« Overall, a lovely stay. »

The staff on arrival were very helpful. The rooms are lovely and clean. We had a couple of issues with room keys and the tv wouldn’t work, both of which were resolved. The breakfast tariff was unclear and my daughter had a coffee, whilst waiting for her train, which was more expensive than average, but again, there was no menu in the lobby. We did save money by not having our rooms serviced, we thought this was a good idea.

« Great hotel location »

Hotel & Staff are very good, but wouldn't recommend it if you have a car, the car park next door is an NCP one and expensive, and if you are not familiar with Aberdeen take a friend who is, or a satnav! Our room was above the entrance and there was some street noise from a neighbouring business in the early hours. Next time I'll ask for a room the other side. Yes, there might be another time as the location is great.

« No problems at hotel....didn’t know we could have booked car parking before arrival »

« Love staying at the ibis »

Lovely hotel, lovely rooms, love the shower pod. Friendly staff. However was a wee bit disappointed. We were through for my daughter 20th birthday. They promised to put something in the room for her birthday. She got 2 bottles water, some crisps & a sweetie. She was 20 not 5.

Pleasant, excellent position for city centre. Climate control but did not use as had wi downs open to view of docks and sea. Dual carriage became noisy by 9am but not awful and could have used climate control in room. Very friendly & helpful staff. Good facilities within room. Comfy bed, good sized room.

Very helpful staff and good location, rooms ok and the air conditioning was a real bonus as temperature got up to 25oC in Aberdeen. Only issue was an hour long power cut and the price hike due to a bus party staying.

« Good value for money, central located hotel »

Overall it was good, though I thought the duvet cover had an off white appearance, and the carpet in the hallway on the 1st floor could do with a face lift. The breakfast was not appealing at all...scrambled eggs had an awful colour and the fruit in the glasses, not good and so is having a communal pot for the jams. Individual packs would be much better. Variety and quality badly lacking. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Asked for a room at the end of the corridor as we were sleeping during the day and had a late check out for 3pm. Placed at the wrong end of the corridor next to the lift and on the street side where the most activity and noise takes place am, which didn't happen in the past. Cleaner also came in around 12.30 and as a result woke us up.
