The staff are excellent, friendly and professional. The facilities are clean and comfortable. I used the airport shuttle both to return my rental car after evening check in and to catch my early morning departure. It was very handy.

« Below expectations stay »

It was not really great. Hotel shuttle bus not indicated at the airport terminal; a board or just a printed paper Withe timings could have been hanged on the glass-door of the airport. At the reception, I was told that room upgrade for club members was not offered at Ibis but only from Novotel and above categories. I really ignore if this is true or not. For the welcome drink offered to a platinum club member, at the bar they suggested water or a small glass of beer and nothing else. Poor breakfast with almost empty plates 45 minutes before the time and started to remove everything half an hour before time while some new people were arriving. I even saw the dining room supervisor checking the plates and all he did is that he ate a croissant that was left. When I com plained at the reception desk, they called him and he refused to come and explain the facts.

The check in was slow with only one person on the counter and she was experiencing problems. One staff member spoke no English. We had to find the barman for a drink.

The hotel was nice, with a convenient airport shuttle. They were pretty full when we stayed, needed extra towels and hangers. The front desk brought them quickly! Unfortunately the bed was to hard for out taste.

« One of the worst hotels I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. »

Everything about this hotel is appalling. Worst of all, they kept turning the air conditioning off in my room - even though it was SUMMER. I had to keep calling reception to ask them to call it on. There's only one restaurant and the food was horrible. Even the coffee was terrible. Will never stay again.

Maybe more staff experienced in dealing with large groups at check in would be helpful, especially in the evening. Experience of stay could also be improved by explaining to customers at check in that they must reserve a seat on the airport bus. This did not happen in our case which meant one of us had to wait 30 mins for second bus causing us to nearly miss out flight.

we just staied at the ibis hotel one night before to catch our early flight to Bari. The hotel is near the airport Malpensa. The rooms are basic and on same time confortable and clean. If you want you can get also the breakfast.

« Great stay! »

It was the perfect place to stay and very convenient for the early morning flight at Malpensa airport. Very friendly and helpful staffs, the was really comfortable. We were able to leave the car at their spacious parking lot for 15 days. Shuttle bus to/from airport was easily to arrange. We were really satisfied with our stay. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

We used IBIS Milano Malpensa Aeroporto hotel for overnight stay to catch early morning flight. Room was clean and air condition created great cool temperature. After hot day, it was nice. Staff was friendly. We used shuttle bus to airport next morning, was nice service too. Generaly we were satisfied and very happy with our short stay.

« Rooms are good let down by a couple of little things »

Rooms are good let down by a couple of little things: 1. Unclear courtesy bus instructions from the hotel website, Taxis were not interested in taking me to the hotel and I ended up paying excessive fee to get to the hotel. 2. I ate dinner at the restaurant and could not charge the bill to my room at first but after some perseverance some was able to work it out.

Hard to find the place at night. Very hard to find available parking for car at night. Quick and friendly check-in. Problem with the invoice at check out. Company name is not stored in system and one of the invoice was not sent by email Room is good size.

I recently had a short stay in between flights. The online check in was a plus, as I arrived later then expected, and I went through the actual check in I’m a couple of minutes. The service was good, may be a bit less impersonal . The room was clean and nice. The bathroom was clean. The carpet of the corridor had a slight off odour.

It's about 15 minutes drive from the Airport so we caught a taxi. He wouldn't use the metre so we agreed on 10EU. The hotel has a shuttle bus for 3EU per person but how do you know where and when to meet the bus? A bit more advice from the hotel would be useful. The hotel is in an area where there are secera other hotels and nothing much else. Fortunately, the hotel restaurant was good. Rooms are spartan but comfortable.
