Everything is great except the pool. Housekeeping staff Nabigul was quite helpful whenever something was needed. The pool is small, there's no kids pool and the entire pool is of one height. Heard they're renovating it shortly. Also, it was closed for a day during our 5 day stay.

Had to stay in the hotel due to flood in Dubai, TV was not working properly and old model tv. TV volume adjustment was not working. No smart tv, no Netflix, Amazon and etc... no screen share from phone.

during 2 consecutives nights, I ordered room service diner It was cold, without taste and even disgusting regarding the cheese plate Never seen this before in a hotel of this category this is my 4th time in this hotel for the MEE exhibition, and have not had problems before this trip

From a brand like Novotel, there was basic expectation of service. The breakfast place was over crowded and no staff did anything to make the experience pleasant. At the live counter, the guy making omelette, replied very rudely that he cannot make omelettes due to large crowd. While I understand that, but the same message could have been conveyed in a better manner, than saying it in a rude way and with a 'frustrating look on the face'. Even the room service for coffee was not pleasant. This is the reason I am rating my experience as 'neutral'.
