The good: bed & shower was good. The bad: A/C thermostat wasn't working well, you had to turn off & on multiple times for it to kick up. The parking charges should be charged by the hotel instead of being separate for convenience of the guest. The line at checkout is unnecessary - most modern hotels have 10-second checkout and upfront delivery of bills on the night prior to checkout - these are some steps Accor should take to improve checkout convenience for guests.

The staff is great, location is fantastic. But, the room is old and it is necessary some repair on room. Principally on bathroom.

It was very nice, everything with the room, the hotel, the staff was great, the only thing that I had trouble was with the parking, first because in my opinion was expensive, second because it took to long to get the car

Reasonable priced, well located, Ibis Florianópolis is a good option for overnight stay or for business. Everything about it is OK, not overwhelming good or bad but I wouldn't recommend it on vacation hoping to spend some time at the beaches for which Florianópolis is so well known.

Moths on the ceiling, curtains with mould, old towels, Cold soup, and few options of healthy breads in the breakfast.

Decent hotel but room for improvement

The hotel was decently clean with A/C and shower and wifi. The shower was great. The A/C was humid at times but overall worked fine. I liked that there was a ironing board on the 6th floor for free general use. Overall a good stay but some things could've worked better

Having a whole night at the toilet was not pleasant. The only good thing was that the guys at the front desk made me feel attended if my conditions get worse. Ans yes, Ia am blaming the kitchen because it was the perfect timing for me to become ill and the food was not good.

Just for do the checking 1h 27 min before the regular time for checking, Ibis charge me R$ 50.00. Since the room was available it is not make sense. The room smell older and the bathroom was so bad. When choosing an Ibis hotel we know it is an economic hotel that has all the basic needs a guest requires. The one thing that bothered me was the lack of at least a bottle of water in the room, in the refrigerator, even if it would have been charged to our account later. I think that is the least the hotel should have available in the room. Once we unpack and settle in, especially after we put on our pajamas and we open the refrigerator there is no water, it is somewhat annoying. That means we have to go to the lobby to get water. Other than that, the hotel was fine. I like the location especially. Very convenient. Breakfast was very good and the bar was convenient for after hours requests.

I had a bad experience since I went to pay the parking lot with the company MULTIPARK and they really did not notify me according their rules and conditions. Basically, it was said to me that I should pay an extra value because their system is not 24 hours-lasting payment. Inspite of that, the payment is up to noon, that is, does not matter if you arrived 11 am in the hotel, after 12 o clock (noon) you should pay another tariff. It was so embarrassing situation that whether it does not exist such condition fixated, they should present to the guests in advance. Several IBIS hotels that we have stayed is a 24-hours system. IBIS chain hotel is great, great service, amazing system and clear rules, but please check this parking companies, I do not know the are hired by you guys.
