The overall service was really good. the food and customer services was excellent. The only thing that let us down was that our rooms both on left and right and one opposite were booked my some crazy people, who were up all night just drinking and causing too much noise. There were just random black guys going in room opposite like turn by turn. when you are staying with family. the whole place felt unsafe, the security guard was hardly seen and just in case if anything happened like the guys were drunk and were sitting outside lift so basically it didn't feel like staying in hotel especially at night time as we didn't feel safe, which could have been avoided if the number of visitors were limited in each room and had more security, as the fire exit door in main reception area was all open and people were just walking in and out, you guys can check the cctv recordings for 31st December night like from 11:30pm onwards till 4pm onwards on 1st floor near lifts and in reception areas.

we arrived on the 31th of December, comming from ORLY Of cause thinking of being at Eiffel Tower before the midnight to celebrate New Year The way to the Hotel from the Tram but also from the bus station was realy awful and long And the stay wasn´t well too The Room (tripple room) was not comfortable, there were only 2 pillows instead of 3 We spend only 1 night there, couse it was one of the chipest stay we ve found arond the similar hotels Then we moved to another ibis budget in Velizi. The second one I would advise! But NOT this one in Rungis, really!

Very good location. Arrived late in the evening and took a flight early in the morning. 5 minutes to go to Orly airport by car.

« Clean, Comfortable and convenient. »

Mid afternoon arrival via machine checkin worked fine. Liked our ground floor room, small but comfortable. Plugs either side of beds helpful. Shower excellent. Left window open (using security holder) to cool room.

A/C unit falling off the wall and not working. Only one towel and one pillow was left in the room. Top bunk bed was dirty/dusty. Walls in room were dirty.

When I booked this hotel in the official website it says that the room has air conditioner, but the room did not have at all, and was very hot inside. There is anything other than other hotels around.

The entrance concept was very good but not functional , the receptionist was not speaking English at all and it was very rude, the site mentions free shuttle to the airport but it is actually not. The rooms very not very clean either.

Here you do your own check in, there is no check in desk, only an automated machine, very modern. The rooms are small, and there is no free shuttle to airport (costs 5€ per person), versus 8€ for an Uber to Orly. Very helpful if you have an early morning flight.
