Difficult because of problems with TV, WiFi, door locks and unhelpful attitude of staff

Could not find my booking at check in. TV did not work. had to call reception to fix. Took a long time. WiFi did not work. Had to return to reception 3 times. Wrong name on check in and and even at third attempt they spelling of my name was wrong, could not connect. Door key did not work 3 times. Had too go to reception to be told incorrectly that is was my fault. Eventually agreed lock was faulty. Moved my room after a long delay. I had to pack my bags, go back to reception, no help to move luggage. Asked to speak to manager. Told no one available till 8.30 in the morning. I was leaving at 5. Asked for manager to contact me by phone or email. No contact made.

Non functioning toilet

The hotel is close to the airport and the free shuttle is a nice benefit. Breakfast was good and with multiple options. The staff was very efficient. However, the toilet flush in the bathroom did not work. Moreover, our room was located in from a storage unit: we were woken up by the constant banging of the storage unit door, every time a maid entered or exited the service area. Both incidents ruined our stay.

Loud - you need earplugs to stay here

The hotel was fine with large rooms. However, the hotel is LOUD with buses constantly coming and going, and people in the corridors at all times. I called Reception and asked for earplugs which they said they didn’t have. You need to take some with you to sleep at this hotel!!

Fast efficient check in. Room basic but clean and has everything needed for an overnight stay. Bar and restaurant staff friendly and attentive. All in all very good and we will be back in the future. Airport shuttle reliable.

I stayed very briefly. The woman working reception was very helpful and friendly. She reminded me of the shuttle to the airport. I wish I had been reminded of it before my stay so I could have taken advantage of it on the way there.

Accomodation was good, as all the other Ibis. I was just a little bit disappointed, because a few months ago I was at the hotel and in the room there was one Nespresso machine. This time, the room didn't have. But this doesn't change the quality of the accomodation.

Nice place, nice bar, nice restaurant. Bar and restaurant personnel is a bit slow to respond. Reception desk is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and a bit worn. Overall good experience. I would come again.

We chose this hotel because we had to take a flight from Malpensa. The WiFi service was very good and the size of the room was comfortable The quality and the variety of the breakfast was below standard, for example Ibis Styles of Sallanches (near Chamonix) was way much better

Not up to the standard I expect of an Ibis

Simply not the standard of hospitality for a 'full Ibis'. Poor evening bar and 'late-eats' area - you could provide a much better environment to relax in, at a large international airport. Breakfast was poor - no hot buffet. Actually the cold breakfast buffet was much better at ibis budget Stuttgart City Nord the following day. Your hospitality vehicle, whilst eventually welcome, could be larger.
