I liked the proximity of the hotel to the gare Bordeaux St Jean, it was easy to find. I think the staff could do with more customer service as I checked in into the hotel as I did not feel well greeted. My room was nice and clean but a little bit cold as there was a draught coming from the window. The breakfast was nice and enough, the staff was welcoming and professionnal. The breakfast hours are great. I also liked that I stayed for 2 nights and my room was cleaned by a cleaning lady on the second day of my day. Nice touch. Overall, I would stay again and I hope that whilst refurbishing the hotel, you get better double glazed windows as you can hear the traffic.

« Convenient to public transport, great breakfast »

The staff were very friendly, always a smile and a “bonjour” whenever I left and returned. My room, though not large, was well laid out and very cute. Breakfast each morning was excellent and even had Cappuccino, my favorite coffee. The train station, tram and buses are right across the street making it so easy to visit the entire city. And, to top it all off, a reasonable price. What could be better?

Everything was easy, convenient and clean. Vending machines very useful, either for drinks, snacks or toiletries. Bedroom really OK for one person, intimacy maybe lacking a little when you are more, as the shower opens directly in the bedroom, where the sink is, as well. Toilets separated however, which is a good point. Breakfast average, but I must admit I arrived last minute. Could definitely go backt

« Great stay with small budget »

We stayed near St Jean Railway Station for 3 nights having arrived by bike. Our bikes were stored securely which was really helpful. Staff were always helpful. We had included breakfast in our booking and that also worked well.

The hotel was 1 block from central train and bus station. Nice restaurants nearby. No shopping. No air conditioning. Front desk staff not overly friendly.

The room was very small considering it's meant for up to 3 people (there were 2 of us), no proper bathroom, shower straight into the room. One chair, can't properly open the window, very, very basic!

Average. The manager needs to look out the front door of the hotel and see the most amount of dog excrement that I have ever seen on one place. Phone the authorities and have it sorted out. Two. Advise customers not to use App and there is no record of free breakfast on the booking record and the App defaults to one person. Use the web site it is better!!!!!!!!! Better still use booking.com, I recieve a competent record of the the reservation that way.
