It was good. The hotel was near the beach, the staff was very considerate and the price was fair. I didn't like the WC, though.

« Good be better as the same standard from IBIS Europe. »

1) the staff was very friendly all the time of my stay 2) the staff Gil from breakfast was smiling and hard work all the time to keep breakfast fulled at busy time ! 3) the suites should be modernised as other IBIS . The towels are poorly, fine, not soft looking older. The shower looks like from poor B&B. The safe lockers was broken. The key magnet card failed couple times to open the door-room, and was hard to open the door-room. I had the impression being in the Hostel or any other B&B, and not the proper IBIS hotel I used to stay.

Wonderful place, great staff, excellent breakfast. I just would prefer not to stay in a room next to onde with a barking dog. People with dogs should stay all in the same floor so they could share their pets barking with each other and leave people without them in peace.

The hotel facility does not seems to be an IBIS one. Old building, old rooms, with a musty smell and a very bad quality pillow. Breakfast on the rush hours without constant replacement of the food (waiting several minutes for a piece of cake). What saved the stay, and the review, was the politeness/courtesy of the employees. All issues raised were solved. Also, we had an incident with my father and they provided a good amount of ice to be used on an injured muscle. Close to good restaurants.

Excuse me, I do not know English. the standard of the hotel is equal to the other ibis I used, the service was very good. but the details are against The hotel does not have a good view, the hassle with the taxi to the airport is wrong, nobody asked if everything was right with the room, they had problem with exhaust fan, tv and wi-fi. it is possible to improve

The hotel employees were extremely friendly, attentive, amicable...from the front desk to the maid, they all make sure we were happy to be there. I was pleased overall besides no room service and the Bar was very poor of choices :( but definitely would go back again....

« What's expected at an Ibis, but... »

Almost everything is Ibis standard in this place, except for the air conditioning in the unit I stayed. The temperature remote control did not work fine, I had to keep it at 10º celsius in order to have the air conditioning engaged.
