The worse experience in IBIS hotel ever and also the worse experience in our long hotel history ever. Staff very rude, unprofessional, bad educated and a quick aggressive attitude. We payed for breakfast: the bread and most of the food was finished. On request for it we had to wait with any result. Dogs are only allowed in the rooms, but not in the lobby, even not for an couple of minutes. Location was a nightmare: very dangerous between a lot of homeless and junky's.

I would come back it was good and as expected of a budget hotel. Would have been great if there was better air conditioning, and maybe a hairdryer, kettle. Even for rent

The hotel was nice. Room too. The surrounding area is horrible but that’s something we were aware of before we arrived. Checked in earlier which was really good for us to leave our luggage somewhere and go out. Staff was helpful and polite, nothing was problem for them.

When I entered the elevator, it smelled and something had been spilled one the floor and not cleaned ! My hotel room was also dirty and the floor hasn’t even been hovered !

-Bad location near homeless camp -Online check-in was worthless, still had to wait in reception for key -Room for three people set with two towels - Not very clean, daily cleaning was perfunctory - Reception staff does not speak English well and was not particularly cooperative - only benefit - low price.

The Hotel is fine considering it's a budget hotel. The room and the beds were fine. Not many choices in the breakfast. Was a bit surprised when I was asked Eur 10 security for a travel adapter. Also, not the best of neighbourhoods to stay in if you are exploring Paris as a tourist, but that has nothing to do with the accommodation.

Fine hotel, but the location isn't great

Once we got there, all was fine. But this hotel is not in a great neighborhood, and walking to it near dusk wasn't pleasant. A lot of homeless people nearby, congregated on dark streets. We were also informed that it was "5 minutes walk from 'Front Populaire" metro station, it's more like 15 (if you walk fast). I guess I'd recommend it if you're driving and/or plan to arrive during daylight hours.

The staff was friendly and the price was good However me and my mother did not feel safe in this area where the hotel was located. The room had bugs and floor was dirty.

On our 2nd day in the room, one bar of complimentary soap had been removed but not replaced. On our 3rd day in the room one of our three towels was not replaced, leaving one of us without one? :) besides that, the room was satisfactory and the cleaning was thorough. Slightly annoying that light spilled in beneath the door from the hallway.

Room was ok. Took ages to book in. The card machine couldn't read my main credit card. Area around it was really intimidating. Expensive for the overall experience. Used to keys and cards but hated the code access to the room.

It did the job! Looked run down, but was cheap. The toilet roll was awful. Such cheap stuff that it didn't flush. Toilet door and shower door both didn't shut properly.
