Great rooms, very comfortable. Location is good and bad, practical with train arrivals and departures but not ideal for evening outings. It is missing an indoor courtyard to help get relief from the incessant pressures of the train stations coming and goings.

I had booked a Superior suite - 1 double, 1 single, and 1 single sofa bed. The first room was a room with 1 double and an unmade sofa bed. Went back and asked for what was booked. ended up with 1 double and 1 single sofa bed. Not what was booked. We couldn't be bothered further.

The room is spacious.

The room is calm enough very spacious. Good idea to have a table in the room. A bit surprised by the plastic feel of the toilet. Might think of changing the curtains system.

Stayed at novotel suites before. This time a poor experience. On arrival after long train journey & heavy rain, little interest shown in our arrival. When querying the non opening suite door more disinterest. too much tech involved. Overall experience was cold, aloof, sterile & overpriced. The doorstep to the bathroom a potential leg breaker. no restaurant, forced to walk in heavy rain to Plaza hotel. Entire experience lacked the human element.

You wheelchair accessible room is as it says. The beds are comfortable, even the sofa bed. It would be better if one could book a wheelchair accessible room on the website without having to contact the hotel. Also, if your on line check in confirmed that the room was wheelchair accessible.

While the service we received was great and the rooms were very comfortable I am disappointed that I have been charged twice on my credit card. I booked online ref: HRGDFKMR and paid €139.49. When I checked out I paid for our incidents (breakfast and drinks) and was also charged for the accommodation (Invoice H52…) €204.59. I was assured that ghe accommodation charge of €139.49 would be credited back to my credit card with a day. I was charged on 23/09/19 and it is now 26/09/19 and still no refund has bern received. Can you please advise when I will receive the credit.

It's always a pleasure to arrive at the Novotel Suites in Lille Europe. I am always welcome with a heartfelt smile and great professionalism. The check-in is quick, I receive a nice room on the 3th floor with all amenities and my voucher with the welcome drink. And I feel home. The room is great with a table to work, a double bath- and shower room, a fulfilled fridge, the wellness products in the bathroom. I also appreciate the wellness centre. The staff is very kind

The check-in via internet is very efficient, when I arrived my key was available and there were no further administrative things to do. Also the checkout was similar efficient. The room is large and clean and the breakfast simple but sufficient.

My stay was great your staff was very pleasant to me and my family. They attended to everything we needed almost immediately. Simon was excellent from since the time I called to make my reservations months ago, and I also spoke with Judy who made a lot of things easier. The only negative we had was the wifi issue. We didn't have wifi for the first 3 days when we got there and even after the problem was resolved the wifi keep dropping in our room daily which lead us to use the lobby area more often to contact family back home. Kitchen staff was extremely pleasant and house keeping did an amazing job. You will definitely see me again.

Air-conditioning was poor and ineffective. Thankfully the windows opened to provide cooler air in hot and uncomfortable room. However, the noise from the busy road outside was deafening. Bathroom was reminiscent of a cheap B&B in London not a four-star all-suite hotel of a global chain. Altogether disappointing and over-priced. Would not choose this hotel again.
