Great convenient location and lovely staff, lovely white towels and bedlinen, and good value but room was so hot (air con had no effect at all, so may not have been worliproperly) and couldn’t open window due to road noise, so hardly got any sleep. Instead of or as well as 2 paper cups would have been lovely to have 2 mugs in the room.

The young man who checked us in went above and beyond. The sofa bed in the room was missing bedding which he sorted out and personally made the bed. The room was peaceful and couldn't hear any noise from the nearby station on the 9th floor. They also had a few games in the foyer for kids including a giant touchscreen device for playing angry birds. Breakfast looked nice but we got our fix of pastries at the Paul shop in the train station. They don't have a restaurant but they have plenty of chilled food options and UberEats offers hundreds of nearby options along with the Westfield on the other side of the station. Lovely comfortable beds and beautiful water pressure in the shower. Our room had both a bath and a shower and separate toilet. Massive LCD screen in the lounge and a table for playing games or having some dinner. There was a small fridge and microwave and kettle and sink and plenty of space to hang your clothes but an extra couple of power points on both sides of the bed would be great as one side didn't have any sockets. The only downside was the hairy dryer in the room didn't appear to work or we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. Beautiful rituals soap, shower gel and shampoo was great. They offer a discount rate on parking in the car park next door on the right side and for drop off there is a 20 minute free parking section just a few metres before the hotel on the left side.

well located hotel, good breakfast, however a bad smell was always coming out of toilet, and another bad smell since we got the room (smoke like smell)

We had a happy and enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were able to easily walk to all the places of interest that we had planned to visit. The hotel was clean and the room we occupied was well designed with a kitchen area and separate toilet and bathroom which was most useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would particularly like to mention Nicolas on the reception. Nicolas was attentive, helpful, efficient, friendly and spoke excellent English. The breakfast, although good, was unsuitable for my needs as I follow a strict vegan diet. Nicolas was sympathetic, understanding and respectful. He went out of his way to accommodate me and ensure that the initial problem was sorted to my satisfaction.
