Check-in was prompt but had to wait even with the request of early check-in. May b room wasn't ready or else. Room décor was contemporary & ppl were hospitable, gentle & very supportive. Stayed only for one night but will stay again based on my experience. The location of the property is excellent & will recommend to anybody. Overall, goes with my previous experience of Accor Hotels.

The stay was fine however this was my second visit to Novotel and I experienced that the standard of the of the hotel has gone down. The room I was living in 1303 has carpet with stains, a bad smell, broken toilet seat and leaking taps. I am sure this is not the benchmark standard of Novotel and I have witnessed the good days previously. This is a suggestion to improve the look and feel else you may lose your loyal customers to competition.

Stayed for three nights on the way to the UK. The hotel was fine. The beds were good, the room was spacious and the service excellent. Check-in was quick and though there was a slight problem with the paperwork it was quickly sorted.
