I usually stay at Ibis ehrn travelling for work. The only thing I do not like are the blankets. They loose plush which covers my clothes, blazer... difficult to remove... and as they ate green it becomes visible...

« MY BAD EXPERIENCE AT IBIS »

I am used to stay at IBIS FLORIANÓPOLIS but this time I had a very impleasant surprise. One of the lifts was not responding to the command of the key room and I had to call the front desk person several times to help me out. A thunderous beat and drag things unbereable in neighboring rooms/above. My room was not cleaned from one day to the next, the bed wasn't made properly.

It was a good hotel but really noisy. Some of our neighbors were slamming the door until 1h AM. It was really annoying!

No Internet connection or support to solve the problem. Just one soap in the room, that is not enough for a couple. During the checkout, the receptionist gave me a bill that wasn't mine. I have had great experience with ACCOR, but the last one is changing my thought.

Good accommodations, but the experience with the restaurant was not good. Very slow team to take orders and clean the tables. Also the dinner menu was terrible, I won't have dinner at Ibis again.

I liked to stay at Ibis in Florianopolis... but I was surprised with breakfast not included at the hotel fee!!! When I went to check out I was charged... and I didn’t know I would have to pau for it!!! I stayed in another 3 hotels on my vacation trip, and none of them charged me for breakfast!!! It made me go looking for another hotel to stay next time...

Hotel very good and location is perfect allowing easy access to the beach and downtown. The coffee is goog but could be better and should be included daily. The staff are attentive and the bed is comfortable.

« Good breakfast poor reception »

Hotel and breakfast were fine. At checkout before a long drive home receptionist would not get off the phone discussing with a no-show customer from day before that it was too late to cancel. This went on and on and we tried to find a manager or someone to check us out. No one else came and finally receptionist rudely said he had only been a few minutes.
