« Satisfied is just about right »

Clean room, smells nice, calm night, functional toilette and shower. It's good for low budget. Though minor things like forgetting to put a new soap sometimes leaves us without a soap. The room is a bit too tight. One light button over the bed was not functional. But over all, it was okay. I would come back again if the need arises and the prices still compete the other hotels.

I stayed there for two nights. The check in process was quite simple. It barely took 3 to 4 minutes for the process to complete and dodge into the room. The room was smaller than other Ibis hotels, but it's more than sufficient for two persons. The only problem is bathroom and toilet is too small. For Fat and tall persons, it would be quite difficult to sit in the toilet. Breakfast was super good and other services were above the mark.

The room was not confortable for the following reasons: - The heater machine did not work - There was insuficient shower gel for the 5 days that I passed at the hotel - No hair dryer - Too much noise at the room

at booking time it has mentioned that there is air-conditioned available but when we reached , manager said no air-con though it was too hot in the room.whole night was disturbed . on Monday 28-aug-2017 afternoon ( the receptionist was too rude,un cooperative ..i felt v insulting) room shown on the website was different than the one we got (as this was too small) pictures which were on the website of the room was shown that room is satisfactory and what we are paying is ok.but when we reached there, it felt like waste of money. though we stayed many times with IBIS but this time was the worst experience in all.

Room basic but so is price. En-suite. Shower door did not fit and needed adjusting. Worker adjusted it using incorrect tool and left the tool behind, so slightly better but not correct. Complained previously that there was not shower mat to step onto out of shower. Took my own second time. Large number of disabled parking bays and coaches making life difficult. Very pleasant surroundings with plenty of greenery.

Invasion of Japanese tourist bus passengers, meant problems with securing a lift from top floor to ground floor. Many breakfast items not available until after they left! Luckily I was in no hurry. Room fine, price excellent, service excellent.
