I needed a comfortable clean hotel with a car park. My room on the ground floor was very convenient but a bit noisy when breakfast started

« Wouldn't stay there a second time... »

The only thing positive about this hotel is the helpful and friendly staff. The first room we got smelled so bad (like a heavily used toilet), we immediately asked for a different room and were lucky that there was one available. The second room was acceptable. Be aware: Don't book this hotel if you don't have a car, because it's quite far from the center, located in an industrial/commercial area. Now, since this is a "budget" hotel, we didn't expect much. But we have to say, we stayed in nicer Ibis Budget hotels before.

« A great location, car park below, modern rooms. »

Its new, so bedding in slightly, location not obvious, on our old sat nav. Parking is next door and below, direct entry to hotel. Fine square with cafes right in front, art gallery two blocks along. Room was ace, view good. Breakfast was chaotic, content was fine, but for some reason they were trying to serve from a cupboard, but sure they will sort that and use the tables.

Smoking not allowed in the rooms??? Yes??? What a joke!!! Our room smelled like a smoker just left, burning hols in the floor. Pillows smelling terrible.

Good experience with the hotel team at the arrival, clear room. The breakfast was good too. The night, it was a little bit noisy but well, once you sleep you're not disturbed. To check for a next travel.

The hotel offers a good quality&Price rooms. Pillows should be improved and breaskfast could be better compared with other Ibis budget where we have been. The location of the hotel isn’t one of the better you could expect. If you want to drink a simple beer you have to take your car.

It was a bit of a shock to find that the hotel was so far out of the town centre and that there was no bar. However rooms were clean, great shower, and the staff were very helpful. Just there for one night and no real complaints but would not book there again as so isolated from facilities

I only had two complaints with this hotel, the air conditioning was not working, thats why I've scored the room and sleep down a little and the shower took forever to get hot. I managed to get a fresh cup of tea from the evening staff and that was very welcome after a long day. The parking was very well laid out and plenty of it.

Friendly staff. Room ok. Too noisy to open the window and it was far too hot during the night - adjusting the thermostat didn't seem to help. Otherwise satisfactory.

Not happy when one of the dogs was running around with someone else big toenail in his mouth. Also lot of hair and dust everywhere. Staff was very friendly. Also recieved a email on the day of the booking that the payment didn't go thru. When I checked online this was not the case. Looks like someone can enter your booking system and send phishing emails to your clients to get to their bank details and empty it.
