« A very stressful experience from A to Z - Rude and unhelpful reception desk, weak internet,dirty bathroom »

Before arriving I got an email that my confirmed reservation was cancelled because the hotel didn't receive the credit card #. I sent my CC details by email from the airport, but got no response to reassure me of my booking being confirmed. This was very stressful. On the next night, I needed to make a phone call from the reception to the help desk of Uber taxi. I requested that the hotel charges me on my credit card. My request was declined. The receptionist (night of 21 june) said my boss will not let me do that. It is an expensive, it might cost 30 to 50 euros to call that number! I repeated that he can charge me for the costs, he refused again. I really felt let down. In addition to these, the internet connection was very weak. The flush tab in the toilet was dirty.

« 4 Hour Wait For Filthy Room »

After selecting that our arrival would be “before 12”, we arrived to the hotel at around 7am for check-in. We were advised that we were actually not able to check-in because “no hotel can you check in before 12”. I asked why that was an option for my booking and the man at the desk stated “you never received a confirmation. Just because you select it doesn’t mean it’s confirmed”. Once we checked-in, our rooms bed wasn’t made, there was a hole in the wall, and the sink would fill with water. We had waited 4 hours for nothing. Last, the television in the room did not work either and we left as soon as possible.

« the worst ever »

A room for two, with no bed above you're head for the same price as a tree bed room. You should think there will be an investment for upgrading the room. Not even a shelf beside the bed, or under the sink. After visiting many times an Ibis Budget, this was the worst of all. Even the WIFI didn't work properly. Possible cause because the room was at the end of the corridor.

« Good bye Paris! »

Only short one night stay at this hotel prior to leaving Paris. Very clean basic room on the way to Orly Airport. Next to a Grill restaurant that we have dinner there. Overall is fine considering the low room rate we paid.
