioning wasn't functioning. A technician came to my room only to tell me that it doesn't go to a cold temperature, just 19 degrees. He offered to open the window instead which I agreed. Towards the end of my trip I ended up having bites on the back of my ears and neck and shoulders, all places where the pillow was in contact with. I have no proof that it was the pillow or indeed the bed, but it was a great inconvenience.
