« Basic business stay »

Check-In was possible at about 10am. Room 1137 was a bit dated but cleaned properly daily. At check-out I was told that I have had 2 beers which is not true. Check-out employee insisted on her notes and sent Housekeeping to check again. Felt unconfortable that check-out staff did not believe a loyal Accorhotels customer. In the end I just payed for what I've had from the Minibar (Snacks and water).

Again it was wonderful, had an amazing experience with housekeeping, couldn’t regulate my AC was too cold so l took the blanket to add to my duvet cover, when l came back from work, they had clean my room so neatly and tidy, saw the blanket and knew l was cold bought the temp down and to normal room temp and put a light card so the temp doesn’t change to maintain the warmth ness when k got back at night this was creating moments for me l was so happy thanks again housekeeping, and f and b hostess always remember who my colleagues were and give us our usual seat with our usual coffee and tea the way we wanted

Our stay at the hotel was a good experience with the staff looking after us in an excellent manner. The only complaint I have is when leaving the hotel early Saturday morning the doorman quoted me 50 DHM to use the Lexus parked at the hotel to go to the airport but on arriving at the airport the driver charged me 150 DHM. I suggest the price is written down so that there is no possibility of the driver changing the price on arrival at the airport.

Sink in bedroom blocked. No coffee for breakfast - had to ask for it - had finished breakfast by the time received. Incorrect info wrt taxi charges given by transport staff. Otherwise all good.

It was in memorable. Quite however and provided what I needed. Thought the beds were a bit to hard / firm and pillows were sub-optimal for a decent sleep.

Fast efficient check in and check out. Reception staff courteous and welcoming Room clean and comfortable, air con good, bathroom clean and modern Gym equipment showing signs of wear and tear, becoming old and obsolete. Consider upgrade/refresh the facility Al the staff were great but why are the company uniforms trying to make them look like children’s TV presenters? Little badges and braces/suspenders over T shirts.!!! You are dumbing down an upmarket hotel catering for business people. Personally I prefer more formal uniforms that are smart and give a great first impression.

« Not worth the money »

We had booked our stay alomost 6 months back. Our basic request was to get a room on a higher floor and a view facing the downtown. We were given a room on the second floor with a view of the hotel entry. The breakfast buffet was so overcrowded that we skipped breakfast on 4 days out of the 5 that we stayed in. We paid 15k per night, which we felt was too much considering the value offered. Very disappointed with the experience.

Overall, we had a good stay in all aspect. The staff were helpful. However, please make sure that the toiletries, towels and other stuff are good for the number of room guests. But it were provided upon request.

« Great location , clean , atmosphere was great,breakfeast was excellent. »

We were satisfied with our stay here. Professional service. Breakfast was very good. Jamal ,nicknamed John was very good in the breakfast area. He was always happy and pleasant to see us and your fastest waiter , needs a promotion. Karthick at the travel desk was more than good . Very helpful and made all our arrangements very well. Maybe you need more people to assist in your breakfast area. Room size comfortable and clean. Overall experience great.

At 9 am on morning ,room door was banged constantly by hotel staff,when asked what's the matter, they told me you have to check out go to reception. I was shocked at this.i complained regarding the same at reception but no answer Will never recommend or ever stay again in this property
