The experience was mostly what you expect from an Ibis hotel: good trade-off relationship, considering price and what you get. It has everything you need, but basic. The location is great, because t has restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies around (walking distance). I did not go to touristic points at this time. My only complaint is that the smell coming out from the fan in the bathroom was not good (and quite strong actually).

Bedroom was organised, clean towels and bedding. Bath towels was small, and there was no hand towels. Breakfast was OK, but there might be some more options of pastry (e.g. cakes, donuts etc.)

I was very pleased with the courteous front-desk staff, very helpful in advice and even accompanying me to speak with the taxi drivers. However, the toilet seat in my room 868 was defective in spite of a technician's visit. The windows in the room facing a wonderful view were unfortunately fogged up because they have not been cleaned. The breakfast choices could be better, and the coffee definitely needs improvement — and less sugar, please! Also, could you put a real toaster?

Maintenance in bedroom furniture and bathroom

Although I had previously stayed in this hotel, I think you have to check to maintain the furnitureon the room (672 or in others too) where it looks worn. I believe you are already engaged in this task. But overall the service from the staff is very welcoming.

Reception very bad, people thick if social traquejo. It actually did not change anything the last time I was there. Being an ACCOR Clint does not mean anything. The Vouche of drinks turned into glass of water. This I buy, in fact, would be obligatory to offer free of charge at no cost. Too bad.. I tried to talk with the attendant of the Bar, that the only hotel in the ACCOR network, which does this kind of thing is that of Salvador. I was simply equalized by BarMen. Embarrassing and unexplained. Never Improves?

Reception very bad people thick if social traquejo. It actually did not change anything the last time I was there. Being a Clitor of the ACCOR does not mean anything the Vouche of drinks turned glass of water. This I buy, in fact would be obligatory guase offer for free, without cost. Too bad..

Felipe at the front desk was really helpful and considerate. The room was fine but the commode in the bathroom needs to be practical... One could not sit on it straight since one's knees hit the toilet paper dispenser and one had to sit sideways... Also, the shower side glass panel actually came off and I had to put the heavy think back in the slots...

It was quite good. Had to change two times the room. Firts there was water falling frim roof at the bathroom. Second wifi was not working and needed to work. At least staff comprehend and changed the room right away
