« Small rooms but suitable to our needs »

We came and stayed on two different time periods, once from the 10th to 12th of October and another from the 15th to the 17th of October. Over all the hotel is clean the breakfast buffet had basic but filling options. We as a group of friends enjoyed our time and would recommend this place to travellers on a budget. The nearby tram station makes getting to centeral Paris easy but takes a little while. Over all recommended for travellers on a budget.

I think at Hyeres, It is needed to have a light dinner at night as we had to walk a long distance every day to and from. I prefer eating a light dinner at the hotel as a matter of comfort particularly if there are old people involved. It could be optional when booking as sometimes the weather is rainy and cold. The rooms given to my friends and I were not ready by the time of arrival and i asked a room overlooking the main entrance but never got it. At Hyeres, there was no hot water for the showers at all and this is a down item and for 3 nights. This is about all

Very clean. No major problems. Rooms to the back quiet. Very little windows. Living like a fox. Hard beds. Not recommandable for a business traveller. Just for sleeping.

CONS: The rooms for 3 people were a lot smaller than expected. There werent any kettles, hair dryer etc. in the rooms. Also, no hangers/hooks to hang towels. The hotel is located pretty far from the central. Plus, its quite bit of a walking distance from the station till the hotel. Which makes one feel uncomfortable since the path is poorly lit if you come past 22:00. Breakfast was okay, but could have included the option for eggs and maybe some fruits (bananas, apples etc). PROS: The staff is polite and kind. The rooms were daily cleaned.

Dear Sonia, Thank you for taking the time to inform our further guests of your satisfaction. In ibis hotels in France there is no kettle for safety reasons, but there is a hair dryer. You can if it is down, ask for one in reception I am surprised, because we have 5 hangers in each room (maybe there was less?) Which leaves me to doubt if the hotel frequented is well our Also at breakfast we have eggs and several kinds of fruits ..... Would there be a hotel error

As soon as we had to leave in the morning at 5 am from the hotel to the airport we asked the receptionist to prepare breakfast for 4.00 on the day of departure. I asked for breakfast to be packed.Pt as of 04 , 45 I went downstairs from the room to the Ibis budget there was no one in the recipe I went to ibis to ask if she knew anything about our request. The receptionist was talking on the phone and rushing me by telling me to come at 5 o'clock as someone comes to ibis budget. I was disappointed

Unlike other reservations where a right to cancel is paid for through a higher price,you preauthorize the payment on my credit card immediately.Then you charge the full amount upon checkin,so that twice the cost of the room affects my available credit.I expect the first authorization to disappear,but it is irritating nonetheless.This will not encourage future business.Also,no phone in the room,and the attendant couldn't provide a wakeup call.

« A very stressful experience from A to Z - Rude and unhelpful reception desk, weak internet,dirty bathroom »

Before arriving I got an email that my confirmed reservation was cancelled because the hotel didn't receive the credit card #. I sent my CC details by email from the airport, but got no response to reassure me of my booking being confirmed. This was very stressful. On the next night, I needed to make a phone call from the reception to the help desk of Uber taxi. I requested that the hotel charges me on my credit card. My request was declined. The receptionist (night of 21 june) said my boss will not let me do that. It is an expensive, it might cost 30 to 50 euros to call that number! I repeated that he can charge me for the costs, he refused again. I really felt let down. In addition to these, the internet connection was very weak. The flush tab in the toilet was dirty.
