« Just so happy with the coose of this hotel. We recommend it!!! »

It was a great week in this hotel. The pool is absolutely amazing and the service of the hotel gorgeous. All the people at the reception are very kind and they always help you and grant a great service. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The restaurant is large and cosy and the food is absolutely great. We all are very satisfied and definitively choose this hotel again when we visit Salvador the next time!

The location of this hotel, the lobby, room and FABULOUS swimming pool with an unequaled, splendid vista of the Atlantic Ocean are wonderful. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. However, on my last night, the air conditioning of the hotel went out at midnight and never came back. I slept 3 hours, sweating in a clammy room. In the morning the front desk explained there was a brief power outage in the neighborhood after 11 p.m. and that the AC system needed to be rebooted, but wasn't. Why? The hotel technicians weren't called in, and showed up for work the next day at 8 a.m., when they restored the air. Totally ridiculous. I didn't pay good money to sweat, toss and turn through a night when the humidity was high and the temps in the mid-70s F (27 C). The front desk was polite and a bit embarrassed when explaining what happened, but any way you cut it, it was a lost night of sleep.

The employees are very nice and very warmfull, the location is fabulous with breathtaking view but the premises needs urgent modernization. It does not fit in what we expect as an Accord Standard.

Hotel room clean, comfortable and lovely view out to sea. Only issue with the room is that the bathroom is not up to the same standard as the room. Food at breakfast was good, lady cooking omelettes was very good and the check in and out effcient.

I love to stay at Mercure Rio Vermelho. Great location , friendly staff , good food ! very convenient neighborhood. I just do not agree about not consider my Le Club AccorHotels just because I paid through a different website such as expedia or decolar. This is not fair !!!

The hotel in general is very good - staff very polite and helpful. The rooms is very outdated though. We stayed 1 night and then came back for another night 4 days later. On our first check out we commented we were coming back and if we could get a better room next time, however we got the same style of room. From pictures online the rooms seems to be a lot newer, i dont think we were lucky enough to get a new room though... second room had a huge water stain in ceiling of the toilet, the wood of wardrobes were in pretty bad shape as well.

« Disappointing on facility of the hotel, nerfs to ne refreshed. Service at the lobby or the most efficient »

Fourniture in the room was old and damaged for part of it. Bathroom old fashioned and quite small. Great location and pool but lack of care ( plastic glasses everywhere on the floor) , could be looked after in a much better way to improve customer experience. Being served for a drink at the swimming pool took quite long. Dirty dished landing next to the bar, is not the best .,,

The hotel and facilities are really nice, but I was very disappointed with the bathroom full of mold. Please clean it, the smell was really bad due to that. It is a safety issue.

The equipment at the room need replacement as the proximity to the ocean deteriorate faster than average. The Lamp was rusty. Internet signal was poor.in my room (#2078). I notified the managemant but it was not possible to fix it.

Perfect location, amazing infinity pool, friendly staff. Would have been even better if breakfast would be included. Also, I would have appreciated a free bottle of water upon arrival (but was only for purchase in minibar).
