Main factor for choosing your hotel is the location, what makes me to hesitate and search for another option is the breakfast service unfortunately, I believe the weakest side of the stay. Comparing to other Ibis hotels in neighbour countries - below the average.

The room was OK for the price, although there was no electric kettle nor a glass even. After 3 nights I came back home with a dozen bites in different places mostly on legs and back so probably there's some bug infestation.... room 205 :) breakfast was probably one of the most basic ones I've ever seen and it was definitely not worth the price. not to mention the place was super crowded (breakfast area)

We took the guestroom in question out of service immediately following your post and had it inspected by an outside specialist. Check in was quick. Girl at reception was very helpful with information. Room was clean and spacious. Instead if a TV I would rather see a kettle and complimentary coffee.

We completed the online check in as we were arriving late but still had to wait for our room key and were asked for the passport again. The room was small and the pillows very hard. The beds however were comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a powerful shower. It would have been useful to have coat hangers on the wall to hang up damp coats after a day sightseeing. The breakfast options were extremely limited for those on a vegan/vegetarian diet. We asked for vegan options in advance, but there was no response. When we arrived and asked at breakfast, we were informed that all the bread contained milk. This left fruit being the only option. We had to buy bread at the TESCO next door to bring to breakfast the next day. It would have been useful if this could have been communicated to us in advance as we then could have made provisions or indeed chosen not to book breakfast.

Stayed in for four nights with my wife and overall, we were very satisfied with our visit. The hotel is situated near Andel metro station, with easy access to city mass transportation, metro, buses and trams. And easy access from and to airport, with single bus ride. Bed was extra comfortable and pillows were great, room was clean and everything went smoothly. Breakfast was good, with enough variety to satisfy every morning. All in all, very pleasant visit.

We originally had an apartment booked for a week in Prague as there was a group of 7 of us. However the apartment was on the 4th floor with no lifts. I suffered a heart attack whilst in Prague and was hospitalised for 3 nights, on my release my husband had booked the IBIS. The room was comfortable, the bathroom although small was designed so that there was enough room to move about. There was no fridge in the room. Location was perfect to major shopping district, and central for all trams (Andel) I must however commend the staff at reception. I had to provide numerous documents to our travel insurance company so the staff had to scan/email/phone and even help with their Czech keyboard. At no time did they make me feel as if I was a problem.

Hotel is very well located, just near public transportation, and very near downtown. Nice room, nice breakfast, but air conditioning in the room simply doesn't work. You turn it on, and nothing happens, change temperature and nothing happens.

The bed was great, the room was a good size and the daily reclean of the room was good! The room lacked a iron, kettle, and the daily refresh should of changed the towels and topped up the shower gel.

In case you wish to change the towels, you can just leave them on the ground and the housekeeping will change them automatically or you can ask anytime during the day our front office or housekeeping staff who will be happy to help. The room we booked looks bigger on promotion photos on the website compared to a real situation. There was no fridge in the room and no basic sanitary items (such as tooth brushes) in the bathroom. A hotel taxi was not available in the early morning and we had to rely on a commercial taxi service. A carpet in our room would need some cleaning; a shower sink was blocked and water was stucked in the shower box. The staff was friendly. There is a Tesco store and shopping mall in the neigbourhood. Even though our room was facing a busy street, we did not here any noise during a night. A view from the sixth floor was very nice.

It's good that you offer the option of not using housekeeping. At most other places, I place my towels on the rack as requested, to say "I will use them again," and then the housekeepers just grab them and dump them in the laundry and give me new ones anyway!
