Rooms are really old fashioned, only the restaurant was updated . Bathroom small and slip . very noisy hotel ( during the day there is some construction inside and I was not aware about ) . Hotel is in front of major street construction that also makes noise. Hotel street is really crowded that difficulty transportation .

Good experience. The room size was good but needs to be updated. Service was excellent and when they broke my aftershave they replaced it within hours for exactly the same one. People un reception and restaurant were friendly and efficient. Gym is very small, I do not know if you can call it a gym actually.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel with my family in August 2019. The staff was wonderful, the swimming pool was nice, big, and warm (36°C). Perfect for relaxing after spending a day walking around. We had lunch and dinner at the hotels restaurant and everything was delicious. The concierge helped us in everything we needed. Congrats!

The rooms need to be remolded. Service was ok. Food is not good, need to improve the breakfast menu.

No complimentary water in rooms. Only ones in mini bar. Also dissatisfied with bar man. I went to ask for bottle water at bar around 11 and was told they don’t have any since they close. I asked again I just wanted water but he told me to get water from mini bar which I already drank. Then he said to call room service to get water even though I was already at bar. So bad and inconsiderate service. Not happy with service.

Staff were excellent, but rooms need decorating and refurbishment. Menu in restaurant has not changed for a VERY long time, if ever. My company personnel will not stay again

I quested an adapter but he was saying there was no more right now, then they never gave me any one, the house keeper sometime forgot make up the shampoo, body lotion, the 4th floor aisle always dirty.

A lot of things could be better. Starting with the service at the reception desk. The lady wasn’t very welcoming and just helped with the minimum. Roomd service breakfast was less than satisfying. For the price, it was a bad choice. Beds are comfortable and rooms just fine.

The hotel is good and the personnel working there are very nice. However, when paying in usd the fix rate used is unfair to the customer. It is not base on the central bank rate.

2 days with no hot water at the shower

The breakfast was extremely expensive. For 02 days there was no hot water at the sink and/or shower. On the first day we had received a letter in the room explaining about the maintenance. But the next day there was no information at all. When I called the reception all they said was that it was already being checked. I questioned how long it would take and the answer was 01 hour, which did not happen. I had my 3-year old with me and it was extremely frustrating. To complete the disaster at check out the receptionist refused to give me a statement for my stay. According to him since I had booked through an agenct I had to ask them for a statement. I had never seen this before. I would not recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay and the surrounding area including park was enjoyable. Nice breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful. Gym and pool were used and were a positive. Room as nice and bed very comfortable. Excellent WiFi. Only downside is 20/25 minutes to nearest metro.
