This hotel is good but the cleanin service is not good pp over d toilet an the toilet tap was not goin the water was stock there u need to take a goodlook with clean side the hotel is good but the cleanin service bad

Nice one. You can check in early also if required. Staff is cooperative. Walkable distance fro Mount-vert tram station. Worth for money. Breakfast, bit crowdy on weekdays..so be there before time.....

The location of the hotel, it’s outside secure parking, the comfort of the bed and the room cleanliness were all very good and what we were expecting. Unfortunately, the water temperature in the shower was constantly changing from very hot to cold, the WiFi in the room was only available on one night, the air conditioning was unable to cool the room and the shower drain was smelly.

Curtains too short, not a lot of light in the room, no tissues, no socket close to the bed, no bottle of water. We were not advised on which elevator to take to go to our room (which resulted in us taking the wrong one). Small parking and not convenient to park or get out of it.

Everything was fine but with a room on fifth floor and car on -3, it was a little difficult to carry luggage up an down. But personnel was very helpful.

This is an Ibis hotel that I'm probably not returning anytime soon. Although the proximity to the airport, this is far from the great standards of Ibis Hotels that I've stayed before. The staff is regular. The room is smelly. It is noisy from outside.

Checked in after 11 pm. Took over an hour and 4 rooms to find one that hadn’t been smoked in. The final room was a handicapped room with a shower that didn’t go higher than my shoulders, next to the breakfast room and a fire door. With people coming and going until 3 am and the kitchen starting at 0545 there was hardly any sleep to be had. I even wrote to customer service as I was not pleased that the night staff couldn’t understand my problem as he spoke no English and to complain about the non smoking rooms being smoking. Haven’t heard or even received an acknowledgment of on complaint.

Nice hotel. Well connected with a city and airport.
