Clean, tiny room. Overpriced minimal breakfast, shabby reception desk, temperamental coffee machine, dismal neighbourhood. Helpful and amicable staff.

Customer service zero , rude people. Three times we asked about ice because of the hot weather but we didn't get any. Last day we have leave early and our room had breakfast free we didn't have time to set and eat our breakfast , I just took a piece of bread and receptionist told me bread isn't free you should pay for it.

There is no fork in the breakfast and even normal spoon so you need to eat your cereal with small cafe spoon. The internet connection is very poor, i could not use the net.

Nice and helpful but not very bright staff, the compact room has everything you need, breakfast not included, comfortabel but very long way from Paris Center by tram + metro. Beware of scammers with fake badges who say they want to help you operating the metro or tram ticket machine!

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was clean. Room was very hot and we couldn't leave window open because of tram and traffic noise. Back rooms may have been better.

I understand this was a budget hotel but I expected a lot more for the price. We went out one night and we were locked out on the Budget side of the hotel since the attendants were playing pool in the bar. The bathroom constantly smelled like pee. There were no hand towels.

Nice one. You can check in early also if required. Staff is cooperative. Walkable distance fro Mount-vert tram station. Worth for money. Breakfast, bit crowdy on weekdays..so be there before time.....

Clean room, lovely staff. For us it was only a stopping point so it was perfect, a bed and a shower were all that we needed. However, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in (including premium hotels), another pillow would’ve been great, but oh well. Room was spotless. We had one of the front rooms on the road which I thought would be an issue, it wasn’t in the slightest. Hotel was a 10 minute walk from the metro station (could get a tram to right outside as well) and could get a metro train direct to central Paris in around 30-40 minutes so great location. However, the only issues we had was there was damp in the corner of the room and the shower did smell like drains. Overall it did exactly what we needed and some. I would definitely return.

The room was very warm and there was no a/c, heater was off but due to road noise window could not be opened. The bed was too firm. The shower head fittings were loose.
