« Very convevient for me, as usual, as I use Orly airport a lot. »

I know your breakfast staff, which is nice. The problem during this stay with you was the unsophisticated behaviour of the hotel guests travelling in a GROUP. I understand they are an important element in your business. What a pity they don't know how to behave properly. They were talking loudly during the night from bedroom to bedroom, with the bedroom doors wide open.

A/C wasn't cooling, always hot in the room. No fridge or kettle.

I don' t think the door was locked during the night. When I left the room in the morning and closed the door, I could open it again from the outside just by turning the handle. No card was needed to open the door. The shower mouthpiece had fallen off and was placed on the side of the wash basin when I arrived. I took my shower without the mouthpiece (water distributor). I had breakfast next door, at Ibis Budget. There was no butter. Butter had not been delivered that morning, said the young man who attemded the breakfast room. In other respects I was satisfied. The personnel was friendly and the bed was excellent.

I've stayed in other Ibis hotels before. Actually I stayed at same hotel but in the budget side and I didn't find any major diference between the two hotels.

« Nice and convenient hotel »

Hotel’s facility is nice , clean and neat . Dimension of the room is just suitable for me and worth for money . Although Hotel’s location is a bit far from city centre but there is a tram 7 station just few hundred metre distance from hotel . It’s easy for us to take it and go anywhere we want . Staffs are so supportive and kind. Only one thing I just wish I had a water pot in the room to cook water in the cold weather .

« the worst ever »

A room for two, with no bed above you're head for the same price as a tree bed room. You should think there will be an investment for upgrading the room. Not even a shelf beside the bed, or under the sink. After visiting many times an Ibis Budget, this was the worst of all. Even the WIFI didn't work properly. Possible cause because the room was at the end of the corridor.

This was the third time in this hotel. Every time the hall of the hotel was full with tourists from a bus, difficult to go upstairs and to check-in. The breakfast at 8.30h, there was nothing left, had always to ask for madeleine's and orange juice. I am a gold member, but I never come back to this hotel.

Good reception, room was ok, close to tram 7 and next restaurant is also fine for dinner. Breakfast on first day was poor, was bit crowded and no re-fill for bread, fruit and eggs. Those are basic items need to be provided/refill when empty... Second day was better with pancake and baked cake available as well.
