« the remodeled room is fantastic »

I've stayed here at this hotel for many a days, but this time I was able to be assigned the new model room which was modeled on the new concept and design from Novotel, and I loved it. Only downside was there was no desk to work on, only a small coffee table.

overall experience was ok, but the interior of this property is really getting tired and could use a makeover or at least some maintenance. many mold spots in the shower, plumbing fixtures worn an leaking etc

Dissatisfied. The property needs several remodelling in corredors and rooms. It looks old and neglected I book a single queen bed room, and I got a twin bed room (with two small beds). Besides, I couldn’t connect my mobile phone to WiFi. On top, on my last night I called room service and booked a taxi to pick me up at 8:45 and arrived at 9:35 beacouse the reservation wasn’t made as I request, they just forgot.

Had a very bad experience at the restaurant the last night of my stay, I ordered fish and when got my plate it smell unusual I tasted a bit of it and it was very fishy, I make the server aware of it and he took the plate back, i just ate the fries I order with my dinners, the server asked me if I wanted something else I say not, i couldn't trust the chef anymore, In my opinion, they have to be very careful when serving fish, Fish have to be fresh at all times, Thank you

It was a pleasure staying at the Novotel Vitacura. The hotel has an excellent location and the best of amenities. But for me the most important thing that made a difference was the staff at the reception. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Took care to ensure that I was completely at ease despite some mix up and trouble I had got into with my booking. The security was vigilant and careful to guide me as well. Kudos to the team!!

I spent a short week in this well known hotel. The room was good and very clean like always. Service people are very helpful from checkin , over bar service and restaurant. Breakfast all you need is available to start your day. Water pressure in the bathroom is very good. Heating in the room has potential to improve. The wifi was very quick this time. So again a very comfortable stay in the Novotel Vitacura .

Overall the stay was very good. My only issue is that the booking was done via Expedia and I am not entitled to any reward points. This for me is totally unfair as I still loyal to the hotel chain but no rewards are given not even percentage. This needs to be reviewed.

Stayed at this hotel for two nights and found out that the facilities are outdated at the accomodations. Tiny space for the shower made the bath experience not good. Breakfast just fine with poor variety of fruits. Sounded morr like a Mercure than a Novotel.

My room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and hotel service very professional and attentive. Security was also always attentive at the elevator to make sure only guests were accessing the room floors. The breakfast buffet was well appointed and the food fresh. I was very pleased with my stay.
