Good hotel, room are large and comfortable. Beds could improve in better one. Staff are friendly. Reception a bit slow for check in and check out.

Customer support staff was very helpful and attentive! The facilities where poor ( room dirty, and needing attention). Pool was closed, no other facilities and no shuttle to city Center (location is only suitable for the fair)

We stayed here for 1 night due to a tournament. The location is ok - limited free parking for guests. Tons of paid parking space. The room is an ok size for a family of 4. Bear in mind that you have to present identification for all people staying at the hotel even for kids. The hot breakfast selection is limited to scramble eggs, hotdogs and bacon. You have tons of cornettos choices.

« It's an average hotel for 1 night stay. »

We were a family of 4 so we were surprised to find the room only have 2 regular pillows. When we requested 2 extra pillows, front desk informed us that the 2 square size pillows are the ones for the main bed. However, he did accommodated that our request. We were stepping out across the street for 10 mins so I told him that I will just pick the pillows upon our return. He said no problem, we will bring them after. I thought he understood my request to not bring the pillows right away but to wait for our return. We have a Do Not Disturb sign in our room and was surprised that the staff did open our room and delivered the pillows while we were away. I guess the Do not disturb sign is not really respected compared to hotels we stayed at in other part of Europe/Canada/US. In addition, the hotel should mention before checking that all persons staying at the hotel must have a valid identification regardless if you are a child. In North America, we do not have this requirements, as long as parents have a valid id, kids' id cards are not mandatory. I can respect this rule but it should be stated on a reservation confirmation email to avoid any problem that this rule can cause to future families who are not aware. Upon check-out, the staff didn't even bother showing the final bill. He just told me the amount and took my credit card. Normally, the hotel will show you a printed invoice so you are not wondering why there was a difference between the total amount to the reservation price. I have to ask what is the additional charges. The breakfast buffet have a small selection of hot choices while the cornettos occupied a variety of selection. My kids find the toaster to be complicated to operate.

« Convenient modern hotel »

Public areas very smart. Breakfast was good. Room smart, APART from bathroom fittings - taps and plugs had bits missing/did not work. For reason (see below) I experienced two room over my 4 night stay. This bathroom fault was apparent in both. Cups provided for hot drinks were paper, not china. Not acceptable for an 'Executive' priced room or in a hotel of this standard sort in this price range. First room I was given was very very hot, even with heating turned off and window open. After 2nd night I asked to speak to a duty manager who said this was a known problem in some rooms and was able to move me. On previous 2 evenings I had raised this with desk staff who had sent up engineer etc, told me to change room AC controls etc but did not seem to have the knowledge of the 2nd duty manager. Surely they should all be briefed in this. My lack of Italian may have contributed to the mis-understanding.

We had just had a difficult drive from Ancona in bad weather conditions. We found the hotel functioning well despite the snow and ice and parking was easy. We were too late for an expending meal but had a peaceful drink in the lounge area. The reception personnel were excellent.

« Wonderful hotel staff!! »

The hotel was great....... clean and well-appointed. But, what made it an even more enjoyable was the assistance that we received on some minor issues from the front desk clerk, Luca Biavati, and the Manager Giuliana Di Venti. They were extremely helpful as well as professional and courteous. They were GREAT.

Satisfactory. Dinner was excellent and waiters were very polite. Breakfast was very sufficient. The room is big in comparison to other hotels even comparing to other Novotel I have stayed in. Everything went well except the AC in my room wasnt working but it wasnt a problem because its winter.

This hotel is very well located for motoring visitors, the rooms are large, well furnished/equipped, the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. To top it all up, a very nice restaurant at ground level. Highly recommended!

We arrived at this hotel from the Mestre Novotel, and we really suspected that the hotel was of the same low quality, but went the opposite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dinner in restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet a good start for the day.

« A short break »

Myself and my wife were visiting a hospital for check up. We stayed at Novatel Bologns Fiera. It was a very pleasant experience. We were driving so needed a hotel where we could have ample parking place, should be close to city etc. so in all this hotel was fitting. Plus I am a Accor member and will always like to stay with Accor Group hotels.

Not great service , big surprise when you arrived out door parking is NOT free 15 euros per day , general welcoming very poor. Bedroom layout so not logical with toilet opening to the bed ! Not recommended
