Hotel located close to a shopping center, another convenience stores , gas station and inear the nice Vila Ema neighborhood.The hotel accomodations as a whole are professionally disposed having good interior architectural design

Other than a good service provide by all staff, very disapponting stay really. The towels were at a terrible state, not even Ibis have such bad towels. Air conditioning was noisy.

- Dinner in the hotel is hard, it´s so difficult to find a waitress on the restaurant and the attention takes hours. I decide to never dinner at the restaurant due to the bad services. - The menu only have 2 options for vegetarian people - I was on an 5 days event, every day the hot water for the tee was dirty. I gave 5 feedback about it (one feedback per day) - The door of the room of the event was broken, every time when someone went to the bathroom interrupts the meeting due of that.

I choose Mercure for a family stay in 2 apartments (4 people) based on my previous experience on professional stay. I choose the luxory apartment and took an upgrade to improve stay. Unfortunatelly we did not enjoyed the stay. My appartment # 966 was not as expected. - maintenance and cleaning gaps - TV image very very poor - shower oscilations on flow making difficult to have a normal bath Worst Mercure experience on last 2 years

the staff (especially Viviane and the front desk) were extremely friendly, well mannered and eager to help. the certainly gave the extra mile to help out guests. they personally helped me get my laptop back after i mitakelny left it in a conference room after a long day. they asked aroung, looked at security tapes, answered emails in seconds. top notch! congratulations, and THANK YOU!

My overall experience was good! Was just disappointed that I had no help with luggage, minding you I was pregnant, and really struggled to fit my luggage into elevator, door was too narrow and had to get luggage out of the kart to fit into elevator and then load them again onto the kart to be able to carry them all by myself into my room. Same was done on my way out. It could’ve been better. Breakfast was excellent! All the guys there were really helpful and super nice offering things and even bringing me pai de queijo to me at my table while I was eating my breakfast! Reception crew was really nice as well! But for the price I would stay at Ibis next time, since I will have to carry my own luggage anyway.

Great experience, from front office desk to room and breakfast. I would suggest cleaning the pool chairs and floor more often, they were fairly dusty due to the dry season. Also, although efficient, the front desk staff could be slightly more friendly, maybe a bit more personnal.
