Close to transport, supermarket and restaurants. Typical Ibis budget room:. Small but adequate for 2 nights. Staff courteous. Easy to get into town by tram and to the airport.. We bought the 24 hour ticket.

« Good budget hotel »

I booked very last minute so I had to get a triple which was a bit expensive for just 1 person but would have been very affordable for 3 or even 2 people. I arrived at 2am with no reservation for the first evening and they were able to get me a room at a discounted price. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Thank you :)

« convenient and safe: easy booking and pleasant check-in : convenient : some issues and not value for money anymore »

As above nice people easy . Big negatives include. A constant ongoing invasive electronic type of cleary audible whine-squeal in the hotel somewhere all night. IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP. Staff gaily advised use the TV to set an alarm - I could not find this facility. No shower washing soap. bottom of shower less than clean. room acceptable for 1 person yet I believe I had been given the option of ONLY a triple room and paid triple room price.

« AN EXTREMELY PLEASURABLE STAY »

I was in train transit in Bordeaux. Courteous and extremely helpful staff ready to answer various direction questions. My room was basic but super clean, it had everything one needs in transit and it was well insulated in terms of noise. I liked being able to watch BBC World TV. The hotel was extremely close to the main station (a 5 minute-walk) when arriving and just as easy to get to the departure area of the station when leaving early in the morning. Pleasant breakfast room and nice buffet opening very early in the morning.
