This is the worst ibis hotel i ever stayed. Don't know what you can do for me. 1) The towels are yellowish with a smell 2) Stairs have a scent like wet carpet 3) Shower gel was not refilled 4) Air conditioning is not working and the room is hot 5) Unable to open the window as the room is facing some training rooms 6) Outside the hotel is dirty All this for near to SGD600 for two nights. This is both expensive and really disappointing.

Generally it was ok, what I would expect from an IBIS hotel and all I really needed. Bed, shower, wifi. But fir over 250 euro, pretty expensive. Probably because I booked a few days in advance. I was pleasantly surprised by the food (had dinner that night).

I asked at the front desk to have the a/c turned on in my room, because the thermostat did not seem to work. I was told that the a/c was controlled centrally and that the thermostat in the room did not actually work. That is unacceptable! If I book a hotel with a/c as an amenity, then I want to be able to use it when I want to not when most people in the hotel would want to have it on. This episode is making me seriously question whether I should keep using Accor Hotels in the future.

Accor UK does not respect any process that other Accor hotels apply worlwide : you can check-in on-line arriving the hotel it is not considered, there is no priority line for platinum members you have to wait among families for your check-in, you can ask for a deposit in order to be able to the restaurant and have everything on one onvoice but it is refused for unknown reason ("we can't take a deposit with our terminals" ???), leaving very early at 5.30 am I was alone in the lobby : impossible to have my invoice while checking-out and you need to call several times to finally receive the invoice ... and the room was smelling like hell (from the bathroom). Accor please, manage UK to apply your rules or change management. Booking an Accor hotel should be the comfort to find the same service eveywhere, but in UK it is definitely not.

as usual i very much enjoyed my stay. the room was nice with everything i needed, and it is super handy being beside a tube stop. one small niggle, one day i wasn't left any towels, which was no big deal, i went down to reception to ask for some. the girl at reception gave me some, but didn't bother to say 'sorry about that', which would be a normal thing to say, in fact her attitude seemed like she thought i had stolen them or something, which i hadn't! it was only a little thing, but i did think she was rude.

I could not fault this hotel, location, cleanliness, staff all excellent drunk in the bar which again was excellent with a relaxed ambience. Didn’t eat but the restaurant appeared to be of the same standard
