« Inconfortable staying »

The 1 star is for the view. The heating system was not working, at the reception they told us that the temperature is controlled by them for the entire building (and yes, it was cold in the room) . The vents are not a solution for the impossibility of opening a window and get the air freshen up. On a bad weather like we had, we could've used a hairdryer (service that should be included even though is a 2* hotel). Nevertheless, the room was cleaned every day, but it may need refurbishment every 3 months as it was a smoking room.

room was very small and stuffy. the bed was comfortable no tea / coffee maker in the room which is a big shortfall the breakfast was simply horrible, good for kids. we were ashamed when we saw the breakfast. we had to pay money and go in the for the Ibis Hotel which is next to the Ibis budget cafataria. the coffee shop is operated on fixed hours and closes early and had no way of having food from the coffee shop, nor ordering food from the kitchen as there is no room service. the room cleaning women were shouting and talking loud from the time they started cleaning the rooms and disturbing the guest. they could not understand a single word of english and could not take instructions from the guest. the front office staff were very very helpful and kind and all praise go to them.

« Mould smell »

The room had a powerfull mould smell, asked for another room and the same problem. The ventilations ware so durty that I covered them with some paper. At 23:00 another couple entered in the room as they ware given the same room...The card that opens the door didn'd worked the second day and had to go back to the employee and the elevator is very congested.

« Very old, bad neighborhood and really poorly maintained »

The neighborhood is really bad (prostitutes and "peripherique" aka. 6 lanes freeway are within 50 meters). The hotel, registration desk and lift are just OK. The corridors and room seem to be 20 years old. Carpet in the room and bathroom have a dozen of cigarette burns and puncture. Shower has mold. But the room was clean All of that for 120 EUR ($150) per night.

Please do not waste your time and money in this place. This is the most disgusting and dirtiest place i've seen. The room its small, no phone, no fridge, and dirty. The bathroom was nightmare, dirty...mildew and mold everywhere and the wall behind the toilet was dirty with what it looked like feces. I had a reservation for 3 nights but I ended up canceling and booking another hotel at a much higher cost but worth it. I know this is a budget place but just because its budget it doesnt mean it needs to be dirty.

Hotel staff are really good and speak english.rooms were clean and had a good stay. Only issue is with the locality and I don't know whether it is safe to come late night otherwise it is as expected and good

« A few problems but still good value »

Having stayed at quite a few isis budget hotels I think this one is at the lower end of the quality scale. Bathroom needs a refresh and there was no hot water when we arrived (though that was rectified within about an hour). The shower was very slow to drain so had to keep turning it off to stop the tray overflowing. Also the window blind was broken. Having said all that, the price was very good for near central Paris so I will probably stay here again.

Staff where friendly at hotel and helpful.The Room was basic as expected. Had issues getting into car park and as the main car park was shut. there was a button under a flap that called on the intercom hotel reception not signed posted, They eventually opened the barrier. Area around the hotel looks a bit run down. Metro station 300m up the road takes you into central Paris and direct to Eiffel tower and Champ Elysees

« Hotel a bit Shabby »

I thought the hotel was good value was still a bit shabby and good do with a lick of paint. Also the lifts and room cards were really unreliable. Staff were great.

The installations are not in good conditions. Bedroom had scratched floors, the window shades didn’t close, the bathroom was old and damaged. Breakfast space is uncomfortable with low tables.
