I stayed two weeks staying and realized that the hotel could be more careful with some details. Below are some of the problems I found and found the most relevant: - Some lamps in the room were not working. - The bathroom only had a bathtub (it did not have a stall). - At breakfast, the fruits and yogurt were gone and not replenished. - The gym needed payment for use (any hotel is free)

The hotel is quite old. The room is weird, considering that the toilet and the shower are in different places. The staff is very nice and tried to make the staying as pleasant as possible.

Agora com tudo solucionado estou acompanhando cada feedback que recebemos e estamos trabalhando com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade dos nossos serviços e atenção. Estamos em processo de avaliação do projeto de reforma dos apartamentos. Recém nos entregaram o piloto reformado que servirá de modelo para os demais quartos. Neste projeto está considerado a mudança estrutural dos banheiros. Temos recebido ótimos comentários dos nossos hospedes e também estamos bastante ansiosos para que esse projeto seja aprovado e possamos iniciá-lo o quanto antes. I was upgraded to a room on the 8th floor. It seems difficult to believe it was an upgrade. I think it was a downgrade. Or the other rooms are in even poorer condition...
